The menu-sign is hung on the wall, and a handwritten note prominently posted, which reads, "Please speak loud. Our fans and fryers are too loud. THANK YOU! Mgmt." You might minimize your wait time by phoning in your order, but I ordered at the window and waited approx. 20 minutes (Friday night, they were very busy). I didn't mind the wait, as it provided opportunity to talk to some local folks, who were very friendly. When I finally got to the eating, I found my boss-hero burger and fries had a Culver's-like quality, very good, the burger was huge. But they forgot my Cole slaw. Inside, the bathrooms were clean with no trash, clean sinks, stocked paper towels. I hit that "green" button for the condition on the way out. In the convenience store, the staff were restocking snacks and coffee fixings. I hit up the "brew-to-order" coffee, added my cream and paid for it at the register. Don't forget that there's a Love's app and you can earn your way to a free coffee. Until I got into the car and on my way, I didn't find out that the coffee was tasteless. Absolutely no coffee flavor to the "Brazilian" at all. Like, I had to try a piece of chewing gum to make sure that I hadn't lost my sense of taste of COVID. I ended up dumping nearly the whole cup.
