I just walked in one day and I don't even live in the area. I was greeted by the co-owner and wife. She was so friendly and attentive. I found out the owner was a Vet and immediately I felt a kinship because Im one also. The atmosphere was so calm when I was there and the decorative aspects were better than most bars that you find in north Chicago. Did I mention the bloody mary station? You get the bloody mary ( or bloody maria) , then go soft or hard with the garnish. Imagine every combination you want and It's there. Love this place.

Best terms I would use is intimate, cozy and clean. There are about six tables and a small bar. Bar itself is mostly dark wood. There are four TV screens and a small gaming room. Bartender kept us supplied with cold beers. Beers were a good deal too, 5 bottles for 10 bucks. My friends and I enjoyed watching the game here, the place was kind of empty so it was easy to carry on a conversation. Bartender brought out some complimentary chips and salsa, I loved it and the salsa had a nice kick. Bathroom? That had to be one of the cleanest cans I ever received myself in. Didn't have a chance to try any of the edibles, pizza prepared for someone else look good. I will definitely have to come back, may next Sunday for the Playoffs.
