I've been here for lunch several times and they always get the order right, the drive thru lady is always friendly. They do sometimes take a long time though but the food is always hot. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! The food is horrible and the majority of the workers are liars and scumbags! I've been waiting well over a year for compensation for my family's order that this store absolutely botched! They don't get anything right ever and aren't accountable for their wrong doing. It's not right that I work hard and can't get what I paid for. If I did what they do and was as incompetent as these workers, I wouldn't have a job. Undercooked food, not properly prepared food, wrong items and I still went back like a dummy. I went to this location over an hour before their closing time. Someone answered the intercom and said they would be with me. I wait for almost 30 minutes before pulling around where a worker told me he wouldn't take my order because he was short staffed and they would be closing early. I go back a month later and order something for my family because we had a busy day and didn't wanna cook. They literally didn't make one sandwich right. 5 sandwiches all wrong and when I called, the manager who was a lady, didn't do anything to make the situation right. Instead she deferred by having me call a number that she said belonged to some district or higher manager and they never ever got back to me. Still to this day they've never made it right. I wish I could leave 0 stars and 5 thumbs down but I can't. read more

The service here is bad, but not to the servers' fault at all. I ordered using the mobile app, the application indicated for me to go to the drive thru window to pick up my order. This place gets a long line for the drive thru, so, it takes a long time to get to the order display. Finally, after 15 minutes, I get to the speaker where the associate takes orders, I let the associate know I'm there to pick up a mobile order and they (two people speaking at the same time) tell me that I need to park, go inside and get my order. I told them that the app said pick up at the drive thru window, but non problem, I'll park, however, the wait is the one that gets me, why make me wait at the drive thru line if I need to get my order inside, I could've saved time and my food wouldn't be cold. Inside I noticed that the mobile orders are three steps from the drive thru window, and I get a little upset. However, as I look, I can see there are only three people working there, this is not on them, I bet they do all they can and I do appreciate it. The three stars is for the company itself, not the workers at that location. read more

My husband just picked up a drive-through order (from the app) for me at about 10 o'clock AM on 7/13. It was positively disgusting. The French toast sticks were jet black, and appeared to have been reheated. I received no receipt , so I have no order number to include. I didn't even eat the breakfast sandwich , since I have a TERRIBLE taste now in my mouth. This particular restaurant used to be wonderful, but the last few times it has been awful. I believe there has been new manager during this time period. The other nearby Wendy's has closed, so there is no alternative. We won't be back! read more

If the Wendy's was closer I would take this right back! Skip breakfast altogether at Wendy's, they really don't seem to be interested in doing it right. Not only was my entire English muffin soaked with grease, it was also swimming in it. I can only imagine that it was done intentionally with all that grease. Also, if you're serving coffee at a drive through, take a lead from Dunkin's and McDonald's and add the cream and sweetener for the customer, am I supposed to wait to pull over and fix my coffee so I can enjoy it?. And make sure you can offer more than just sweet n low. read more

Absolutely terrible service... I have given this location many chances and I'm always extremely disappointed. I've been yelled at for asking about specials and scoffed at. Also, the food is terribly cooked and the tomatoes are always past due. Often times, the inside doesn't appear to be well kept. Overall one of the worst restaurants I've been to. read more

Service took over 15 minutes to order the food just to get stale, cold fries, lukewarm nuggets (barley better than the fries) and there was no line in front of me and it took over 15 minutes just to order read more

Drive thru ONLY ! Why ? Service sux anyway , don't know what they are doing . Maybe they need to close, like the one on Rt 51. Could not get the order right , had to pay for a soda at the pick up window. 2 meals for $20 ? I think , I can do better. AND no indoor dining ? CLOSE IT DOWN. I'll go to Sheets next time. They took forever to get our food. I also found a hair in my salad container... I get if they were short staffed for them being slow but the hair in the salad container is EXTREMELY UNSANITARY! read more

The inside of the restaurant is filthy, from the counters to the floors. The floors had garbage, napkins, tissues on the floor. The floors behind the counter looked like they have not had a good scrub in years. The entrance doors had so many fingerprints as well, that it looked like someone was eating then touched the doors. It was so shocking that I wondered when the last time the health department was there read more

I must say, this Wendy's food tastes just like all the rest, but the service is so is so much better than every other one I've been to. The drive thru line here can be extensive, especially at lunch. A quick way around the line is to order using the mobile app and pick up inside. At this location My order is always accurate. I'm a vegetarian so I sometimes make strange requests, like no meat on my hamburger. Most places have a hard time understanding but this Wendy's always gets it! Also, if you use the app you can earn rewards pretty fast and they always have great coupons. read more

Of the many Wendy's I have been to, this one excelled at drive-thru time during lunch time and getting the order 100 percent correct including straw and napkin. read more

Its too bad I can not give 0 Star review. The Dinning room is closed so only drive thru is an option. That being said, the line did not move for 15min. I hope they shut this down and put a chik-fil-a. The one time I made it through the line the food was horrible. This is why sheetz across the street is going to put this place under. I hope the workers there dont go scrambling to sheetz for a job so they can F*&k up orders there. read more

Burger from this location was worst ever. Caused me to have diarrea for 5 days. Could not stop belching. Worse yet, did not taste like real beef, but a veggie burger or something. Went to Pittsburgh for a funeral and felt like I would be going to my own. Wendy's used to have great burgers in Northern Virginia, but has gone dowb iver tge years. I never eat them anymore, but wife was hungry and this was the only place open, read more

This Wendy's now twice is not honoring their own advertisement about Breakfast. The Commercial and Website says order a Breakfast Sandwich and if it's in a Wendy's Cup...it's free. But go ahead and order a All Natural Lemonade and they will not honor it. I called Corporate twice on this and even the assistant manager will not honor it but the night term manager said she should. I went back again an 1 hr later to get the name of the manager I spoke with and I heard Crickets... No name will not tell me, and through the bag at me to boot. I did hear hear say to go ahead and call corporate so I did and this review too... read more

I need to ask a serious question: How do you serve a cheeseburger with cheese, pickles, ketchup and mayo, WITHOUT cheese, pickles, ketchup and Mayo??? Not to mention putting ketchup on a child's burger that was supposed to be PLAIN? I just do not understand how this can possibly be that difficult?! Dave would NOT be happy! read more

This one at least took our order. She was very rude in doing so and throughout the order was scoffing and I could tell she was mad that the order was a lot. I understand that frustration especially when there's only 2 people there but don't take it out on the customers. I tried telling her have a good night and was cut off. read more

So, prior to a trip to the Mart of Walls (ugh), Kay insisted we find a Wendy's (and later a Handel's since she 'needed' ice cream) just so she could sample Ginger's new Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger. I ordered one too for the frack of it. The bun doesn't taste at all like a pretzel but rather like a standard white bread bun dressed up to physically resemble a pretzel. No pretzel is that spongy. The honey mustard sauce and the melted cheddar turned the dressed-up burger into a colossal mess, both of them failing to mask the dryness of the beef. The colorful lettuce was nice, though. Don't expect me to sing any love songs to Wendy or her new menu item. read more

I feel like Wendy's is the gold star winner of fast food restaurants. This location is no exception. The burgers have always been hot and greasy and the chicken is always crispy. Haven't had one item missed on an order and for a fast food place that is a record. I lover the frostys with fries. Weird combo but I love it. I do wish they didn't salt there fries so much but you can always ask for unsalted fries. I have to say my burger craving was satisfied. read more

This is the worst fast food store that Wendy's could ever had in their franchise. Yesterday around 7pm, 3-14-21 I waited for over an hour in your drive-thru line without yet ordering. The store should NOT even get an 1 star rating and employees want $15/hr, they should all lose their jobs, especially their manager. I'm going to provide comments to your franchise office in hopes that Wendy's can recover from this embarrassment.... read more

Waited for over 40 minutes before ordering with only five cars in line, Believe me not willing to wait 40 minutes for fast food let alone Wendy's, but the way there drive-through is set up is that you are stuck in line between curbs unable to driveway because of the terrible service, until you are the person who's ordering, I've had slow fast food service before but this is unbelievable read more

This store used to be the good Wendy's in the area. Waited 40mins to go a total of 5 car lengths in the drive thru. Couldn't even wait that long due to work commitments. All points indicated another 80min wait until I actually received food. F waiting 40mins for "fast" food. It was sooooooo stupid slow. Seriously? 8mins/order? How tf is this fast food? Mgrs need to be canned; kitchen needs to be canned, lazy front cashier staff needs to be canned. Crap hiring system. Hire people who actually fill out an application completely instead of simply breathe most of the day on their first day. Total disappointment. $15/hr isn't gonna fix it, but damned this is some BAD "service." read more

Might be one of the worst for service. I've been here 2 times this week with long lines because order taker has to fill orders too. The place is dirty and poorly managed. One star because I had to pick a star read more

So I stop by Wendy after my Wal-Mart run, place my order with the seemingly nice girl in the drivethru when I get my bags I notice my fries are missing I tell her I need another fry she sTands there looking at me as another worker goes to get the fries and returns with a larger than life smile and tells me to have a nice day. This must be their routine because a ball of hair was on the top of my fries I'm am so pissed read more

This particular Wendy's has become a regular stop for us at lunchtime when we are in West Mifflin. There are lots of other places to grab a quick bite to eat, but we've kind of fallen in love with the staff at this location because these kids are really friendly and fun, and our food is always prepared right. Wendy's has always had good, reasonably priced fast food, and since I'm trying to watch my weight, I really appreciate the fact that they have some pretty nice salad offerings. The BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad is my favorite. The Asian Cashew Chicken Salad is also very good, but I wish they would bring back the cobb salad, which I miss. My favorite item on the menu is the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Sandwich (with spicy chicken) and I am a big fan of Wendy's french fries, which far surpass the fast food industry standard. And of course, when I'm feeling like having a dessert, a small chocolate frosty is just enough to top off the lunch. This is not gourmet food, but it's really good fast food served by nice people who have a great attitude about their customers. That seems to be a rare thing at fast food joints these days, so either this manager is doing something right in his hiring practices, or he has gotten very lucky the past couple of years! I would have gone "all in" on this review and given the restaurant 5 stars except for the fact that over the winter months, it is often unacceptably cold in the dining room, and I've noticed a couple of times that the floor near the entrance was slippery. The place is kept clean, but I think somebody might have been using the same mop water for the dining room floor that was used on the kitchen floor, and that is a definite no-no. read more

If you want to wait in drive thru for :30 minutes when no cars are even up pickup window... just intentionally slow & woman that stated she is manager claimed to be busy earlier that is why they are so slow now? Avoid unless you have lots of time on your hands! Never going back! read more

I blame management. I arrived at drive thru approximately 10:00 pm on Saturday the 24th. Drive thru line never moved I sat in the same position for approx 10 minutes approximately 7 cars in front of mine never moved as well. At approximately 10:12 I proceeded to call the location to see if I would be completed with drive thru in a 10 minute time frame and was told by person on the phone they were by themselves so no, in 10 minutes I would not be through the drive thru. 20-30 minutes for fast food drive thru is awful. Not the first time this has happened at location. Do not recommend unless you dedicate a hour at 10:00 for fast food. read more

i ordered a chocolate frosty as well as a few other things. (the girl taking my order asked what flavor i wanted) i was standing patiently waiting for my food as they were taking their good old time. the girl who gave me my food put it all on the counter and i very politely said "i ordered a frosty too, do you know when that will be out" and she said extremely rudely "well it's not on the order if you want one you have to give me 50 cent" i am not the type of person to run to yelp and leave a bad review, but this was ridiculously rude and uncalled for. read more
