Just know if you ask for cookies to be fresh they will agree and give you cookies cold and hard as a rock. Forget even getting a meal for $12 a small size meal. Mind you a SMALL MEAL. This place is fucking no good. We ordered 2 single bacon nators, 2 chocolate frostys and 3 peppermint frostys. First of all the meat for the burgers were hard and fucking cold which we did not eat. The peppermint frostys we placed in our freezer and brought it out in the evening and went to eat it and guess what is was not the fucking peppermint it was vanilla. Just love Wendy's HOWEVER I do have a negative remark regarding the large cup sizes. The person seemingly in charge told me that it's a shipping issue which is bull. Like how come other Wendy's and other restaurants have large cups shipped in and Wendy's can't. Sometimes when you write a review, it isn't about the "start to finish being so ultimately perfect and in order that that's the only way the place deserves 5 stars", oh no. Not this one. So it's 11:30pm at night and I'm so excited to finally go home and greet my wonderful kids and one of them gets the midnight snack attack and asks specifically for Wendy's. Fairly new to the Nanakuli area, we've been snacking on this place and I've been lucky to get great service every time. The people behind the speakers are local for sure, they understand Aloha and I feel that every time. But this night was different, I missed them exxxxxtra and wanted to get their usual order and surprise them. "Crispy chicken sandwich, med fries and a frosty". Ordered the sandwiches and fries but decided this time to skip out on the frosties because I had gone grocery shopping and stocked on ice creams. Nevertheless, they're thankful for what they get regardless. While waiting for my order, they asked me if I could roll into the front of the building to wait and not keep up the line. No problem for me! Upon arrival of my items, Jodie brings out two frosties, compliments for the unusual situation and made our day. These weren't given because I asked for them for free, they were given as a gesture and that gesture made my kids happy. Marie accompanied Jodie with my order and they both were so kind. So I can understand getting a food order wrong, or missing something. That's fine, however, constantly getting a drink wrong? On 2 occasions I ordered a Diet Coke. On both occasions I got regular Coke. For someone who has to take medication whenever they eat, it's always nice having to check if something is what you ordered. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews but My let experience at this Wendy's was beyond awful. We ordered 2 chicken nugget meals, they let us know they were out of BBQ Sauce when we requested it. I was slightly annoyed because I know they could get us a bit of bbq sauce from the sauce they use for bbq sandwiches. But we settled on sweet and sour. Upon arriving ALL THE WAY HOME after sitting in traffic. We opened our food and NO SAUCE. We decided since all we ordered was chicken nuggets we had to go get sauce. When we arrived the line was so long and it took over 15 min just to reach the place to order. We let them know we were here to get the sauce they forgot for our chicken nugget meals. After finally reaching the window the worker handed us 2 sauces and turned away. No apology and 2 sauces FOR 20 CHICKEN NUGGETS. I said, "excuse me, we ordered two 10 piece meals may we please have more sauce?" I also let her know we had to drive all the way home and now eat Cold chicken nuggets. She didn't care one bit. Aggressively handed us a few more sauce and walked away. I find this absolutely inexcusable and beyond rude. We will no longer be giving this place our business. read more

I'd expect it to be busy during lunch and the fact that School had just been released across of the street. It was busy and what was worse is that they didn't seem to have much help available as well. With all that going on my cashier Zayshalyn was AMAZING! You could tell she was frustrated because of the customers needing to wait for their food but she offered help and assistance when needed and apologized for the wait. I would've gave it 5 stars if the order came out in a timely manner but their staffing issues wasn't at the fault of staff but at management probably not having enough hired or scheduled staff. I know especially now it's hard to find workers so they did what they could do with what they were given. All in all I've always had a good experience with this particular Wendy's and hope that they get some much needed hands hired. read more

Your order will be wrong every single time. And if you try to nicely ask for them to fix it, the rude lazy lady who sits in the office will tell you- the customer- you're wrong or say "we have other customers" as if their mistake is your fault. Expect to get charged for someone else's order, or get the wrong drink without being told because the one you want they were out of, or have half of your order missing. Do not bother with this Wendy's, all of these workers need to be let go with the way they treat paying customers. read more

I'm giving this location only one star for so many reasons and I'm pretty sure other customers can agree with me. 1). Majority of the staff is very rude, always like to rush people out of the drive through. I've been here a numerous amount of times and have been disappointed each time. I while ordering I always tell them what kind of dipping sauce I would like so it already be in the back by the time I get to the drive through point. I checked my bag and didn't see any of the dipping sauces that I kindly asked for. I asked one the ladies at the front window for two sauces and she responded in such a nasty way "Huh!?" "You want what" and rolled her eyes. 2). The food is always cold NEVER HOT!!!!! I've ordered nuggets, fries, chicken sandwiches, burgers, and they're always cold, the only thing that's the right temperature is the beverages on all separate occasions that I've been here. 3). Once again this location has some very rude workers. I was waiting at the first window patiently for my food, a male staff approaches me with my food and I see him basically juggling my food to prevent it from falling (remind you I'm wearing sunglasses, I can see him but he can't see me looking at him), he catches it with his stomach against the register and smooshes my food and burst a hole in the bag and handed it to me as nothing happened. I asked for new food and of course there was some attitude involved in the back because I asked for new food he was going for a few seconds and handed me my food. I parked in the parking lot to check my food and basically what looked like they just changed the bag and the wrapping of the food item because when I opened it my food was scattered across the food wrapping. My fiancé also ordered food for us as well at this location and our food have both of us the runs. This location needs some serious work and for it to be a new location that can be upsetting when things like this continuously happen. Horrible service! Slow! Manager on duty was rude and inconsiderate. I waited in line for 35 min in the drive thru only to be told when I went to pay that their machines are down and they are only accepting cash. No sign was posted at the speaker informing anyone that their machines were down. The cashier told me to drive to the next window and that her manager may be able to help me. When I drove to the food pick up window, the other workers weren't even aware that the machines were down and that I didn't pay for my food. I was honest and let them know, and the manager came to the window and basically told me too bad. All of this after waiting in line all that time. No consideration that it was their bad, and that they should have posted a sign letting people know so that they don't waste their time waiting all to be told I can't even get my food. read more

Just left that place. I'm kinda sick of fighting the urge to write a review because this place has pissed me off multiple times. I haven't been there in months but tonight I decided why not. I went there to put in orders for me & my family of four. It was a pretty big order I'll admit but it's for a family of four so not to overwhelming. I'm sure they've built meals for bigger families being were on the west side full of polys. Anyways, the girl asked me at the end "would u like to add cookies" "yeah sure I'll take 4". I approached the window & heard the cashier say, "idk why you had to ask her that" LOL. Then I heard a woman who looked to be the manager (she was holding a clipboard) exclaim "What the fuck?" Then glance at me as we locked eyes. I thought how unprofessional. At least talk shit after I leave lol. Also, THEY FORGOT MY DAMN COOKIES lmao. Every time I go here there is always some little girl at the cashier with a stink attitude. If you don't like your job work some where else. There is one manager who is taller a little bigger than the other girls there who made my shitty experience during another time into a way better one. I drove by this location on 2/18/2020 @midnight and even though online states they close at 1am, they had drive through lights out and coned off. I've worked restaurants pretty much my whole life, even few years in management so I understand end of the day everyone is tired, but come on at least keep operations open the hours you have posted.
