I can't tell you how great this place is. I had a flat tire and it happened last nite at 5:30pm. I…read morehave progressive insurance and called them yesterday at 4:30 pm and they told me they would let me know they could have someone there. I have towing insurance and would expect them to help me. They did not. I waited with my car for 4 hours and then told them I would leave the keys in the car and got a ride home. They called me at 11:47pm and told me they had a towing company and it would be be at my car today between 7 and 9 am. I waited. Also I got a text to confirm that. 10:15 I called them back and they said sorry we don't have anybody, your better off calling a towing company on your own. I called area Dupage towing and they could not be nicer first on the phone and the girl said I will get somebody out there as soon as we can we of course are backed up.but it will be today. I paid her over the again out of my own pocket when I have insurance that should have taken care of me. At 12:33pm i got a call that my flat was fixed and I could pick up my car. I am ever so grateful for this towing company. I will fight this case with Progressive ins. They should hire more towing companies then spending so much money on commercials.
