I have towing insurance and would expect them to help me. They did not. I waited with my car for 4 hours and then told them I would leave the keys in the car and got a ride home. They called me at 11:47pm and told me they had a towing company and it would be be at my car today between 7 and 9 am. I waited. Also I got a text to confirm that. 10:15 I called them back and they said sorry we don't have anybody, your better off calling a towing company on your own. I called area Dupage towing and they could not be nicer first on the phone and the girl said I will get somebody out there as soon as we can we of course are backed up.but it will be today. I paid her over the again out of my own pocket when I have insurance that should have taken care of me. At 12:33pm i got a call that my flat was fixed and I could pick up my car. I am ever so grateful for this towing company. I will fight this case with Progressive ins. They should hire more towing companies then spending so much money on commercials. Thank you again , area dupage towing. You are the best! Terry M.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this towing provider dispatched through roadside…read moreassistance. I was initially told the wait time would be about an hour. That estimate came and went, and after multiple followups, I kept being given new time windows that were never met. This pattern continued for hours. At one point, I received a notification that the driver had arrived. That was not accurate. No one was there. Because of that false update, the service was actually marked as completed even though the tow truck never showed up, which created additional issues on my end. Throughout the night, I was repeatedly told the driver was "on the way," "next in line," or just minutes out. None of those updates turned out to be true. Eventually, the towing company stopped answering my calls altogether. To be fair, roadside assistance continued trying to help and relay updates, but there is only so much they can do when the provider is not responsive. After waiting roughly nine hours, no tow truck ever arrived. This situation cost me work time, personal time, and added stress the following day trying to resolve something that should have been handled the night before. What made it worse was the lack of honest communication. If delays were clearly communicated, I could have made other arrangements much earlier. For a company that has "Trust" in its name, this experience showed neither reliability nor trustworthiness.

On a fridged day I was going to work seeing several accidents along the way. Little did I know someone would lose control while I was sitting at a stop light and crash into my SUV leaving it immobilized. It usually takes hours to just get a tow truck to come and give you a jump start on a fridged day let alone tow you to safety. I was stuck in the middle of a busy intersection. I remembered the great service I got from ALL WAYS TOWING and hoped they could help. They were there in minutes!! Paul hooked up my SUV and pulled it safely to a nearby parking lot. Ken was in a second truck and told me to warm up in the passenger seat while we waited for the police. After I gave my report, Paul took my SUV to their lot and Ken offered to drive me to work just a few blocks away. I can't thank them enough!! Paul, Maggie, and Ken didn't make me feel like just another customer. They made me feel like family.

Which, I think is a normal human reaction. I wasn't like "how dare you. Eff you." It was just a natural reaction. Where it gets annoying is the guy's response. Very smarmy "well you're not the only one who needs a tow." No duh, dbag. All you gotta do is say something like "yeah. i know. sucks but what can you do?" Just be nice. Be anything other than what he was. So. Naturally, I hung up. Then I channeled my annoyance into the lugnuts. Got them loose. Changed my tire and drove away. So in that way. Thank you to the employee on the phone for being a dbag. Sure, you cost your employer money, but you saved me both money and time. And that's what matters most. Still. That's no way to speak to a potential customer and that employee should be fired.
