Jim is an amazing groomer! We have been going for years and he never disappoints. He is so good with our 3 dogs!

I bring my dog in to see Jim for nail trimmings every month or so, and every time it is amazing. He is super friendly and does his best to make my pup feel comfortable, which says a lot because she's usually scared of people, especially when they're touching her paws. However, he makes the process quick and easy , never taking any longer than 15 minutes from when I walk in the doors. It's not the easiest to get an appointment in here but it is definitely worth it! 5/5 would recommend read more

I am so happy. My little guy looks great. It was a wait to get in and worth it. Jim is fabulous. So patient, this was the first grooming for my little yorkie and he did a terrific job. You can just tell he enjoys the pups. I am thrilled I found a groomer just minutes away that I can trust with my fur babies. I cannot stop staring at how cute my guy looks! I have found my permanent groomer. Thanks Jim! read more

We have been going to Jim at Wesco since we moved here. He is just the best! Highly recommend him!

Incredible spot with incredible groomers. Jim is kind, fun, gentle, and truly a dog lover. The ambiance of the whole spot is light hearted and comfortable. Jim was great with my dog... accommodating and sweet. So happy this spot is in such a convenient location!! read more

I can't recommend this place enough. Jim made my chihuahua baby feel so comfortable. It was easy to get an appointment and Jim is an absolute delight. Very kind and friendly. I sincerely look forward to bringing my baby back here soon. read more

Jim does a really good job at his small local grooming shop! Shop local people!!! Avoid the big corporate box stores... First off his prices are very fair and competitive. His service is top notch, and he got me in for two dogs without too long of a wait. For me it's all about how my dogs are treated and cared for when they are not in my care. I can tell you that my dogs were loved and well cared for at this excellent grooming shop. Love me dogs and I'll be a loyal customer. Now for the actual grooming-- my two yorkie mixes look A-Dor-Able!!!! Seriously they look great and their cuts were super cute. I gave my directions and wants, Jim followed and delivered on his promise for a great grooming. This is my first experience with a groomer in Denver and after calling several, I am very glad I went with Wesco. The customer service and follow up was spot on for my highly demanding needs when it come to my pups. Best part is how fresh and clean my lil guys look and smell. I'll certainly be returning for more grooms and washes. read more

Great prices, great service, great with both of our pups despite them hating getting their nails clipped.

We love Wesco Grooming. They always take care of our little dogs nails extremely fast and efficiently. He is not easy and they always get the job done. Thank you Wesco Grooming! We highly recommend. read more

When i first Found Wesco grooming I called the shop and let the owner, Jim, know that I had a feisty 10 year old Shih Tzu who wasn't fond of getting groomed...Jim had me bring Ellie Mae in so he could meet her and give her a little trim and see how they worked together. I brought my dog to Wesco Dog Grooming for the next 4 1/2 years. Jim does such an amazing job, he's very patient, and he really cares about your pet. He never gave my Ellie a bad cut. I whole heartedly trusted them with my pup, and loved supporting a small business! I just moved to Texas and I am so upset that I have to find a new groomer! We are going to miss our friends at Wesco...Best groomer we've ever had! read more

One word: wow. Came here on a really tight schedule to have my dog's nails clipped, and called ahead to make sure they had time to fit her in that day. To my surprise, they said that I could come right over and they would do it then. So I headed over, and the guy who clipped her nails had me in and out in less than 5 minutes! They were all friendly, and made my dog feel really comfortable. Definitely what I call top-notch service! read more

Jim is the best. You can tell he truly cares about animals. My dog is difficult to handle and he is so patient, kind and understand. Not to mention his haircut is always exactly how I want it. My only complaint is that it's difficult to get in during the summer months, but that just means too many people know how awesome this place is. I moved across town and I still drive over to Edgewater because it is worth it every time. read more

Absolutely loved it! I had been trying to get an appointment for our Cavalier King Charles but they were always booked, sometimes for weeks. Now I know why! Our pooch Emma got in because Wesco had a cancellation and came back a different dog! She got a cute summer cut, nails trimmed, smelled delicious and even had two bows behind each ear, the first time she looked like a girl! The pricing was very reasonable and everyone in the shop was just great. Will definitely be back even if that means making an appointment weeks ahead of time! read more

If I had the option of No stars I would select that. This place is a joke. I was beyond disappointed with the butcher cut both my dogs got. I expressed my concern to Jim the owner and his lack of accountability was disappointing basically pointing the fingers to his employees. How hard is it to trim a dog up? How do you get this confused with a complete shave? They aren't even close in comparison, not to mention the 2 accidental nicks my dog got on his skin in the process. This place needs to be reevaluated for dog grooming licenses. I was in tears after picking my dogs up. Don't go here! read more

Jim is seriously the best. He is so fun and outgoing and is so amazing with my dog. My dogs cut is always adorable.

I had my little Japanese Chen groomed at this shop last week. It was a wonderful experience! Very caring people. My dog, Murphy, is blind and needs extra care. When I picked him up he was happy and looked wonderful. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!!! read more

Jim is the best!! Piper, my mini schnauzer loves him. She looks like such a pretty little girl when she's done being groomed. Thanks again Jim. Also, book in advance because he is a busy man. Well worth the wait in my book. read more

We are so impressed! I called to get my dog an appointment at Wesco Grooming and Jim took about 10 minutes of his time to explain their business and even offered me tips on keeping my dog's coat nice between groomings. I dropped Fera off at 9am yesterday and she was ready by 1:30. She looks great. The price was great, and Jim and the others there were so friendly and trustworthy. I definitely won't go anywhere else! read more

My 3 pups love Wesco! We go every six weeks (My Yorkie's hair grows super fast!) Jim always gets us in right away and it is so super convenient because we live in Edgewater. I have been to many groomers and Jim quite honestly is the best! read more

I'll be the first to admit- I have a difficult dog. That said, Westco groomers were able to accomplish the unachievable- within five minutes of arriving my pup was snuggling up to the groomer and getting his nails clipped. I'm pretty sure this cost less than ten dollars. I'm sad I have moved from sloan's lake but I'm glad I was able to find this place while I was there. Sooo much better than the chain stores, can't recommend this place enough. read more

This is where I take my bichon for grooming. Jim the owner is always happy to see his doggy customers and owners. My dog always looks great after his hair do. Also, my dog never seems nervous or upset when I pick him up so I feel like the grooming experience is as stress free as possible for him. read more

I love this place...my poochie's have been going for almost 5 years. They have done an amazing job with Chase and Maggie. Even when I moved away from Edgewater to Westminster I still take the time to take them to Wesco. It is worth the drive. If I move further...I would still take the time to take them to Wesco! Jim is great and always so cheerful. Thank you so much for the many years of service. Chase and Maggie love you guys! read more

Jim does a phenomenal job at a great price. I have an dachshund mix with bad joints and rickets who's had issues with most other groomers. She makes it difficult to cut her nails. Jim and his staff's experience with dogs is evident; they know how to pick her up and handle her when cutting her nails. He has resurrected the lost art of being on a first name basis with his customers. read more

Very very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and had my pup back in the time promised. Will absolutely be back again and again!

Jim is a great groomer, and, it always makes me chuckle- he calls my dog sister whenever he refers to her, and I honestly think he feels that way about the pets he is working with...that they are like close family members. I feel like my scottish terrier comes out looking like she SHOULD, and, without all the stress of a large petstore that also happens to offer grooming. read more

Jim is an intense lover of dogs and it shows with the thought and time he puts into caring for our dog, Carnita. She always leaves looking great and full of energy. I'm always looking for local businesses to support, and Wesco's convenient location and great service make this an easy recommendation for anyone on the west side of town. read more

The owners are always happy to see my pup and are friendly. Great local spot in Edgewater.

My miniature poodle has anxiety, epilepsy, one eye and history show he hates the groomer. I got him back clean and trimmed from tip to toe and in a good mood. I almost hugged Jim. My dog finally has a steady groomer! read more

I have taken my miniature schnauzer almost everywhere in Denver for his haircut and Wesco Grooming is hands down the best place we have ever gone. My senior dog has had so much trouble with skin allergies, and has had some pretty terrible experiences with dog groomers, unfortunately. Jim is super friendly and attentive, and does the very best job on my dog's coarse hair, and sometimes gnarly beard. I moved away from Denver in 2013 but we still travel gladly to Edgewater to Wesco grooming. read more

Well, it's been almost 2 years, and I gotta say, Wesco still rocks. Jim is so great with all the dogs. My girl's coat looks great and she's always super happy there. And the prices are still incredibly reasonable. read more

Westco Dog Grooming is by far the best grooming salon we've ever been to. As an owner of 3 dogs, we had been looking for someone that could handle our dogs who get overwhelmed easily. Jim is a class act and was able to not only keep our dogs calm, but groomed them impeccably. Book your appointment as soon as you can, it is well worth the wait. read more

Wesco so disappointed me. I took my new puppy there for a year. It was ok, I thought, and then I called for an appointment to have Oliver cut shorter for the warm weather and Jim never returned my call, twice. So I tried Petsmart, OMG so much better and less expensive. I also wondered why it took 6-7 hrs., to get him back. so thanks Jim, you did me a great service by not bothering to call me back. I found a much better groomer and Oliver has never looked better. read more

We continue to take our baby Murph here and couldn't be happier. Love their service.

Jim takes the time to really understand what you want for your pet and gets to know his customers. he is also very patient with difficult dogs and gives lots of tips on how to make grooming the best experience possible for your pup! He stays booked, so be sure to make your appointment about a month in advance! read more
