My car was towed due to a medical emergency. I was not released for a couple of days. When I called to make sure my car was there, I was told I owed $455 for fees and storage. I explained to this man that I was in a hospital, and you can't pickup on Sunday. He told me that's the charge, they have services they do. I asked him what they do besides have the car sit there? He said listen we have taxes and bills to pay so that's what you owe. I would highly suggest other companies for any of their services, since their pocket seems to be more important than anything else. read more

Aaron saved the day! My two year old car just died, with no warning at all, while stopped at a light in a very busy intersection. Aaron got there within 15 minutes and immediately had me go sit in the warm truck while he got right to work. He ended up towing the car (and me) to the dealer. Had a hard situation. Was towing a flax bed trailer with banquet tables I'd just bought strapped to them. The tire on the trailer blew up, Didn't just go flat. Pow! Was on a road with zero shoulder. Made the decision to pull it about a mile as there was nowhere to pull off. No spare. Got situated and called A Express as they were the closest geographically to where I was. They arrived in about 30 mins, which is great time, and I had 2 calls from the driver while I waited updating me. Aaron arrived and I immediately thought the tables would be a problem and began to figure out what to do as they'd slide off getting pulled onto a flatbed tow truck. "No Problem" says Aaron. He pulls out a couple of 4x4s and some heavy straps and, as promised, no problem. It's a 2 wheel Trailer with a missing wheel. Loading it onto the tow truck wasn't the easiest feat, but Aaron got it done. Aaron was as nice and professional as they come. A hard situation was made much easier because of the competence of A-Express and it's excellent employees. Highly recommend! read more

Horrible service. Went here to get my car out and was given a price that was later changed because as he said it was 20 minutes after his time. When i asked about why the change he laughed at my face and told me to leave the car it would be more money for him. Other workers were more compassionate of my situation but the guy behind the desk was just trying to shaft me at every possible fee he could find. read more

Horrible HORRIBLE experience!!! When my car skidded off the road and into a ditch, the cops called this place before I cld do anything. The guy who towed my car was very rude, laughing at my situation and even picking up a coin off the ground and throwing it at me saying "Your're going to need this". He wouldnt give me and my fiancé a ride home either. When we went to pick up the car the next day, the man behind the counter tried to charge us 330 dollars for the tow and storage for a day if we wanted to get the car out. Then he said my car was a piece of crap and that I should just let them keep it. They charged me 85 bucks so they could scrap it for parts and said that I wasn't allowed to get my possessions out of the car until we paid. We are young and just starting off but I guess when they saw us all that mattered was how much they could con out of us. When we tried to reason with them on the price, the owner screamed and swore at us and tried to make us pay the 330 bucks just to get our stuff out! He said we were lucky he didn't just steal and sell our personal belongings in the first place! So terrible! If you can help it NEVER GO HERE! read more

I had a great experience today. Dispatch was nice. The tower, Ed, was great. Got there sooner than the 20 minutes they said - he was there in about 10. A flat tire stinks, towing your car 1/2 a mile to the nearest tire place stinks, but dealing with good people during the situation definitely helps. read more

Wonderful service. Me and my boyfriend got hit by a semi in the city and needed a tow. They were professional over the phone and got to us nearly a half hour ahead of schedule. Wasn't sure what I was getting when I had to explain two times where I was and why i needed a tow. The dispatch did not initially tell me if someone was going to call or get back to me. Had to call back to be sure someone would call. The driver, Kyle, however,called within minutes and was there shortly. He was quick, professional and informative. Said my son and I could ride along to the shop where it was being towed AND drove us home after we dropped the car. My son loved the ride in the rig. Anytime you need to get towed it stinks but Kyle made it not so bad with his quick turnaround and professionalism. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!!! People stay away from this rip off place! My dads car was towed there after accident, He left his remote in the car and we went there to get the remote. When we asked driver to let us have the remote he said there is $ 25.00 fee when we were standing 15 feet away from our own car.. This is unreal....He was so rude. I was already upset due to an accident then thease guys were being rough, he also told us to leave in 2 minutes or else he would call police on us......I was very upset May god bless them. read more
