It's not like a bad review could hurt the already 2 star rating but I had to state me peace. I've never really cared for what a burger but my wife was born in Corpus Christi, Texas so I have become an avid consumer of their #13 chicken strips with gravy. Nothing big or fancy and I order it exactly as it comes. Now when we pulled up to order we sat in wait as the only car in the drive thru for 2 minutes until we decided to say hello 3 times as we simultaneously looked around to make sure they where in fact open confirmed sarcastic voice that finally comes to the speaker. I was on my way to Cedar Creek Lake all the way from Arkansas and decided that I would stop at this Whataburger before arriving at the lake. Waited in the drive-thru line for +20 minutes before leaving the line. This has happened a previous time before and my order had been messed up. Wasn't satisfied with the service then and this time, I was met with the same, if not less amount of service. Of other Whataburger locations that I have visited, their service has been concise and everyone/everything is very amicable and easy to interact with. If you decide on stopping here, be prepared to possibly wait for more time than you had expected. read more

Had to eat breakfast on the run and stopped at Whataburger. I already believe that theirs is the best fast food burger...anywhere! I had never had their breakfast and was i impressed! I am lost in burger purgatory! Whataburger is the blah blah blah of the fast food burger world! Our group stopped here looking to get some road food for our long drive. I just don't get people's infatuation with Wataburger! I ordered my burger with no onions... I think in their world that meant extra really strong onions... because mine was loaded with onions! Of course I didn't realize this until we were on down the road. I tried taking them off... but they were everywhere... chopped small and hard to get off without taking everything off. Even where I did get them mostly off the flavor of these rancid little onion bombs was prevalent through out the burger! It was horrible and I just couldn't eat it! Two of our group ordered the jalapeño cheese burgers and ended up with basic cheese burgers with no jalapeño at all. The rest of the group was unimpressed as well even though their burgers were right. The common theme was... eh... there is no flavor! On top of all that... When they loaded the food in the bag they just wrapped every burger in the same wrapper... with nothing saying what was what! 01-30-2025 7PM. My order was incorrectly entered into the system (requested number two meat cheese and onions only. Ticket said onions and dry (super dry)). If this store even opens up on time you will experience a very long wait zero give a shit and your order will more than likely be wrong. Today I went there for lunch it took me 10 minutes to get to the window and there were only two cars in front of me when I got to the window she said she would be with me in a moment and I waited almost 7 minutes before they actually took my order then I waited another seven minutes at least to get the order up and of course it was completely wrong. The staff very obviously does not give a damn and I don't even know who the manager is because multiple times when I've been there there wasn't even one on duty. Sat in the drive thru for almost an hour. Ordered 3 burgers. Only had 4 cars in front of us. I don't know if they are short staffed or what is going on, but that was a ridiculous wait time for a fast food restaurant. Typically never had an issue with this location and we love Whataburger, but seems like they need to work on their curbside system. They "offer" this service for you to place your order via mobile and you check in when you arrive. Have done this personally on 2 occasions and every single time you sit outside wait for 10 or more minutes waiting for your order that never shows up despite the app giving you a pickup time. Tonight my husband placed the order ahead of time after getting off work and headed to go pick up and waited 10 minutes before going inside just to find out the food was sitting there on the counter now cold. If you offer the service at least have the courtesy to follow through with delivery. I get restaurants get pretty busy but that's no excuse. Could have easily sent someone out to let customers know the order is running behind or whatever excuse they give. read more

How I miss the "deacon in the night" since I moved to Seattle. I love the #5 combo a Bacon Cheeseburger with a large fry and Coke. Whataburger began as a family business back in the 50's. It's a Texan chain that is is 24 hours a day and 7 days per week at every location I have been to. This location offered all I wanted in order to get my "Whataburger Fix". do not come here expecting good food, come expecting attitude and disbelief from a woman named Terry (Teri). i've had issues with her in the past over simply correcting an order mistake and she just loves debating. if a customer says the hashbrowns are over cooked and greasy then they more than likely are. i understand hashbrowns are FRIED but when there is more CRUNCH AND GREASE LIPGLOSS than POTATO then there is a problem. literal DRY CRUSTED EGG used for a breakfast taquito, items inside taquito cold so cold cheese can't melt on cold food. tortilla dry and cracking...........if a customer asks you to remake something, especially when they originally came through the drive through and now have to go inside, the easiest and most hospitable solution is to do so, not go back-and-forth and say that this is the color of the hashbrowns, and what they look like and how they come out. well they look and taste fucking over cooked so there you go. change the cook time. read more

Great service, friendly staff, this is my second time here this week ( I forgot to check in Sunday). Sunday I went inside and the staff greeted me was so nice and happy. I bought cinnamon rolls to take home -which were amazing! Today I'm in the drive thru and the person on the speak was polite, helpful and patient. The person at the window was so nice and happy. Hello, I am a loyal Whataburger customer. I have been going to the same Whataburger (Bass Pro) by my house almost every morning for the past 5 years & they are amazing. I have never had a problem, until last night. We stopped at the Whataburger on 175, Seagoville. We drove up and ordered a #1 with a Dr. Pepper and a chicken fajita taco with fries. We waited 32 MINUTES in the drive thru for our food (a total of 45 minutes all together). It was so bad that the people that were in front of us parked their car AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW, went inside & got their food! When we got up to the window, the lady took the money and we waited and waited. Finally, I drove out of the drive thru and parked my truck and went in to get my food. By this time, I am about to explode, I am so angry! The lady immediately gave me by food. I looked in the bag, my order was wrong. They had forgotten my fries so I had to wait for more fries. The lady puts them in my bag and sends me on my way. No sorry for the wait, inconvenience or anything! So my friend grabs her food and hands me the taco I ordered. Now, mind you, we have already left the parking lot and got on the freeway. We were both so tired and hungry, so we just decided to eat in he truck while I drove. I picked up my taco and it was FULL of grease! I could not even eat it. I was too tired to drive back and after the experience I had while I was there, it was not a good idea. NEVER AGAIN!! Whataburger is my favorite but this particular one didn't like the fact I noticed the gravy was like water. The lady who said she was manager called me a liar. I then felt it was my duty to drive back up there and show her my gravy water. After showing it to her she said I didn't get it there. I then offered her my receipt which showed I bought it an hour before. A customer at the counter said that he had some gravy before at this location that was too watery. Why argue with a customer . All we want to do is spend our money and get great tasting food. When you call a customer a liar, it is insulting and demeaning and you possibly may lose a customer and dollars along the way. Had the most horrible experience here today. The girl that works there is soooo rude and very unprofessional. I ordered my food and after I left I realized that the girl forgot to give me back my debit card. So I went back for my card and the girl gave me my card back but was sooo rude about it and did not even give me a receipt.
