Benji's rating: (4/5), A solid fast-food option. I've had fairly good experiences with this Wendy's so far. They've always gotten my order right and the food has always been hot. Their new fries are also really good. The only complaint I have here is that the drive through has been slow some days (most days it's good though). A lot of the restaurants on this part of fair road have this issue. The burger meals can get a little pricey, but they do have cheaper options like the 4 for 4 and the 5$ biggie bag. No issues here! We had a couple items and a coupon for a free frosty-cino. They ended up making two! It had been a while since I had visited a Wendy's, and it will probably be another while. The spicy chicken sandwich was alright. I've already decided where my favorite chicken sandwich resides! Their nuggets are also a bit firm. I think I prefer BK. Horrible experience I asked for a bacon pub cheese burger and pub fries and low and behold to my very disappointment when I arrived home there was no pub fries to be found I looked inside and out. And I didn't even get a bacon pub burger. Let me just tell you I got a chicken sandwich and that now brings us to the employee of the month who couldn't even remember to put FUCKING BACON ON A BACONATOR. Running a delivery service and I frequently get Wendy's orders. The location has managed to mess up the orders every single time I went to the location therefore causing heartache for the customer and the causing me to get terrible ratings. One time they got the order so wrong I had to go back through the drive thru that took about 15 mins just to get to the order speaker , making it a a whole 45 mins before the customer got their food. Stopped by this Wendy's on my way home from work sat in the drive thru for about an hour after I finally get my food I'm almost home and they got the orders mixed up and I got a cheeseburger not a chicken sandwich and a large drink that was filled half way and it was not coke it was fruit punch or something I'll never stop by this place again never read more

I will never eat here again. I'm tired of restaurants putting mayonnaise on burgers without asking. Most people do not like mayonnaise!! Anyways my tea? Hated it. Taste like they poured cleaning chemicals into a toilet and then scooped up a cup from the toilet bowl and brewed my tea with it. Visited today 1/3/2019 at 12:15 at the Fair Rd location. Drive thru was backed up so I went inside. Just 3 people ahead of me in line. Order was finally taken and it was 12:45 when I left with my food. Seems like there was no organization going on. Manager was sweeping the floor behind the counter. Someone should have been filling the orders for the dining room as the drive thru was moving pretty fast. 30 minutes is too long and I should have gotten a refund and left. Also, I know it's a common thing now, but I'm no fan of face piercings on anyone much less employees greeting you as they take your order. Will not go to this Wendy's again. Will try the new one to see if service is quicker. read more

Service here seems to be inconsistent. Today at 11:50 AM the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. With the food delivery 18-wheeler blocking the back drive around (at Noon, really?) I decided to skip the drive-thru and go inside. Once inside there I was the 12th person in the line at the only open register. The workers behind the cashier were standing, waiting on the child at the register to decide what he wanted. After waiting for several minutes and that child not deciding and no second register being opened, I left and went to a nearby restaurant. This was my experience today. I realize today was the last day of public school but there were too just too many negative factors. I would like to say that I've visited on other days at various times when service was excellent, just not today. read more

If I could give Wendy's a 0 star rating I would. There was no sense of urgency behind the counter. 3 small kids with their mother came inside to order after us and the children were acting a fool screaming and running around the entire time with no discipline or respect. Sad to hear that nothing has changed at this restaurant in 4 years since we visited on our way to Florida. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich, took one bite and discovered it was rancid. He threw it in the trash. When we got home, he called the District Office in Savannah and reported it. Their reply: "What do you want us to do about it?" I started to eat at this place daily and really liked it. However what cought my attention was the manager and assistant manager. I put in an application with them and was promised an interview the next day. The manager promised to e mail me the time and he never did. So I came to Wendy's the day of the meeting and filled out a sheet for my interview. I gave it to the assistant, right in front of me he crumbled it up and said he would give it to his manager and as I walked off he laughed at me and said "we are not going to hire that retard."
