I had at times…read morefound myself in a rut with irresolvable problems that I couldn't acquaintance to be met with my skills as a mechanic. I have personally worked with Gustavo on a multitude of such occasions where when I'm a in rut without a doubt I would always phone him. His kindness alongside professionalism is always appreciated and never the less, and he always goes above and beyond at his job and sincerely cares and puts effort in taking care of not only my vehicles but also my friends and family's vehicles alongside his other clients he's always been very kind and supportive in circumstances where I freak out at times during summer I had a friend come from Wisconsin a Manuel Subaru, unfortunately, she blew the engine on the highway due to her lack of knowledge of how to properly drive a stick shift, we were alongside a busy highway and Gustavo was able to get us out of the situation very fast he was very understanding and he got a driver to come and get us within less than 20 minutes! Talk about quick and efficient, another occasion was with a catfish Camaro I had, it was a project car and I initially had it sitting and I decided to drive on it briefly eyeing the tires. I drove on a flat tire after paying respects at a cemetery and couldn't make it home due to my rim scraping alongside the tire completely demolished and I had to get my car towed his brother was very caring as they initially thought someone broke into the car (it was a project car) they quickly and efficiently called me to let me know my door was opened. On another occasion, I had to get a BMW towed and Gustavo was able to do it in a very precise timely manner alongside with delicacy and care! Foreign cars are a hassle so the careful delicacy of being in the automotive industry at times I find myself helping others more with their vehicles by providing potential clients with Limitless towing services alongside friends and family, I recently sold another Camaro of mine and was able to provide the new owner Gustavo's services with Limitless towing, I would never give out recommendations to anyone unless I knew for a fact that they would be able to go above and beyond and provide excellent care and service, I've also junked a Nissan Murano with them so whenever someone asks me about a towing, junk yard removal, lockout service, I always send my best wishes to Gustavo and his family! The quick efficiency, professionalism, kindness, and care, always go above and beyond and always exceed my high standards. Today I got a Nissan towed alongside my BMW Gustavo was quick efficient and friendly as always, and I have never encountered a negative experience with Gustavo and his company. He always maintains the vehicles with care, I've never personally or my friends or family ever reported any diligence along any sort of disrespect. For me, this is the best towing company I've encountered ( trust me I've encountered a lot) you will never have to worry about this company's commitment to providing great efficient reliable services. They do tire changes alongside, lockout services, I'm always impressed and satisfied with every outcome on behalf of myself, my friends, and my family. You absolutely will never have to worry about dishonesty with this company. This is top tier this is the business you want, I promise you won't regret it! (I don't break promises)

We had to go stay at a hotel due to a power outage, and things were looking bleak when my car was undriveable in the morning. My Power Steering had gone out and per AAA the estimated wait time for a tow was almost two hours. Derek from Illinois Towing arrived approximately an hour after I called in. Needless to say, I was frustrated, hot, irritated and unpleasant by this point. Derek was sympathetic, professional, pleasant and courteous. The communication with this company should be so much better. I found out on Thanksgiving (after…read moreseeing an unauthorized SUV parked in one of our spots) that they stopped patrolling our lot a month and a half ago. Apparently the City of Chicago rules changed about suburban companies servicing the city for tows, and now requires a license and a fee. I was disappointed because their service was world's better than NorthShore. I bought guest passes on Sept. 16. But if they haven't been patrolling our lot, without EVER sending us an email or calling, for a month, what was the point of selling the passes to us. Waste of money. The owner and a tow truck driver said someone (Glenda?) was supposed to send an email to us, but we got absolutely nothing. The fact that we never sent a cancellation letter for a new company should've been the tip off. If not for the SUV parked in one of our spots, I have no idea how long it would've taken them to tell us. I noticed communication was all over the place anyway. One lady on the phone (still unsure if it was Glenda) would tell me to text pictures of the car that needs to be towed instead of taking the info down herself. The owner, who usually sounded like he wanted to do anything but answer the phone, would still take the info via phone. Cris was responsive, but he also gave me another number to call and would follow-up to see who was working that night. (I felt bad about this because I always seemed to need his help on off days.) When a tow request was overnight and I'd call in the morning, the owner told me on a couple of occasions he didn't know what was going on. Nobody seems to know what the next person is doing. I'll give the company 5 stars for Cris. He always was quick to respond, followed up and efficient. Kelly was at first and then again later on, so I'll give him 4 stars. (He tolerated my dog who had a case of the Zoomies.) I think the team is nice overall and STILL would've rather worked with them than another towing company, but I give it 3 stars due to disorganization and mediocre communication.
