Despite it being the closest McDonald's to me, I will never go here again after a series of horrendous customer service issues culminated in an event on February 26, 2025. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and when it was given to me, the staff member had neglected to properly fit the lid on top so it came off, ice cream and hot fudge going everywhere in my car and causing a mess that you can easily imagine, The staff do not care about the customers, they are never prepared, and they never use even the most rudimentary amount of common sense in their work. read more

We have been to this location several times due to its proximity to our daughter's home. It's very small and every time we've gone, a manager/supervisor takes up a large booth even while customers are looking to sit. Today, she was hacking and blowing her nose and finally put on a mask before telling some staff she felt terrible and was leaving! Not very appetizing nor hygienic when people are trying to enjoy a meal! On top of this, you have to beg the staff for extra ketchup, salt/pepper. You're lucky to get a clean table! After that sick supervisor left, nobody cleaned the table she was at, even though they were told to do so! This place is apparently poorly run/managed and really needs to either close or get new management. After today, we are DONE going to this location. read more

Food: it's usually prepared as described on menu. Service: you get your food delivered and that's basically it. No ketchup. No salt or pepper. If you want them you go to the counter. Good luck getting someone's attention!!! Ambiance: sometimes clean tables. Supervision or manager always takes up one of tables that seats 6! If I could give ZERO I would. The staff is SUPER rude, especially the manager. They can't keep up, so when you get your food it's just thrown together. Worst McDonald's ever been to. I can't consider it fast food. It took 40 minutes to get my food and that's after I had to walk in the restaurant (from the drive through wait area) and walk behind their counter to ask someone to pull my order. The staff there do not acknowledge people who are waiting. They all seem to look past you like you're invisible. Ultimately had to deal with the manager at which point I was told they had no more biscuits. Had to reimburse because I already paid for everything. They also forgot to add the hashbrowns. I normally don't post horrible reviews but this is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this McDonald's. Honestly, I could've gone down the street to the Swedesboro Diner where they would've cooked my breakfast within ten minutes. I would've been in and out of that Diner within 30 minutes. Or I could've gone to the Dunkin Donuts next store. I got to watch their drive through line move very quickly while I sat in my car for 35 minutes at McDonald's (before I went in) waiting for someone to finally bring my food out. Drive thru service was good. It was quick, convenient, and accurate! Thought for sure they would forget something cause we were a party of 6, and we ordered a lot of different items!! Tastewise, the food tasted just as expected. What I tried was as good as the other locales. So if I ever found myself in this part of New Jersey again, then I would return. read more

The drive through at the Logan Township Center Square Road location in NJ has lost our business forever. The last 3 out of 3 times in the drive through the order has been wrong. Missing items. Extra mustard onions and pickles on burgers that were to have NO mustard onions or pickles. Tonight after waiting at the pickup window for 6 minutes for fries as the line of cars behind grew and waited I was given my order. It was crammed in one medium bag. 20 pc nuggets, two cheeseburgers no o/p/m, a double cheeseburger same way large fries and hot cakes. "Is it all in here really?" "Yup" Not trusting this I pull into the mobile order spot and check. Hotcakes are missing. I go inside and am met with amused laughter. I explain the last two visits have not gone well either. Again amused laughter. I say, "It's only funny because I came in and we are fixing it. It really sucks to get home and find items missing or inedible." She answers, "Yeah I guess that's true." So I repack the items into the bag. "Oh I guess I should have bagged those for you" "Yeah that and a few other things could be better." This place is horrible!! From the customer service to the food! The cashiers are always rude, and they always seem to get my order wrong. The managers don't seem to be any better, not even wearing uniforms (leggings). No one seems to even wash there hands in this place. I watch as a cashier take money from a customer count it, coughed in her hand and then went to handle the food. To top it all off the served me a very under cooked burger! I ordered today from this store one my burgers had no cheese on them and I order quarter pounders with cheese 2 of them. Secondly. I open up my burger to be sure it was the way I asked. And I find a hole In my patty. Not a little o e like it just fell apart but a big one like a rodent or a nasty employee did something to my burger. I'm so upset. I call the store and after speaking with 3 employees 2 being managers I was unable to get a refund or my order replace. This is so frustrating being as though I ordered through door dash at work and my car is In the shop. I'm beyond livid and I feel like I was not taken serious as a customer. What if I would have just eaten the burger and gotten sick. Even passed away who would my family hold accountable especially when 2 managers act like it could have never happened on their watch. I went through the drive through & ordered a normal Big Mac & a quarter pounder with no pickles & onions. I got my food & the fries were half way filled & they gave me a normal quarter pounder & a Big Mac with no pickles & no onions. This McDonald's still looked shiny and new when we visited for breakfast. I liked that they have some booths with longer tables because sometimes, you need the extra room. The food was average for the fast food chain. Service was quite good this morning, except that the kitchen needs a better system for figuring out who gets which order. Just saying the food item alone doesn't cut it when multiple people ordered the same thing. Also, they tend to pack everything to go in brown bags, regardless of what you asked for. read more

What idiots!!!! My wife and 6year old went there today at 10:58AM, I repeat 10:58AM! They wanted to order a happy meal for lunch. The cluck, sorry meant clerk said they are not serving lunch until 11AM, which she said is in 2 minutes!!!!! My wife drove out of the drive thru. I work for a service oriented company and we pride our self on service!!! Prices don't mean much if your service is poor!!!! In this case "POOR" would be an upgrade for this location! It's not that often that the wife and I go to McDonald's. When we do it's mainly this location due to the convenient location for us. I must say this is one of the best McDonald's I've ever been too. It is very clean inside. The staff is always friendly. One of the big things though is that the majority of the time their food is well put together. It's not the sloppy mess one usually expects with fast food. I couldn't give it 5 stars due to the 1 or 2 times I can recall having my order slightly wrong. Both were extremely busy times and could have been a new employee. No nearly bad enough to complain though. Glad the few times a year we go to McDonald's it can be this one. read more
