It is about 8pm on a Monday night. The service was good and the food was ok. The burgers were cold and wouldn't melt the cheese. The fries were twice cooked, cold and stuck together. I understand why. I just don't prefer the premium price tag for fair food. This is not Dave's way but the way of corporate cost cutting read more

This happened 6/22/22 around 1215pm, I'm now wondering during peak time why I was the only car in the drive thru.( bad customer service)I'm writing a review because I've attempted several times to get someone on the phone and wasn't able to, the person that was taking the orders and not preparing them told me they do not cut sandwiches in half, they're not suppose to and they don't have a knife but could give me one to cut myself.she was very argumentative I have always ordered my sandwich this way at this location and all other locations in the US, I worked at Wendy's 30 years ago in Surfside Beach, SC and they can cut it with a spatula, like they do with the meat for the chill. I ended up going to another Wendy's near by and they had no issue with preparing my order, it appears Wendy has a key function in their system for my request, please see receipt below read more

I enjoy eating here at Wendy's but what I don't enjoy is disrespectful management. Cami, took our drive through order and mistook our two fries for a fry and sprite. Mistakes are bound to happen that is okay. Once we announced the problem, she became defensive excusing it by saying she had repeated the order when she actually did not, and repeated once more after that she DID in fact repeat it. I asked for a half sweet tea half lemonade, and double checked it 3 times just to end up with a sweet tea... and then my burger was supposed to be no Mayo and what does it have? Mayo all over. Real slow service. It's like they're serving customers 1 at a time and then attend to the next one. I was waiting for a good 10 minutes to be attended with no one else in front of me. Where to start... this is absolutely disgusting. There is a canvas banner on the wall next to the check out, it had gnats all over it. The rest was just as bad. The guy was nice but apparently couldn't hear very well as we had to repeat everything several times. read more

I love Wendy's but this location is horrible. Rude staff who don't pay attention to the order, or just don't care about your order! Are there tonight and the fries for all combos were cold. The chicken sandwich was barely a chicken sandwich! The meat had been sitting for so long under a heat lamp that the chicken was hard and dry, and they served it anyway!! At least the cheese was melted on the burgers this time! Will not be going back to this location anytime soon. Someone should address this with the manager or owners, if they even care!! read more

Came here on Saturday for some spicy nuggets at around 7pm, the food was fine but whoever that girl was at the drive-thru window was fucking TERRIBLE. Didn't even let me finish ordering my damn food, the place wasn't even busy. She wanted me out of there quick, and when I told her that I wasn't finished ordering she still wanted to catch an attitude?? I literally hare this Wendy's. I have lived in the are for 5 years and this place has never changed. The wait time is ridiculous every single time. They have left items off that I have paid additional for and are not nice normally. I even asked if they were under staffed. The answer is always the same, no. Not sure if this is a franchise store, but this location needs help. Today in the drive were boxes?! A few more feet is a dumpster. Just left the drive thru...Waited for a good bit to be told they were out of sweet tea (no sorry about it just what else do you want cuz we're out). Lady gave us our food about a min later and quickly shut the window. No thank you, no sorry for the wait, no nothing. Merry Christmas to you too lady. Hope your day gets better. read more
