The prices are pretty standard for nowadays ($5 - $10 for a craft draft depending on specials and the brew), about $15 - $20 for a sandwich/burger before add-ons, etc. However, the food is absolutely phenomenal for the price (I've only had a few of their burgers/sandwiches so far, haven't tried the pizza but it looks and smells amazing). The service is very friendly, if a tad slow but that's because they seem to have a smaller staff taking care of the place so it's not like they're just standing around on their phones ignoring you. It has a nice Chicago local dive atmosphere and decor, very cozy. I try to make in there at least once a week now, though I've skipped last week and probably will skip a couple more (busy, busy, busy). Parking can be a pain in the ass, but that won't stop me. I'll happily walk a block or two if necessary.

What made it worse was having someone from his group come over afterward to tell me not to do that again, while the DJ doubled down on it. They should seriously reconsider hiring this DJ again because, unfortunately, they lost my business tonight--and potentially the business of someone who regularly shares experiences with a social media audience. The worst part is they misadvertised the time on their Facebook page for the Crystal Waters concert. The page clearly claimed the concert started at 8 pm. It is 12:21am and I am still waiting for her to come out! Instead, I decided to write this review. Earlier, three employees misinformed me on the different times she was going to perform. I asked to speak to the owner so I can get a refund. When I found him, I informed him that strangers I met in the VIP section were talking about a chargeback. He asked what that was and then yelled at me about giving him a break. He continued to make excuses to why she is not present. She finally came on stage at 12:30 and played for about 18 minutes. We drove an hour to the place. Where is our break considering there was a huge flood warning? I will not be back.
