This place was not great. I waited in the drive-through for about 10 minutes with no movement. All I want was a lemonade so I decided to go inside. The staff was pretty busy, but I'm not sure if they had enough staff and I did notice the lemonade drinks were absolutely empty. So I don't know if that meant they didn't have any at all or I didn't have time to make more. And this location was literally next-door to my hotel so I ended up leaving and driving to a restaurant about 4 to 5 miles away just to get lemonade. read more

Short black guy taking orders had a horrible attitude. He was also handling money and food without washing hands in between, and did not once bother to wear any gloves. The young man who had no professional or customer service poise opens the window, a hat on hanging off his head, locs all in his face and tells me to reverse to the bush! My four year old decided he wanted Wendy's today, I think he may have seen a commercial because we never eat here. Anyway load up the family and order $31 worth of food. My family went through the drive thru at 10:30pm on Saturday night because the inside dining was closed. We get the food and pull in a parking spot to eat. It was discovered that we were missing two fries so my husband walks up to the window to let them know they were missing said fries. The employee gave him the fries and when he goes back to the car my daughter tells him his 4 count nugget is also missing so he goes back to the window to let the employee know. She actually accused him of lying to get free food and said she would check with her manager!!! Are you serious, Wendy's?? Why would we lie to get free subpar, crappy food? How about teaching your employees to fill orders correctly and not accuse paying customers of stealing? This place is DISGUSTING! The soda machine is dripping all over the floor, and my wife had to find a no-slip cone on her own. There is ketchup all over the condiments counter. Food all over the dining room floor. The work spaces look covered in food and smears of food. And the whole floor is sticky. Also the guy at the register didn't even acknowledge us because he was having issues with the register, but a simple explanation would have sufficed. I would give less stars if it were possible. We ordered for a family of five after sitting in the drive thru line for a super long time after the fireworks show at Stone Mountain. When trying to order, the girl kept telling us to hold on. It was because people that had already got their orders were missing stuff and three different people walked back up to the window while we were ordering to get their orders corrected. This is by far the WORST location EVER! No only did I wait in line for a long time, when I finally got my order... that I had to repeat several times... it was wrong. When I checked my burger and saw that it had cheese, which I specially asked to be left off... the manager came to the window and asked me if I was sure I asked for my order without cheese. She told me to wait at the curbside check in... I did for 20 minutes. The doors were locked so I could not go inside. I called the store and the team member told me I needed to go sit in the long line again. I sat in the line and ordered again... the manager came to the window and stated she was sorry and she remembers now. If I could give this location negative stars, I would. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I had the worst experience with this place last night. Literally waited in the drive thru for 30-45 minutes and when I finally got to order the employee was RUDE. Her name was Tadrea. Beware. As I'm getting everyone's order she keeps saying "is that it?" And when I paused she said "helllllo!!!" So I politely asked her if she could wait. Mind you, I had to keep pausing because everything that someone ordered, she said "nope, we're out of that" not an apology or anything. We get up to the window and we sit for another 20 minutes waiting on drinks, but when you look in the window, their playing on their phones and sitting on the counter tops while the drive thru line is backed up to the road. It was the most ghetto thing I've ever experienced. She finally gets our food. I ask "is the frost machine down?" She said "no" I said "I'm sorry, can I get two?" She said "of what?" I'm in awe like... I just asked abt a frosty. She has a major attitude and NEVER gets us our Frosty. I see her in the window talking about us then the "manager" (skinny with braids) comes to the window after the girl makes us wait without making our frosty and says "she said you guys were rude to her" I said "no ma'am. She was rude to me while taking our order, I would just like a frosty" she then says "well she said she don't have to take your order" so this is when I realize this Wendy's is ran by people who clearly have no customer service or care for how they handle food.. if you're the manager, why are you on some "she said" behavior. I then ask for my receipt (because they were not giving people their receipt) I say that I'll be calling corporate to handle this situation and she THROWS me my receipt and as I'm driving off THE "MANAGER" is hanging out the drive thru window banging on my back window of my car screaming saying "BITCH! YOU WONT DO SHIT BITCH!!" I've never been anywhere like that and I will be doing whatever it is I have to do to get this problem resolved. read more
