Was extremely rude last night when taking my order, and when I had gotten to the window I was met with so much disrespect when I politely told them I'll pay in exact change. As soon as I said I'm paying exact, the gentleman left the window and was replaced by a white woman with a lot of attitude that kept making comments as I was sorting through my change. I literally was so polite when ordering my food and at the window but was treated like trash for no reason. Also, there was a time a couple years back where I pulled up to the drive thru to find most of the crew outside smoking (they ran inside when they saw me). Well for fast food theyve really stepped up there game. Attentive and nice employees. I was smiled and greeted at as soon as i can in. They write your name in the computer if you eat in and theirs a screen to see when your food is ready. Really updated. This is the Wendy's I grew up on. When I first got my license I'd drive with some friends from Northbridge to grab dinner on a fairly regular basis. Over the years the faces have changed (some employees used to know my name. That means I ate here too much!) but I've always been pleased with the quality of the food, and usually the service is satisfactory. The renovation is very nice and I plan to keep heading back into the foreseeable future. It's fast food. 4 out of 5 stars for the consistent quality of the food, decent atmosphere, and generally pleasant crew behind the counter. read more

After not going to a fast food restaurant in quite some time, I decided to indulge in a junior bacon cheese burger 4 for 4. The gentleman that took my order informed me they ran out of sweet and sour sauce-my favorite. I eventually decided on honey mustard, unwillingly. I get to the counter, and the gentleman was very kind to me, but took quite some time for my food to actually be ready for me. Once home, I opened up the bag and unwrapped the junior bacon cheeseburger. To my surprise, laying atop the fresh never frozen patty was one piece of lettuce that a rabbit wouldn't even touch. The stem of the lettuce leaf was taunting me, rubbing in the traumatizing experience from this particular Wendy's. Like the revamped menu and the choices besides fries when ordering a combination meal (you can order a side garden or caesar salad, a baked potato, apple slices, or the fries). Came for a quick stop on a road trip. We were greeted by unfriendly and slow service. All of the food was good - warm and delicious as expected. After eating I decided to use the bathroom which has two unflushed toilets (one with #2), pee on the floor, water all over the sink and floor near it, and no paper towels. Gross. Placed a second order because we were still hungry after being on the road way too long. The staff 2 1/2 years ago were friendly but not now, turnover is high, that says something. Last time I went (and literally the last time) at the counter, again my order was wrong. Had the receipt in my hand of what I ordered, but the manager (or shift manager) proceeded to start an aurguement with me. Walked out without the food but with the receipt. Every time I stop in here it's the same exact situation, bad service and unfriendly employees. Today happens to be one if the worst, I was third in line and the lady 2 people in front of us was ordering multiple things. The server started filling her order rather than taking our order and asking the other staff to help fill that one, they were not busy by any means. Finally after about 4 mins or so she finally decided to take our orders. I have never seen such a lazy crew at any fast food chain. Most of the other places I have been, even the manager steps in to help, but that wasn't the case here. He didn't even look up front once the whole time. This is a pitiful excuse for a "fast-food" location. After two visits, both that totaled almost 30 minutes each for a few sandwiches, the order was incorrect both times. This location seems incapable of making a "Spicy Asiago Ranch Club", even though it's on the menu and the website. I thought possibly the first time I threw them off when I requested it with no tomato, so the second time I just ordered it verbatim, and again I got a spicy chicken sandwich with mayo - no bacon, cheese, or ranch. Customer Service wasust awful. Person wating on me was rude and projected the image she did not want to be there. Never asked if we wanted the 4 piece chicken nuggets which big sign states if they don't ask you should get an order free. Not one customer was asked. Another customer there spoke with us and stated he was never treated so rudely either. Then my order was wrong and when asked for cheese on the Chilli you would have thought I asked for something strange. The person waiting on me rudely responded "well thats another thirty cents. When I gave 35 cents she took it and slammed it near the register and walked away. I stated she now owed me 5 cents back.
