I was then advised they apparently have a new process, which resulted in me calling guest services and took about 15 min for an email just to get a freebie. I spend a lot of money here and have never had a problem with Ulta, but the customer service was mid. Felt I was bothering them, and it wasn't a pleasant ulta experience.
