The staff took forever to make a small order. Then i watched somone wipe their nose and put their hands in the fries they put in my bag. Horrible place DO NOT ever come here. read more

Ordered 2 10 piece nuggets and fries around 10:15 PM. Got to the window, paid and got our drinks, then was asked to pull up and told they would bring it out to us. We sat there until 10:50 when a worker came out and asked if we ordered two triples, then went to the car behind us that got there 20 minutes after us who had also been waiting about 10 minutes. Upon telling the worker we had been sitting for 45 minutes he simply said "oh okay" and walked back inside. Our food came out a few minutes later without so much as an apology for the unnecessarily long wait. 10/10 do not recommend later at night. Not the first time we've had an issue, but will likely be the last. read more

Receipt and order says no pickle. I'm allergic. What did I get? Pickle. And no lettuce or onion. Called 13 x and not one answer. I ordered a double and got a single Dave Deluxe. There was nothing deluxe. So now I have a crying 7 yr old who it was for and I can't eat it. They don't care. Maybe u will. read more

Literally took this picture right now when I realized I just ate over half of a raw burger??? I was cool with waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through cause I thought yall were making new fries and were busy. But my fries were cold and RAW ground beef?? Everyone working right now tonight should be ashamed they think it's okay to risk people getting sick. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would. gave me and my fiancé food poisoning. i NEVER leave reviews and i didn't even have yelp downloaded or an account associated. This is DISGUSTING, he's literally puking up his food in our bathroom as i type this. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

This Wendys is pretty good, the staff just needs to check their orders more carefully. I stopped by for a quick lunch through the drive-thru on a road trip. The employees were very kind both on the intercom and at the window, which isn't common for a fast food chain. I ordered a Kids Cheeseburger meal for my kid, but the cheeseburger was missing. I honestly found this kind of hysterical. Luckily, the employees inside the restaurant were very apologetic and quickly fixed the problem. As for my order, I enjoyed the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with a chocolate frosty. I sure do love Frosty's! I recommend this Wendy's, just if you are using the drive thru make sure you have been given the correct order before you leave. read more

The woman at the drive thru was extremely rude and got up In my face claiming I was " staring" at her when I was just looking at the window not looking at anything in particular. All I ordered was a simple burger and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. read more

This was a horrible experience, I went there to pick up a door dash pickup order, which we got the confirmation saying the order was ready. I get there and the lady who took my order was beyond rude, she told me she didn't have the order, I was like okay that's fine I guess. I placed an order for my older brother, and we pulled around to the window. I call my mom asking her if she was certain it was this Wendy's and she says she pretty sure and the lady at the window interjects herself into my PERSONAL PHONE-CALL, which is beyond unacceptable behavior, she then very rudely tells my mom over our personal phone call that they don't have it, when we called the store they told us that it wasn't there problem and that the lady wasn't rude, and she told my mom what part of they don't have the order does she not understand. Like who does that, it's not okay behavior and it reflects badly on the company. Not to mention that the sauce packets we got were already open, and they looked like they were cut open when they open the box. That unsanitary and very reckless of them to serve opened sauce packets. I will never be going back to this Wendy's and they should shut down because they're gonna get someone sick or worse someday. read more

Not clean. Waited 15 minutes. Frosty melted and ran over and fries were cold. Don't waste your time. The front person could have cared less. read more

Iine 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. By time I got my order and checked it, it was 30 minutes total. I understand it's a new guy training, but shouldn't be allowed to run drive through until fully trained. I paid for the wrong order then they reduced my order amount instead of refunding me and correcting. Not good service. I hope the guy learns it though and things will get better read more

Tried to go thru the drive thru but no one was there. Drove up to the window and dark inside with no one visible. It was after posted opening time but no way were they ready or for all appearances open at all. read more

Great burgers and food. Fast service, and good quality food. Went with the double, and loved it. Maybe next time I should try the Triple! read more

Went inside today there was a fairly short line. Only one cashier, who was helping 2 workers make a burger; they seemed confused. He proceded to handle the burger with his bare hands. I told him he needed to wear gloves when handling food. He just looked at me (a bit surprised) and shrugged. A lady in line said quietly she was thinking the same thing. I told the cashier I would never eat there and left. Recommend owner/manager conduct food safety training for all staff. Wendy's is a good chain that should not have staff ignoring/following food handling regulations. read more

If you have to have a fast food burger, it might as well be Wendy's. The people who work here seem competent and friendly and the place is always clean. read more

Staff is friendly but I had to wait 27 minutes from when I placed the order to when I received the food inside. To top it all, one of the burgers were incorrect and had to wait an additional 4 minutes to get the correct burger. Overall, wait time was 31 minutes along with other customers. read more

They are nice in here, with fast service. Place is modern, clean, and sunny. Food was hot and tasted very well. The condiments/napkin service station was clean. Bathroom is clean, too, but always smells of smoked meat, which is disconcerting. Deals are offered, so that you can save money. They have a charity to support foster kids, and I like that. They also have very clean outside tables with cheerful umbrellas. Conclusion: Great place! read more

Well I can say it's better than the other two fast food burger joints on that street. The help was friendly. Unfortunately while the burger was average the fries had that left out a long time patina and taste. It was after 9:30 on a Sunday night so I can't be too critical. But again the cashier was friendly and professional. Hard to find that much anymore so even though it was two-star food, I'll bump 'em to three for the professional cashier. read more

Good value. Love their chili. Always fresh, made from scratch. Excellent Quality baked potatoes you can count on. Love their salad choices. And the grilled chicken sandwich. Always consistently good. read more

The staff is incompetent. When they don't know the difference between a caesar salad or a garden salad, something is wrong. I ordered a caesar salad in place of my fries. I was given a garden salad with tomatoes and cheddar cheese. I told the girl that it was not a caesar salad. She clicked her teeth on her way back to ask another employee. Then, she came back and argued with me that it was a caesar salad. When I went to our table and told my husband about it, he took my salad back to the counter to exchange it for fries. They told him that it would be a wait for the fries then handed him a caesar salad, with no bacon bits. It's funny how when I tried to tell them it was wrong, I was argued with that the first salad was right. But, when my husband goes up there, they bring out the right salad but not with the toppings. The staff was very rude and totally incompetent. We will not be going back anytime soon. read more
