Came here at 8pm (they don't close until 12am). They were giggling the whole time while taking our order. They "didn't have frosties" apparently. We get up to the window and get handed a small dr pepper when we ordered a large. They fix that, not happily of course. Then she says something to another girl about "i told them we ain't got no bottled water" which she did in fact not tell us they were out of bottled water. We had to ask about getting a drink replacement, which we decided not to get. Also we ordered large fries and got all mediums, but at that point there was no reason in turning around. i came through the drive-thru today to order 6 biggie bags and i have never felt so rushed. the customer service was horrible. they were so impatient with me and catching an attitude when i asked for the lady to repeat the order back because it seemed as if she didn't get it all, i mean i didn't want my order to be wrong because i was ordering for a bigger party. anybody would do that. i asked how many biggie bags were on the order and the employees switched to a guy and he was disrespectful as well. i understand work gets tough sometimes and i work at a restaurant myself so i know all of the stress that takes place throughout the shift, but i never would have EVER treated any of my guests with such disrespect or make them feel degraded. that's exactly how i felt. read more

Not "fast food" at all. We simply ordered 3 sausage biscuits (no combo meal items) and we were asked to pull into a parking spot that someone would bring our food out. After waiting and waiting, my husband got out of his vehicle to go inside to see what was taking so long and got his money back because the lady said it would be 20 min before the sausage biscuits would be ready after we already waited 15 min in the car. Every since they updated the building the service has been horrible. We are there two weeks ago and went inside and they were not worried about the line at all. They only focused on the drive thru because it is timer based. Waited like 20 min before finally getting to give our order to the rude worker. Yesterday 04-19-18 we went in there and the same rude woman took our order, after a few min wait. She made fun of my wife for ordering our kids meal with only ketchup. Then mid order she left..... went away for about 5 min. Not sure where she went but when she finally came back she finished our order. Once the order was finally put on our trays it was missing a burger so we asked for it and when she went over to ask the "cook" they started verbally attacking each other cursing and hollering at each other and then it got physical between them with them slapping and shoving. Us and other customers were shocked by this type of behavior. The girl who took our order then gathered her stuff and said she was quitting and reporting the other girl for putting "hands on her" She walked out and left as far as we could tell. Wasn't going to go here due to the reviews on Yelp. But I was in a big hurry and this Wendy's is near the hotel I'm staying in. I didn't have the negative experience others did. I drove right up to the drive though, ordered, and had my food within 5 minutes. The food was hot and exactly what I've come to expect in terms of Wendy's quality. I dont typically review myself, unless I'm upset. Maybe I'm turing a new leaf and other reviewers should not be to critical. Afterall, it is a fast food restaurant. read more

Holy good god is this place slow. I waited for ten minutes to order, then another ten for my food...to the point I asked the cashier "are they making my food?" Jeep in mind there were maybe 4 ppl in the restaurant. Fries were hot but undercooked and over salted. Oh, and they didn't have medium cups so your option is to take a small or upsize your entire order to large size for a fee...if you're out of medium cups, just fill a large with the medium ounces. We sat at the drive through for almost 10 min behind a car...when we moved up too order our food, we had to wait another 7 minutes before the girl came on and said something we couldn't understand and was laughing. We had to ask if we could pLace our order. We did. Had to wait another 10 min. There was one car in front of us and NO customers in the store At the window, the employees were jumping around, laughing and throwing things at each other. I was really scared to eat my food. Fancy new interior.... Same mediocre fast food service. Dirty condiment station with only have (if that) of the ketchup filled. Fancy new soda machines, one missing almost everything, the other with no CO2. Missed one of my ordered items had to go back and get it. Anyone else remember the two days after the new fries came out? Those two days when they were actually cooked and not soggy like the old ones... Just don't get your expectations too high with the nice new building, cause you'll be disappointed. Go in with the same state of mind as you would with any other fast food place. read more

My service was extremely slow. It took about 30 minutes to get just a few items. My brother and sister asked for sauce, and didn't receive any. I also had to ask for straws instead of receiving any at the window. The workers didn't seem at all happy either. Overall I wish our family went to a different place to eat. read more

Not sure why the ratings are so low. I was with a group on a Thursday dring lunchtime. We went through the drive thru, placed 4 orders with no issues. The window employee was courteous and relatively friendly. By far the most customer service I've received at a drive thru since moving to Louisiana. 10:13 PM Tuesday July 9th and my food was ice cold. Everything! If I could give no stars I would. I live near here and have attempted at least 15 times to enjoy Wendy's as I know it but something is horribly wrong with their system. Their management. Their team. I have been all over the world an eatin Wendy's everywhere and I mean everywhere but nothing compares to this. This is just awful. From the drive thru customer service to the dine in experience. Bathrooms filthy. Lobby filthy. Customer service is awful. Every single employee needs to take their food handlers certification because they are touching their hair, pants, food, walls, tables and I mean zero hand washing. What the heck is going on??? I am a profesional chef and I would never allow any of my employees to act in such a manner. Someone needs to audit them from corporate because something is seriously wrong. Seriously wrong. This location needs help with scheduling and running a front counter and drive through together. We have visited this location multiple times while traveling and remain baffled by the poor service and lack of efficiency at such an established location. We walked out today and the lady and the head of the long line in the dining room was told to just wait till they could catch up and there were 12 people ahead of us in the line. At what point was someone going to acknowledge the front and cater to the patrons in the dining room. I will never know since we left. Be prepared for this to be triple the time it should take with a location that was run as it was intended. Disappointed and will not be going back! read more

Worst service. I left the place after 10 minutes waiting for somebody takes my order.

We walked in and there were two off-duty employees near the front door. One of them dropped her phone on the floor. I stopped and gave her time to retrieve it. After picking it up she stopped directly in my path looking at her phone. I was about 18 inches away from her and there was no way she didn't know I was there, which makes me think she was just completely disregarding me or purposely blocking my path. The second employee grabbed her and pulled her out of my way so I could pass. We were able to order without incident, but it took an unusual long period of time to get our food. Observing the employees, there seemed to be about 7 or 8 employees in the back and most, including the manager, seemed more interested in socializing than getting our food in a timely manner. There were about two who seemed interested in doing their job. The manager cooked our fries but put zero salt on them. We attempted to get salt from the condiments table, but the 5 remaining packets were soaked in some kind of liquid. The ketchup was completely out, so I asked for packets. The manager gave me the packets, but they were covered in some sticky substance. There was smashed food on the floor where we sat to eat. My hamburger was so soaked in ketchup that I could barely hold it to eat it and the fries were very bland because they were not salted. Overall the store and the staff seemed very disorganized and the food was not good at all. The staff was friendly for the most part. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would as I ended up leaving without any food. The manager(?)was busy at the counter changing out the cash drawer. Another employee came to the register twice and poked some buttons and left. Neither said a word to either of the customers waiting for service. Not an "I'll be right with you;" not even a glance. There were six other employees there. Two at the window and the rest appeared to be cooking or filling orders. After five minutes of being completely ignored both is us customers left with no food. This was at about 5:30 pm on Friday. The drive-thru had a line, but very few people were inside. Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave if he knew this is how his customers were treated. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. My fiancé and I were ordering lunch and at the speaker, the cashier asked if we needed anything else and my fiancé said "no that all" but I still needed to add something, so my fiancé quickly said "oh, wait are you still there?" And the cashier sounded aggravated and said "yeah". Then, we pull around to the window to pay and receive our food and I asked the cashier as soon as we got to the window if I could change one of the fries to baconator fries and she walked away without saying anything, then came back a minute later and said "no, it's too late". Poor quality, understaffed, the furniture and floor were dirty and sticky, the food was burnt, the bathrooms unsanitary,and the water was brown and barley any drinks in the machine.
