Okay so this is absolutely the last time I don't know why I continue to come. Perhaps it's the hopes that it'll get better? No. I have the Wendy's app so when I drive up I'm asking " hello you using your mobile app today?" My response yes, I sure am. Ordered a frosty cause well it's hot outside and it sounds delicious about now. Pull up to pay wouldn't even take my app. Not only that the smell coming out the drive thru window was not pleasant at all rather nasty. Sigh I've given up at this location. read more

Absolutely disgusting store, I came here for lunch but was completely disgusted the workers all had the audacity to sit and be on their phones instead of cleaning. I did not try the food because imagine how disgusting their fryers and machines are! They are lazy! And this store needs to close! Outdated and gross. read more

This place is a joke, I think all wendy's suck at this point but this one. The manager on shift has a nasty attitude for no reason, I just told her the doordash order I'm picking up and she's looking around like I'm bother her. When I pulled up nobody was even in the kitchen and they started knocking the order when I pulled up. No problem waiting for real, but I worked at wendys before and it's not that hard to just prepare the meal. And the place was nasty with all of their stuff everywhere including drinks on the back station. Making this review from inside the store that's how much time I have. read more

I am not sure how this place is still open. Often times there is a sign taped to the outside order speaker saying the drive through is closed to park and come in. When it is open they take one order at a time and complete the entire transaction prior to taking another. Just slow and horrible. The places looks really run downed and no attempts at make the property look nice. Nope!! read more

Manager seemed confused by taking simple orders. Found a white unknown hair in my chicken sandwich and threw up because it looked way worse than a hair and the sanitation there was not even a thing with crumbs, liquid, and sauce on the tables. My brother even threw up in the trash can because of how nasty everything was. Horrible experince. read more

The night shift workers are slow, lazy and dumb AF. Took 45 minutes to complete a drive through order. To top it off they didn't give us napkins or condiments. LAZY! they should all be fired. read more

Food was stale, flies everywhere inside, especially by the food. Employees didn't speak at all.

While we were ordering the food a Caucasian lady with white hair looked like she was on drugs. Her attitude was very rude and unwelcoming. As they were making our food were could hear her mocking us. The ambiance is a little bare but nothing too serious. The woman should be fired for her unprofessional attitude. read more

service was terrible, I pulled into the drivethru, immediately they asked what i wanted and I politely asked for some time to look at the menu, during this time the lady with white long hair and glasses continued to talk shit about either a customer or coworker forgetting she had her mic on, I politely let her know her mic was still on and she responded with "I was talking to my coworker" okay? I know that, I was just letting you know. I then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes and the guy behind me blew his horn at me. finally she comes back and asks what I want, my wife wanted the Wednesday meal so I ordered it, she wanted a LARGE lemonade and the lady acted like she couldn't find the button. THEN CLEARED THE ORDER WITHOUT ASKING IF I WANTED ANYTHING ELSE. so I had to continue my order after she already sent it through. I tried to tell her what else I wanted and she IGNORED ME. so I said "yk what im just gonna come in and get it. As I walked in the guy that was in the drive thru behind me ALSO came in and gave the the dirtiest look LIKE IT WAD MY FAULT. when walking up to the counter the lady slammed my drinks down and said "I didn't respond because I was getting your drinks" she was blatantly disrespectful, rude, snooty, and quite honestly unclean. her nails were nasty and she wasn't wearing gloves. when trying to check out inside the man looked at me (full beard, freshly shaved moustache) and called me a woman, I politely corrected him and he SCOFFED. 0/10 will NEVER go back. read more

Do NOT eat at this Wendy's unless you want the wrong order, inedible food and an otherwise horrible experience. I have always liked Wendy's, but this place is an absolute dump. This is my first Yelp review ever - that's how strongly I feel about this place. I've given it multiple chances because my kids like Frosties, but tonight is the last time I ever let them give me a cold and disgusting fast food meal. Avoid at all costs as the owner of this franchise location should be ashamed... read more

So I spent $30 on a very small order was delivered. The wrong food through Uber Eats and Wendy's. Would not honor the mistake and even let me keep the free extra Burger and fries. And I had to literally spend an extra almost $14 to. Drive all the way back and as a restaurant employee and have been for many years. I know that that is very unethical, especially in fast food and very much. What the general manager to read this review? Because that is completely horrible service. And I will not be visiting this location ever again. And this is not the first time they have gotten an order wrong even if IGrilled Chicken drive there. And I just want people to know this. It's not me being angry, but it was them taking money from me and not making it right even in the least sense. Thank you all and have a good day. Management had no desire to make it right. read more

Wendy's - a paper bag on a table - Fast Food Near Me - Wilmington, North Carolina

Stopped by around lunchtime today to pick up lunch for my wife and I. Bought a taco salad for me and two Junior Bacon cheeseburgers and small order of fries for my wife. When I drove around to the pick up window to get my order, I was asked did I order the taco salad. I said yes and was handed a plastic bag and a small paper bag, which I assumed was the burgers. Got home and opened the bags. My salad was in the plastic bag, and the cup of chili that goes on the salad was in the small paper bag. No burgers! I later read the reviews on this place and it would appear that nobody ever receives their whole order. Out of 35 reviews, 34 are one-star, and 1 is two-star. Wish I had read them before going there. Will never go there again. I absolutely will not recommend this place to anyone. Wish I could give them zero stars. read more

I've read all the comments for this Wendy's but thought we'd try the salads anyway. Actually the salads weren't that bad. When I received my order after waiting for about 15 minutes, I told the worker that they needed to work on their customer service. With all these negative comments, what is the matter with the supervisor or the home office of this franchise. It's so disappointing that a Wendy's could be run this unsatisfactorily!!! read more

Been coming here once or twice a month for the past 6 months, no clue why there are so many 1 stars. My order's been accurate every time and has always been good to great with the occasional exception of patty's being slightly dry. Only eaten inside once (today) and it was very clean, and people were very friendly/hospitable. Occasionally late night people might be slightly short and food might take a while, but come on- most people are a bit cranky at 1 AM. You're not comparing this to the Landry, but to Cookout and McDonald's. Far better than both read more

Bad customer service, very disappointed, they forgot my fries and they give a cold hamburger, i don't recommend it ,

There's a reason this place is 1 stars. Super slow service everytime I come here and they still end up having my order wrong every time. No longer going to this shitty location, always having missing stuff in my order and they even forget lettuce on the burger. How does one sandwich have lettuce while the other one doesn't. Make it make sense. Double checked my bag the second time so there wasn't missing food but cant really check for what's in my food. Forgot sauces too and gave us sauces that we didn't even ask for. read more

3 pm oct 1, 2018 Still a sad place. I guess the truth here is it's been bad for years and the owners have no intention of making it any better. That's a real shame. This is an area with a lot of affluence, people and families who would eat there. Asked for a single with mustard and onions, the man training the woman at the window acted perturbed when he asked me a second time if I wanted cheese.....like Is the addition of cheese making their lives SO much easier in there? And my burger had one lone piece of onion on it. See picture. It took forever at the drive thru and there were only THREE cars counting mine. They need to walk down to the Chic Fil A down the street and study drive thru professionals. They serve WAY more cars with such speed and professionalism. read more

Wendy's - a half eaten hamburger with a slice taken out of it - Fast Food Near Me - Wilmington, North Carolina

Worst Wendy's I have been too. Sat in line for over 15. Talked on the intercom, no answered then drove around the corner and no one came to window. They did server other clients in front of me! So ridiculous! To be honest all Wendy's locations are going down hill! I understand Covid hit a couple of years ago but shut it down. This has happen to me many times to at this location. read more

Quite a bad dine-in experience. My Asiago sandwich had some very dry chicken with barely any ranch sauce. The utensil bar had empty ketchup dispensers. The strawberry Frosty tasted more like vanilla. On top of that, the cashier was odd. After eating, we ordered some extra food for my brother, and then they took my mom's debit card to the drive-through register. We waited a while to the point where we had to ask for the card back. They were also unable to give us a receipt, leaving us to exit hoping they didn't charge extra money. read more

Because I work long hours and tend to get out late, I often don't have time for anything but a quick drive-thru meal at whatever fast food location is open. I'm not going to wax philosophic about the perils of eating fast food. I generally factor that into my lifestyle, knowing that it will never be an ideal situation. But in the very least--all manner of cold, greasy, barely edible food aside--I expect to not get ripped off, or to at least witness a fast food "restaurant" having a good day amongst the many bad. Such cannot be said of the Wendy's on Eastwood, at the intersection of Oleander/Military Cutoff Road. In the multiple attempts that I have visited this location, which I've done to give them a fair chance, they have not once had my order correct. They have missed items, given me incorrect substitutions, and to date have not given me a burger without cheese even though I have an allergy and have specifically requested my burgers without cheese. (On the last time I was there--and I do mean absolute last time I will ever be there--I even asked for no cheese twice and had the employee repeat the order to make sure they had this correct information...to no avail.) This is one of the worst fast food places I've ever been to. And I should also point out that my work frequently has me traveling across many states and many types of communities. I've been to places that were not much more than tumbleweeds and a Taco Bell operating out of a gas station. Yet this is the first time I've felt compelled to relay my unfortunate experiences. So that should give some context into how bad this particular site really is. My advice: choose another local place from which to get food, even if you have to drive an extra mile or two. And if it's late at night, and your options are slim...consider hunger as a viable alternative to this Wendy's. read more

Literally everytime I go to this Wendy's SOMETHING is messed up. Also today I had an added bonus of the manager who was working tthe drive thru get an attitude with me when I asked for sour cream and hot Sauce with my chili. I wish you could give negative stars, this place is by far the most unorganized, mismanaged fast food restaurant I've been too, I've waited in the drive through for nearly 45 minutes and I did it because I wanted to see how many cars left and how long it would actually take to get my food. This is ridiculous take your money elsewhere oh and they managed to get my order wrong when they had an hour to prepare it. What a disappointment... read more

Get it together. Labor Day weekend, not even that many people in the line. Drive thru customers shouldn't have to wait twenty-five minutes for someone to take their order. The workers are trying their absolute best, but they're short-staffed on a holiday weekend. Managing is hard, I get it, but get the staff together to make your location work, and support them with the support staff they need or get out of the game. I waited twenty five minutes from the time I entered the five car line until I got my food. The staff wasn't messing up, customers weren't being ridiculous, the location was merely severely understaffed. Again, the staff were very gracious, apologetic and understanding, but were simply lacking support. Again, either figure out how to properly staff your location and roll with the punches of fast food service, or let someone else do it. read more

Don't even waste your time or money. There's a good reason that ChickfilA has a line wrapped around the building 24/7. They are superior and always will be. We just spent $15 on cold food....always fresh?!?(supposedly it's made fresh right when you order it....don't believe it!!) read more

I went to this Wendy's to get a jr bacon cheeseburger with extra cheese , mayo and ketchup only . Consistently the worst Wendy's . Food and service is horrible. Last night even the crackers were stale.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The cleanliness of the location is horrid! The only thing worse than how disgusting this location is how horrible the staff are. Be far the worst drive thru I have ever dealt wtih, needs to be fixed immediately. this is so annoying and time consuming and absolutely awful like get your stuff togheher and then try to be an actual fast food place, this wendys would be better off shutting down. no care at all for customer satisfaction. wish there was negative stars read more

If I could give this establishment zero starts to write a review that's what they'd get. I very rarely post a review on much of anything but I've never experienced a worse place to get food from. I work close to this Wendy's so its pretty easy to get there and grab food. Not only are they some unmotivated , unprofessional slack ass employees, but they are rude and inappropriate. I told one drive thru worker I didnt need a receipt and she rudely pointed to the ground and said, throw it down there. AS IN OUT MY WINDOW IN THE PARKING LOT OF THEIR ESTABLISHMENT. whaaat?!?! I had another drive thru employee ask me how much money on my card because I wanted to pay for a friends order in cash. Um, where do people get off asking questions like that?!?!?!? They are slow, the food rarely comes out hot, and if I could eat my arm on my 30 minute lunch break to avoid going over there I probably would. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Pick a different fast food restaurant, bring your lunch to work. Whatever. But this place is awful and obviously the hiring process needs to be cleaned up. read more

The drive through here is horrendous. I have no idea how it can take so long to prepare a fast food order.
