Not the average Chick Fil A experience. We stopped in for breakfast while on a roadtrip. We stopped here as they are known for quick service, consistent good food and great service. The restaurant was moderately busy but everything took forever. Ordering was easy and the employee was nice. Once we ordered it took over 15 minutes to get the food. The food was consistent and good. I had a chicken biscuit meal with a sweet tea. LOVE their tea btw - definitely order it. The dining area was not clean and it took us a minute to find a table to sit at. Overall just not what I'm used to for CFA. Choose another location if you can. read more

I went to Cashe in my point, and I had some freezer stuff from a previous bad order held. This order was just as bad the salad the lettuce was soggy, and the chicken was hard and old. The fries were cold. The brownie was so hard you can even eat it. The cookies were even harder When they don't get my order right 10 out of 10 would not recommend. read more

I walked in this morning to get my usual 8-12 count grilled . Knowing that it's a lunch time food I was willing to wait like I usually do but however, today, they flat or debited to cook my order of grilled nuggets the cashier informed me they don't do that and have never done that but yet I have receipts to prove I've bought grilled nuggets in the mornings. Dirty bathrooms, tables, and floors and it took forever to get our dine-in food at 8pm with tons of workers standing around. went and ordered a medium fry after receiving our food and realizing that they forgot to add it. Three of us in our 60's on a Civil War tour stopped for a meal for the road. The line moved quickly. The young lady taking our order was so pleasant, called us Mr. XX by our first names in the sweet MS accent; nice to hear the Southern hospitality by a high school young lady. this is the worst chic fi la I have ever been to. The Cobb salad was mostly just old lettuce and a bunch of corn. the box was somehow coated in grease. the chicken inside was just a spicy patty that looked like someone ripped it up with their hands. the one in meridian is very good so this was just disappointing and disgusting. read more

I always go to this Chick-fil-A for my morning breakfast. The people are always very generous. I have never had a problem before today. I ate my morning breakfast and a couple of hours later, I had gotten extremely sick. I have been nauseous, along with some other symptoms of food poisoning. This is the most dissatisfying location I have ever visited. The staff was lackadaisical and somewhat innattentive. After waiting in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes (it is Friday, so I do understand this,) I drove off to find my order was incorrect, even after the order-taker had repeated it back to me correctly earlier. (I know: I should have checked the bag before leaving...) The line was still long. Ok, so the food is just what you expect from Chick-fal-a. That's where the good stuff ends. This spot has always had a space problem, because it's so small. Employees stand outside to take your drive through order, that's ok and it keeps the line moving. But the only other one is inside a mall that you can see from the restaurant parking lot. Now, for us techies-if you offer a wallet app for your business-it should work! At this restaurant, it never has. Understand that even in a place like tupelo, with all the nepotism and good ole boys, sooner or later these issues will hurt financially. UPDATE- next day. A woman called from "customer service". Wow there's a call I wish I hadn't answered. I honestly tried to explained what happened during my previous days visit, but she was having none of it. It was my fault and that was that. I travel & stop at CF all over the south. This location is not what I call up to standards. Mainly because the people that are working the front counter. I witnessed a lady waiting for her order, before I had even entered the building, get passed over several times. Then finally the counter manager went to check on her order - returned w/ the comment with a laugh "we gave your order to another lady. She'll be back. We're remaking your order". Not even making an apology. I witnessed a counter person handing others their order at least 3x & the patrons stating that was not their order. They also tried to give me a beverage that I did not order. I did receive my order correctly & left with the lady still waiting on her order. read more

Was in the middle of a three hour drive from work to my home. I know COVID has everything in flux but that doesn't excuse what happened to me. I was in one of the two drive through lanes. When I finally got to one car in front of me left before I got to order the customer service went sideways. There were three people taking orders. One per lane and another going between lanes to help out. He came by my car and said "when she prints out the receipt she will take your order. Fine if that was to happen. But it didn't. Instead the order in front of me went on for another five minutes. While he went about taking orders for cars behind me and besides me. When if finally came to place my order three vehicles in the parallel lane moved in front of me to get there order before I even placed mine. Next in line is next in line. How hard is that to understand. Not sure why I was skipped but I was. If I had not been blocked in I would have just left without a bit of food. But I was blocked in and thus just placed the order and EVENTUALLY received my food. Even though the food was very good I was still left with a bad taste in my mouth. Has to be the best fast food spot in Tupelo. The entire staff is outstanding. The best part about this place is that's it's locally owned by a great guy that puts customers and employees first. so basically, i love that chick-fil-a but the past two times i've been they've forgotten something. which the first time it was just a coke, no biggie it happens. but tonight i went and spent $45 with my bf for me him and my sister. drove 25 mins back home to find out i in fact did not get two of my 4 entrées. i called them and all they could do for me was set it up so i could get it next time, which i suppose is fine. but i should've been able to get my money back and get the food LATER. if i could've gotten it tonight that would've been different. oh yea and i get coupons but i'll prolly never use them bc i prolly will never go back to that one again. i'm disappointed. read more

When I got to work, I realized I was one biscuit short. I called about my grievance and oh boy did they deliver. They brought the one biscuit to us, a batch of cookies, and a gift card. This place is awful. awful. I eat Chick-fil-A at least 3 times a week (probably not healthy but i am obsessed). and just had to come to this one on the way back from the beach. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT CHICK-FIL-A UNTIL NOW. Awful awful. The girl that took our order outside in the drive thru took 10 minutes while the other line was flying past us. She asked their manager in the middle of us ordering if she could eat and have a break and proceeded to say "right now?" and walk off in the middle of our order. Once we finally ordered and pulled up to the window some punk kid was outside handing us our food. No eye contact. No smiles. Throwing our food at us practically and talking to the teenage girls in the window about some gossip and pausing with our food in his hands to get their conversation finished. Now don't look at this review and think oh no! Not Chick fil A!!! Let's look at the facts it's 3pm not usually a rush hour. The place looks big on the outside don't let it fool you. Very little parking it took us 5 minutes to get a spot you would think because it's so large this wouldn't be an issue. Also restrooms are smaller than the average chick fil a which means when you have 5 or 6 ladies cramming into the restroom while I am trying to wash my kids hands and they can't reach the sink that calls for a major backup and someone getting bumped in the head. The entrance leads right into the order line which means if you have 30 people trying to order your going to get hit on the head by the door because people are rude here. The lines are hectic and cheotic. Maybe you would be better off in the drive thru. There are tons of seating that's the only good thing the food is what's expected, but of you want a massive headache by all means come here. Otherwise take it to go or come when it's completely empty. read more

My mother and I came here this morning. We arrived in the parking lot around 0615 and waited until they opened the doors. After they opened the doors we went in and the floors were still wet, and they told us we would have to wait to order. We weren't even greeted on top of that. Once we were allowed to order we had to wait 10+ minutes for our order. While waiting, my mother, whom is the nicest most patient lady one would ever meet, made the statement, "this is the least friendly chick-fil-a I've been to." I ordered an egg white grill with a fruit cup and a large Coke Zero and she ordered a 4 count chicken mini entree with a large Diet Coke. After finally receiving our order about 15 minutes after ordering, we rushed out given we had a 10 hour drive ahead of us. Upon looking into our bag, I pulled out my order to see I had been given a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin and she had been given a 3 count chicken mini. Just frustrating that we waited so long to not even receive the correct order. Usually chick-fil-a is always very good at getting orders correct and being extremely Friendly, but this one was HORRIBLE. read more

i love chick fil a! my food was hot, got to me fast, nice people working but there was one thing, no one came by and asked if me and my friends needed anything AND i needed a refill, and no one came up to the counter to help me when they were just standing around. i even asked someone and they said they would be right back and never came back to refill my drink. there were other associates working up front but everyone working acted as if i was invisible. i'm sorry but if i did that and my manager saw it, i would be sent home or written up. read more
