Disgusting Staff; On the 17th of May 2026, particularly at the time range of 15:40Pm-16:00Pm, there was this staff serving at the drive through who insulted the disabled ladies in my car. Those ladies are not like the rest of the people but the staff yelled at them as if they were kids. Trash! As far as customer service goes.. The manager Cristina was without a doubt the most unprofessional person I've interacted with in a very long time. The way she talked to me concerning my issue and the way she handles the employees under her is unacceptable and honestly disgusting! If corporate is able to view her behavior during working hours, I'm wondering why she hasn't been terminated.?. Is drug testing a normal practice for someone in that positon because it needs to be. She was not "sober" there's no way! Her personality type should never be overseeing any individuals what I viewed was an extremely toxic environment! We both ordered single combos. It was Wednesday and we both said the burger tasted like it was cooked over the weekend and kept warm until our order at 11:05 am today. The fries were warm and not close to hot. The service was passable. We were notified our was ready with a head nod instead of calling our name. We were in the middle of the dining room. The restaurant was recently/still being renovated while we ate. A worker was fastening cap boards to the carol dividers. It was noisy. Went into this place for a burger. Ordered my food while the guy waiting on me was talking to everyone around him. Paid little attention to me. I finally get my order, get out to my truck and head down the road. The Dave's Double meal I ordered with heavy onions ended up being a spicy chicken, (which with my ulcer I can NOT have). Way to go guys! I'm surprised ANYONE got their orders right as the crew was walking around, dancing and paying damn little attention, (if any) ro their work. Only put one star because it makes you. The third shift closing crew sucks. Somethin hard in the burger made me puke. They will literally serve you anything even if it's old and nasty they do not care. Won't ever eat there again. I get it, they don't pay fast food workers well, but that doesn't mean you should do a crappy job, especially when it comes to someone's food. Just means you should get a different job. I'd rather nobody be working and the place not be open as opposed to getting crap food from lazy people who could care less if they make someone sick as long as they get their check for 500 bucks every two weeks, cuz they earned it. While I am understanding that many businesses are experiencing staffing shortage so I'm ok for slower service however we waited in the drive thru lane for 15-20 mins because the lobby is (or was) closed at 830pm. The ordering was a hassle even though my husband and I were getting the exact same thing with the exception of a chocolate frosting for him and vanilla for me. We ordered larges for the extra beverage but was given a small, fine, nobody really needs a large soda even if it is diet. When we got home we had one cheeseburger sandwich meal that we did order and the other was a spicy jalapeño chicken sandwich meal that neither of us wanted or would order. It wasn't worth the hassle of going back to have it corrected since we would have to spend all that time again in the drive thru. They get a bonus star because they at least got the frostys right and the girl at the window was friendly. Otherwise, if you're in any type of hurry I'd probably avoid this place. read more

WHY ARE CUSTOMERS BEING KICKED OUT FOR ASKING THE CREW TO WEAR GLOVES WHEN PREPARING FOOD?? I came here late at night once and they were RUDE to me and kept asking "is that it?" Like trying to make me order as few things as possible. No one gave me my receipt so when I went to talk to management the next morning about how the night staff was gawking and giving me the the evil eye for placing an order she just bluntly said "well I can't fix the issue if I don't have a receipt." I tried to describe the night crew who as rudely aggressive to me and she said "Oh I know who you're talking about they'd never do that they're good workers." WAY TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. 10/10 would NOT recommend this Wendies to everyone! I am a Wendies Regular but I skip RIGHT over this one and go to Taco Bell when I'm in the area. I walked in and saw 10-15 people already in line. Since I wasn't in a hurry I decided to wait in line anyway. I stood in line for 15 minutes before leaving. In that time not one single customer order was taken. Not. A. Single. Order. Drive thru is pretty fast and accurate. However the sandwiches are usually made sloppy and sometimes you can tell that they're not very fresh. Consider yourself lucky if you receive a thank you at the end. read more

Went through the drive thru and was really astonished by how quick I was able to go through and also wowed by the friendly faces I was met with. I made sure to get the employees names so I could write them in this review. The girl Ashley was very patient while taking my order and Brittney smiled and thanked me as I received my food, I was amazed at my overall visit. The spicy chicken I ordered was fresh and the fries tasted fine paired with the awesome strawberry lemonade. Way to go Wendys! Keep up the good work, I'll be back soon. read more

This place is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to and there is a lot. This by far takes the gold. The host was very rude. They got our order wrong three times and while we were figuring out our order they were rushing us and when I said we're still deciding they all want to laugh in the background. I advise anyone who goes here to stop. Unfriendly, disrespectful. Our host name was NAYLA from Waterloo Iowa. She needs to get fired! read more
