I cant come here no more. The service is awful!! I've tried twice and I just won't be back. I would love to leave zero stars

my mom and dad and I ate at this Wendy's. If this is the one by the mall, this was a horrible experience for us. The food was cold. The ambience and the atmosphere were off from the first time we ever ate there. The people were rude. they didn't have any toys for the happy meals. They were out of cups for the Frosty's, the french fries were cold and old. The chicken nuggets were cold and old. My dad's hamburger was cold and the meat was old. This was a horrible experience. I don't know if they got a new employees working at this one, but it was not the same as the first time we ate there nor the second time this was our third time eating there and it was a horrible experience. The restaurant was nasty. There was flies everywhere. The people just didn't look the same and their attitudes definitely wasn't the same nor was a taste of the food. read more

This location always has flies, and it stinks on a consistent basis. Also, one of the managers has a bad attitude. I don't recommend it, but it is fast food. Not sure what else to expect. read more

The cashier didn't even get my order right and I was in a rush, the manager was all fussy because there was a new employee that doesn't know what to do, and the place was filthy (I had a slimy black liquid coming out of the Coca-Cola) I will not be coming to this Wendys anytime soon. I'd give this zero stars and recommend you just keep driving. We walked inside to order and the lady at the cash register was on her phone texting. My husband said our order and after a long awkward pause she puts her phone down and says "you want what again?" The order was all messed up. We got a chili, jr cheeseburger deluxe, and two jr bacon cheeseburgers. When asked to put cheese and onions on the chili, she looked at us funny and place an entire onion round on top and a mound of cheese. The beans were undercooked and crunchy. One of the bacon cheeseburgers had no bacon, the deluxe had no tomatoes, and the other bacon cheeseburger tasted like sanitizer solution. And to top it off, their soda machine is jacked up and the mellow yellow tasted funky. read more

tried ordering from this place and the person on the intercom was rude when i asked questions he didn't know.

They locked the doors early at 9:50 pm as I was walking up to the door. He saw me and turned around and ran back. Yet, the dining room closes at 10pm. All I want is a frosty. Then, I decided to go to the drive through where same guy tried to cheat me out of my change after paying for it. So, I stayed at the window with car running where he decides to open cash drawer back up to give me my change. I didn't say anything, I just left and enjoyed my frosty out in my car. Frosty was delicious which is why I'm still giving them 3 stars. read more

So if your looking for a burnt spicy chicken sandwich that tastes like leather and last weeks chicken, this is the place to go. I went to this location at approximately noon thinking that if there was chicken left over from yesterday, it would be gone. At the very least discarded and I may have to wait for fresh chicken to cook but that was not the case. This chicken sandwich was so burnt and leathery that I couldn't eat it. Driving through on our way back to Arkansas and needed to grab some lunch. We should have just kept driving. The woman working the drive thru to take orders was beyond rude. Did not even give us a chance to finish our order before demanding we pull up to the window. After we got our order situated and paid, upon returning our debit card she dropped it, then laughed. Got to the second window to receive our food, not one word was said. Our food was slightly less than thrown out the window to us. Along with our drinks. Attempted to ask for napkins since there wasn't any in the bag, and the lady standing there ignored us and just walked up to the front. The food is your basic fast food but can tell it was just thrown together. I feel sorry for anyone having to encounter anyone at this establishment. OHHHHHH and they didn't even have chocolate frostys.... That's not how this works. read more

Worse service is not possible. They were so bad I finally walked out after 20 mins standing in line. There were 4 groups behind me that were just as frustrated about the performance of these incompetent workers. When I spoke to the manager he defended these rude and lazy people like they were the chosen ones. He actually told me IF I DON'T LIKE THE SERVICE DON'T BACK. LOL..... I am a coach for a collegiate soccer team, and we brought our team here for a late dinner while driving 7 hours to get home. It was one of the only open options we had that was open until 10. We got there at exactly 9:30. We went inside asking if they were still open, and they said yes but only the drive through. We told them we had a bus of players and the bus wouldn't fit. They told us to "walk through" the drive through to order. 30 seconds later, we got to the drive through to order, and they automatically told us they were closed at 9:33. They clearly weren't closed, and they only "closed" because they didn't want to serve a full team. Super disappointed. So many girls just wanted a frosty... read more

i usually hate complaining but this wendy's told us that they would serve us, then once we got to the window, we were told they were closed at 9:33, looking at google they close at 10. i'm not mad, i'm just disappointed. read more

Excellent service through the drive-through. Food was delicious. The woman who took our order was kind and gracious. She went out of her way to serve us. read more
