Chick-fil-A - Chick fil a - Fast Food Near Me - Washington, Pennsylvania

average chickfila. newly rennovated. skimped on sauces. Only 1 cashier. slow service

If you want to put Chick fil A in the category of fast food, nothing else comes close. The food is always spot on and the service is top notch every single time. Warm and inviting atmosphere and the workers genuinely act like they are happy to serve you, unlike McDonalds and Wendy's. read more

I've gotten mobile order checkout through the app for the past few months and it has never disappointed. Today was my biweekly visit for the Cobb salad with grilled nuggets. The salads are always delicious but today's was especially on point. Service is perfect, wait time is reasonable and the product is what you'd expect from Chick-Fil-A. Huge fan of this location. I may need to change to biweekly, weekly or even daily. read more

Chick-fil-A - Cobb Salad - Fast Food Near Me - Washington, Pennsylvania

Went there 30 mins before closing, and the staff were still very friendly and quick to take our order. The food was very good and took less than a couple of minutes for it to arrive. The place is extremely clean and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place as I know showing up right before closing while every employee wants to go home is very annoying for the employees. read more

Super FRESH Cobb chicken salad and ingredients, topped w/ honey mustard. Can't get any better than this! I added walnuts and raisins to create a delectable, heart-healthy luncheon. THANKS, Chick-fil-A. read more

Chick-Fil-A always does a good job. Their restroom was clean. Dining room busy, line to order wasn't bad & we easily found a table to sit. We arrived on Saturday for lunch, chased by a rain storm. Our food was delicious, hot, fresh & well prepared. Our cashier was friendly, polite & pleasantly. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-a. Staff were unkind, fries unseasoned, no sauce in my bag, order messed up. Rough rough rough. Honestly I'd go to McDonalds over this location. read more

Quick stop for lunch while I was on the road for work. The line for drive through was super long so I decided to go in and order/eat. Was very fast, from ordering to getting my food might have been 5 minutes. Food as always was delicious. I rarely if ever have a bad experience at Chick-fil-a, which is why I choose them often for lunch. The southwest salad is one of my favorites, loaded with greens, protein, and other things that add some spice. Eat more chicken! read more

Chick-fil-A - ows a parking lot full of cars - Fast Food Near Me - Washington, Pennsylvania

So I normally do not eat here because I don't understand the hype (probably never will), its my second time in the 2ish years living in the area. It's just never my go to place whenever I need a quick bite. With it being pretty busy I was able to get through the drive thru with ease. Since I am not a frequent flyer I did feel a bit rushed to order due to needing to wait till I got to their board to see all of their items. I got their mac n cheese and their deluxe grilled chicken sandwich. Both came out as expected and were pretty good. Customer service was good. Everyone working was very nice. Those coming out of the restaurant do not pay attention to drive thru when they are leaving and a couple people almost got hit. read more

Chick-fil-A - Grilled Chicken Club Meal with Mac & Cheese - Fast Food Near Me - Washington, Pennsylvania

That was the freshest chicken sandwich I have ever had from a Chick-Fil-A and it was not even crowded. I ordered a number 1 with a chocolate milkshake. My fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly and my chocolate shake was incredible. I used the drive thru and was met with a guy who took my order and payment and was so polite and professional. Then I pulled up and was met with another nice person who confirmed my name and order and gave me my receipt. The employees were so nice and it seemed like a great working environment. I am glad my sister in law lives in Washington so I can revisit this location!! read more

Love the food, but, since they changed the drive thru to a one lane, it does not go as fast. Kind of makes me not want to go, especially when the traffic is backed out to the road and you want to turn into the parking lot from the left hand side, but since your stuck there, everyone driving from the other side just goes in ahead of you. read more

I don't get the craze over Chick-fil-A, but I think it's good. I got the chicken sandwich, topped only with bbq sauce, my personal taste. It's a good breaded breast, juicy, crunchy coating, in a normal bun. With a side of an awesome chocolate chip cookie, and some tasty, rippled chips, a good lunch was had. read more

When I am sad, happy, frustrated, or really feeling any emotion there is only really one I am always reaching for, the secret cheese dip at Chick-Fil-A. Most people do not know about this heaven-sent secret of the world, it is wonder people can live without the heavenly cheese dip; this cheese dip will leave you speechless for days and it will be on your mind until you get your next fixing. Here is why this cheese dip could be a crime it is so good. The ooey-gooeyness of this cheese dip is what makes it a delicacy, it is warm, thick, and creamy it has the perfect texture and thickness. It warms your stomach and fills your soul; it is like heaven in a paper cup. The cheese itself is worth going to Chick-Fil-A for but it is perfectly paired with the saltiness of the waffle fries you get; my favorite is to eat the fantastic cheese dip with a classic chicken sandwich with lots of pickles, but it is also amazing with their nuggets! The crunchiness of the chicken and fries with the thickness of the delicious gooey cheese makes me drool every time I think about it. If you like the mac-and-cheese at Chick-Fil-A you will like the creamy cheese sauce; it is like the mac-and-cheese just without the noodles! Since mac-and-cheese is my comfort food it is a great solution. I normally do not tell people about this delicacy because they think it is very "fat" of me to dream about this cheese dip during any meal; but the people that do know agree that it is something worth trying because it is that perfectly delicious. I really do not care about what people have to say about my favorite cheese dip because if they haven't tried it, they cannot hate it; it is probably the best thing that has happened to me. You cannot find this masterpiece at any Chick-Fil-A, it is only at certain locations so you will just have to go and ask for it; trust me when I say this, I always remember what restaurants have the cheese dip and which ones don't. I live, laugh, love this cheese dip but also the deliciousness that comes with it. Do not be afraid to ask for it when you go into the restaurant because the workers already know what you are talking about, they understand what you are talking about even though it is not on the menu. read more

Went here for lunch. Service was not great. We waited in line after we received our food for a while since our order was over $25. All we ordered was 2 meals. We even ordered ahead. People ordering behind us multiple cars back pulled out before us. Everything was cold. And they forgot all of our sauces and mixed up our milkshakes. This used to be our favorite lunch spot. Service was quick and the food was great, but since re-opening everything has gone downhill. Will not be back for a while. read more

While traveling from Cincinnati OH back to Silver Spring MD with my son-in-law and my 5 year old grandson we made a quick stop here to use the bathroom to and grab a quick take out order. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and a kid's meal of chicken nuggets with an apple juice. We asked for extra Chick-fil-A sauce. We were hungry and the food was hot and tasty especially with the their signature suace. I really like the spicy chicken sandwiches. Bacon was an added to it of course. This is a drive of 8 or more hours. This food from Chick-fil-A really made the drive a lot more enjoyable! Until next time be kind to each other! #chick-fil-A #nuggets #wafflefries #yummy #bacon @yelpdc read more

My favorite chick-fil-a! The service is always bubbly, food is always good when I go through. Root beer is always FRESH. But the worker dom is amazing!! I forgot my card at work and I was going to go grab it and come back and he took care of it for me. He seen my hands were full of kids. Yeah I come here literally everyday but I didn't expect that!! That dude deserves a raise or something. The world needs more people like him. Made a very chaotic afternoon a little less chaotic! Thank you so much! (it wasn't a whole lot of food literally only a salad and fries so plz don't read this review and try to take advantage wasn't posting to try to say hey get free stuff I was posting to show recognition to Dom and how thankful i am) read more

Chik fil a is the perfect example of the perfect fast food product. Well put together sandwiches and a lovely menu full of chicken. My favorite go to is the regular chicken sandwich combo and 8 ct chicken nuggets. Of course you need a sauce with the nuggets. The Polynesian sauce is one of my favorites, followed by the house chik fil a sauce. This particular location is clean and the service is great. Highly recommend! read more

We are a once a week customer to this location and there is very little to dislike about our experiences here. The only critique that we have is that the busier they are the poorer the quality control is. The fries tend to be soggy and they seem to have issues with their portion size ever sense they switched their fry containers. Looks a little odd getting a large fry that is only halfway full. read more

Food: Huge, juicy, delicious piece of chicken on my spicy deluxe sandwich. Fries were good, not overly salty. Service: Friendly as always. There are two drive-thru lanes that seemed to work pretty efficiently. Fast, especially considering the long lines. Grilled chicken sandwich was a bit on the dry side. Drive-through ordering process is confusing. I had to wait in line for one associate to take my order, while her other two associates were leaning against the building doing nothing. So three customers who came in after me we're all served before me. I passed my frustration on to the woman taking payments, she apologized profusely, and then went to speak to those associates. Sadly, no coupons were offered, didn't take off any up charges for my meal, nothing. I wasn't expecting a free meal,But something to make it right would have been appreciated read more

Love the Washington Chick-fil-A. Sometimes I forget this place is even fast food! The service at this location is awesome. There could be 10 cars ahead of you in the drive thru, employees outside taking your order (especially at lunch time) and you will still have your food within 5 minutes! Parking is also really easy, even during the peak hours. read more

Love this place come here all the time. The traffic is the bad part we waited in the road way just get into line. They do move you through Pretty quickly which Is a good thing I just think they need to figure out the lines a little better maybe buy the old max and armas for extra parking next door or for drive through only. But other than that I love the Washington chick fil a read more

This is the cleanest and friendliest Chick-fil-A in all the land. Drive through lines go quickly. They have a system that works. How can you not love the spicy fried chicken? The only thing that could improve is offering spicy chicken strips instead of just spicy nuggets. I'm very disappointed with this chick fil a!!! The service was efficient which is why i gave 2 stars but I have a lot of food allergies. 5 stars because this is the best stop from Columbus to Cumberland, MD. If you are traveling with kids, then this is the perfect spot to stop. They have a great kid's place that was very clean at 11:30 AM. Our 3,1, and 7 month old loved this stop. The baby had a place to crawl around in the corner especially since there was only 1 other kid in the play place. Our 1 yr old could climb all the way up to slide as the steps are right for an almost 2 yr old. Our 3 yr old also loved the space. They played here for close to an hour which made a sleepy group for the next 1.5 hours. The service is also very good as they are polite and help with the trays when you are loaded down with kids. Free refills on coffee for me was a bonus. I actually like Chic-Fil-A coffee and the message behind it. This place has a more modern feel than the Chick Fil A's near my house. read more

They are amazing!! We drive from two hours away to eat here! Great service and great food. The app is super handy to use too.

We used to really really enjoy this place but now I can't eat here anymore. I'm sorry, the quality of food has taken a nosedive. Is the company expanding too fast? Have they changed food services? I don't know. The chicken has been gristly; both nuggets and sandwiches alike. I can't give a recommendation anymore. My guess is, as a corporation, they're attempting to cut a few costs but when you stiff the consumer with literal JUNK food the consumer really doesn't really like to support those corporations anymore. read more
