I asked to upgrade my meal, so that I could get a medium drink because I was sharing with somebody, in front of me she poured the drink into the other one and filled the rest of the drink up with ice, when I told her I wasn't gonna pay for that because I saw what she did she then said nothing close the door went to the back and brought the same drink back.... the lady who served me had an earbud in and asked me three times what I had said because she couldn't hear me with her earbud in and also her headset, the overall experience was terrible. I just went to Wendy at 1:30pm, I had heard all the hype about the krappie patty. ok so I got one and a sm pineapple frosty. got home the frosty had a slight tinge of yellow and all I tasted was vanilla not pineapple , as far as the patty went it always looks so good when advertise. Oh cheese yes, lettuce I be lucky I got a leaf the size of about 2", a horribly thin piece of not ripe tomato and then a pickle and a smear of sauce, I did get one bite where I got a taste of sauce, patty, lettuce and tomato it was really tasty, however out of a 1/4 lb. I avoided this Wendy's for awhile due to subpar service and meh products. My order is always so simple -- usually a crispy chicken sandwich, value fries, and a root beer -- but the quality was usually lackluster. I'm glad I didn't write them off completely because, as of my last visit a couple weeks ago, the quality seems to have leveled out to be more on par with other locations. Service was also extremely friendly and fast. If you're traveling on 295, this location is pretty close to exit 10. It's also near a McDonalds (pass!), Dunkin (good), and Wawa (my first choice). read more

I walked into this Wendy's under the impression that I was gonna have some quality food along with quality service; Boy was I wrong. So I asked for a double bacon pub with no pickles and fries with no salt, I end up finding pickles in this dry ass sandwich and salted fries. They just did not care about my order and kept operating all the while looking like brain dead zombies and being seemingly short-staffed. When I ordered I got a Dave's single and a medium lemonade. We got 2 lemonades. The fries were fine but when we pulled up to the window we only got 1 lemonade. They hadn't said anything about it even though they knew. So I said something and the responded by saying they were out of it. But anyways when I got home I unwrapped the packaging that said hamburger and inside of it was a spicy chicken sandwich with nothing on it. I was pissed. I've had countless incorrect orders from here. I paid $40 through the Wendy's app to have my food delivered and I received someone else's $12 order. Generally the orders have a few wrong items or are missing condiments. This is only the 2nd time that I've received the wrong order completely. They are utterly incompetent. Also, the manager, Angelica Perez, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to call the store 10 times to get an answer and I received an attitude immediately. I waited in line for a good half an hour for them to tell me when I got to the speaker that they were closing and couldn't help me even though it wasn't their closing time . their service is awful and their workers are not nice. My mom fell in the bathroom because the seat is loose and hit her leg on the toilet paper roll holder. She came out bleeding and the lady behind the counter says your bleeding miss. Doesn't offer a bandaid or paper towels so I'm helping my mom and all and after like 4 napkins of blood the lady at least offered a wet napkin. We get the blood subdued enough to order and sit. The coke machine was empty of most sugar free sodas. Then we get the food and my mom sees the manager and tells her what happened she offered her a band aid and burn ointment? Then walks into the bathroom and the kids behind the counter couldn't even hold it together enough for the manager to check the seat. So the manager walks away doesn't say sorry about that nothing. Even though its a chain fast food joint, they in my mind is better than Micky Ds'... Baconator!!!! How can you go wrong with this if you like bacon!! Best part is they ask you what size you would like(yes i know its like that everywhere) but you compare their largest cheese burger to Micky Ds' hands down, this little red head has them beat. This is an average outpost of the popular Wendy's fast food chain. As at every Wendy's you can get your expected variety if burgers, chicken, and my personal favorite - Frostys. The location looks small from the outside, but it has a large side dining room that has flexible seating in case you have the desire to bring a bus here. Access is a little confusing. If you are coming from 295 and miss the entrance you can go down to the next light, turn left and then turn left again to bring you right back to the entrance road. I have always gotten good quality food that is made accurately. The dining room and bathrooms are generally kept clean. However, the service is generally slow. There are not a lot of dining options in this area - particularly in the fast food genre - so you are kind of stuck just waiting, but don't come here unless you a) really need a burger fix and/or b) you have a little extra time to kill. read more

Worst Wendy's I been to in a long time. When I pulled up to the speaker to place my order it took the girl taking my order a while for her to answer and when she finally did she acted so uninterested in doing her job and spoke so low at times while responding to me that I could barely hear her. I ordered the 2 for $5 special and she even asked what two options I wanted; yet when I received my order I was missing my 2nd option for the special that I ordered and noticed that she charged me regular menu price for my first option once I received a receipt which I had to ask for. There were two white girls working the window and both had an attitude with one of them being on her phone while in the window, both were very ghetto hood acting girls with long fake nails. When I mentioned she forgot my 2nd option and charged me regular price the girl who took my order got smart with me about it and for some reason I noticed she had a black guy walk up from the cooking area to see me thru the window.
