I am making a point to write this review and I hope it is dually noted by this management company. the employee managing the front counter, taking orders, handing food, and what seemed like cordinating a lot of the operations in the store, at this time (Thursday dinner rush) is EXCELLENT!! she is busting her butt, communicating well to customers and thanking them for their patience. their hard work is not going un noticed by customers and I hope it is recognized and rewarded by this store as well! i am sure all the employees are working hard through these rushes while being compensated less than their time is worth, and while working in understaffed conditions. 5 stars for the dinner crew on Thursdays!! read more

Stopped for lunch on a summer road trip from DC to NM. It was drive-through only at the time, but not an issue as I got by far the VERY BEST spicy chicken sammy I've ever had at a Wendy's. It had a freshly made, generously sized chicken breast, tender and juicy, lots of mayo (just the way I like it), crisp lettuce, tasty tomato, and a fresh pillowy soft bun. This is a great Wendys. It is clean, fresh, and newly remodeled. The people who work there do a good job. Friendly and professional. Sometimes there is a small wait . They work efficiently but probably need more hires , which is hard right now. Bathrooms are always neat and sanitary. The drink station is kept clean and neat. The Wendys food is hot fresh and tasty. Keep on driving... The employees and the supervisor need a reset. At the first drive through window, the lady taking money was apparently being chewed out by her female supervisor when I pulled up. Employees should never be disciplined in front of customers. After the supervisor stepped away, the employee said to me, "I wish they would just let me do my job." But shame on the supervisor for thinking that was an appropriate time to chastise the cashier and shame on the cashier for making me a part of the dialog. Next window, for getting the food. Girl shoves the food out the window, drink and sack at same time. She was obviously in a rush and abruptly shut the window, no "thank you", no "good day" no "is there anything else?".... She did not offer me any condiments; I checked the bag; no catchup. I waved my hand at her trying to get her attention. She acted like she could not see me; she finally opened the window, and I asked, "Could I have two catchups please?" She responded with two catchups handed out the window and stated, "Most customers ask!" I did reply to her unkind comment, but the window was already slammed shut. I drove on. I was not being rude or pushy or ugly in any way. The food was okay, but I will never stop here again. The employees here need to be trained on how to interact with customers, and the supervisor needs training on how to supervise. Keep on driving; you're not that hungry. read more

I ordered 1 bacon cheese fries, a biggie bag chicken sandwich with a Sprite, 6 spicy nuggets and my sprite drink I should be refunded a few dollars because they did not give me my 1 Large fries for the biggie bag because I noticed it was missing. Besides that they forget something sometimes this wendys is good. It reminds me of another location I went to when I was younger they didn't give me french fries with my kids meal and they weren't out of fries. Food is usually good and not messed up. The employees are nice. The drive-through is absolutely atrocious. I work nearby and often come here for lunch. I should know better, I spend 15 minutes in the drive-through and it is rare that I get through in any less time. read more

Dirty. CLEAN THE BATHROOMS. Had to change my toddler, no changing table. Not even a trash bag in the can. Toilet looks like it had never been cleaned. Man taking the orders was dripping in sweat which he was wiping on his shirt. Awful experience. read more

Apparently Wendy's was closed but there were still workers inside and a big sign outside that said open. There were a ton of cars in the drive through but no one to tell them that they were closed. So we waited in the drive through for a long time thinking that someone was going to take our order. Very poor customer service for Wendy's. read more

We stop at this Wendy's from time to time on long car trips. They have clean restrooms if you want to stop inside. The drive thru can sometimes be long, but they are fairly efficient. And it seems this part of PA has cheaper Wendy's than the eastern PA restaurants...most items are 20-30 cents less. Plus it's right off a light...so you don't have to sit around, trying to turn on Chestnut. read more

The service here is always very good, the employees seem to always have a good attitude and most importantly, my food is ALWAYS right! I never have to send it back! That's the main thing for me. But there's only one down side; for the most part, the service is kinda slow. When I go through the drive through, it takes a lot longer than I feel it should. I don't even want to do one star for this place. We've had multiple bad drive-thru experiences so we decided to go in this time to see if that would be better. We stood in line waiting for 10 minutes and then when we finally go up to have our order taken the woman walked away in the middle of us ordering to put together an order that wasn't even fully ready yet, they were still waiting on another sandwich for that order. While she waited for the other sandwich she didn't proceed to take our order she just stood there waiting for the sandwich. Didn't even deserve ONE star. This review is for 2 separate visits since 4/1/2020. First visit I used the on line ordering, most places when you do that you pull into the parking lot and call them they bring your food out. Not here, sat in line 20 minutes, picked up the food ( which was bagged and ready). It was cold and not fixed as asked. I called and all I was told was "sorry we have some new people training" . REALLY ??? So giving them another chance the Second visit was yesterday (5/2/2020) Daughter went, ordered the food, and a frosty and 2 frostycchinos. Pick up window handed her 3 frostys, she told the girl 2 were frostycchinos and the girl just stood there looking at her, my daughter asked what was wrong and the girl said " i don't know how to make those" so my daughter said to get someone who can. Another girl came over, put the hot coffee ( NOT cold brew) in 2 medium cups and added regular cream and ice. My daughter questioned her and she said that it was made correctly. Got the food home and ONCE again, hubbys burgers were not made correctly, bacon was burnt and the fries were so salty you couldn't eat them. The iced coffees ( it was NOT a frostycchino) were horrible !!! I called the manager who was a straight up smart ass and all she said was " the burgers are made specifically to order so they were made the way I ordered them " and she said " the fries were accidentally salted twice", as for the frostycchinos, she said for me to " read exactly what they are before complaining because THAT is what I was given. It's fast food, so I don't expect much. However, I was dumbfounded by this place. We walked in and immediately heard the cashier complain about having customers come in. I tried to order quick and was extra nice cause I knew the girl was feening for a smoke break. They couldn't get our order right even though we were the only ones in there. We listened to an employee drop 3 F-Bombs before storming out. The food was cold and looked super old. My sister asked for BBQ sauce to 3 employees that were standing around talking but they all turned their backs to her instead. Nothing looked clean. I mean nothing. The only thing that went right was the sweet manager refunding our money and apologizing. It'll be a minute before I'm able to eat at a Wendy's again. Never will it be this one. read more

I ordered a #2. Double cheeseburger. Among other items. The rest of my order was correct. However, my burger was not fresh at all. Not to mention there was only one burger patty. I went back in to notify them of the error and ask for it to be corrected. Now, there were 4 female employees just standing around behind the counter talking, not work talk. So not a busy time. I was given a burger so I left. As I drove away and opened the bag, I realized they gave me the original burger I had already taken a bite out of. And just added another, still unfresh, burger patty.
