This was my first visit to this location. I had the munchies and was about to go grocery shopping, then another 35 minute drive home - so I needed something quick and tasty - but not too heavy. I ordered a single egg roll (quick and not overly greasy for fast food - faster than you'd get at a Chinese restaurant and where on earth are you going to find a drive-thru for Chinese in THIS area? You can taste the cabbage and garlic flavor in there - not the best eggrolls I've ever had, but tehy beat the heck out of frozen food variety... and they're relatively cheap. I also ordered a taco without cheese. Yeah - I know, I'm a freak. I don't like cheese on tacos - or most things, actually. My husband was with me and both our orders were prompt and correct. My only complaints: The order taker was unintelligible. This was not a speaker malfunction - she could not talk. I would not have an employee who spoke so poorly be the 'face' who communicates with my customers. I couldn't figure out what on earth she was saying, and it still appeared that English was her mother tongue. Go figure. The only way I could figure out what was coming out of her voice box was by reading the receipt. Let me emphasize - she did not appear to have a speech impediment - I am not making fun of someone for having a problem... but even if she did have a cleft palate, she still shouldn't be the 'ambassador' for a business that relies on accurate communication between order taker and food preparer and customer. She seemed to be simply too lazy to do anything other than mumble. There was no effort in her speech at all, even when I asked her to repeat what she said face to face in the window because I couldn't tell what one word could be. I turned to my husband in the passenger seat to make sure I wasn't having a stroke or something - he just gave a big smile and shrugged and said, "Don't get me lying." I ordered an eggroll and a taco - my husband ordered 3 tacos. All are greasy finger foods. Guess how many napkins we got between us? ZERO!!! I don't like that. Dining in might be a 'serve yourself' option for napkins... but when I'm half way down the road and my hands are dripping with grease, I'd prefer not to use my pants or my upholstery as a napkin! I worked at Jack in the Box in Dallas (at a very busy intersection) for over 2 years over 25 years ago. We'd get construction workers coming through ordering things for everyone on their team at the construction site... we'd get drive thru orders for 75 tacos, 100 super tacos, 200 jumbo jacks, etc... all in one order... and we still managed to get their orders correct AND put napkins along with their order. With orders that big, we usually threw in an entire unopened package of napkins. Why? Because the owner wanted repeat customers more than he wanted to think about how many pennies per order he might be losing by 'giving away' napkins. Either the staff was too incompetent to include napkins, or they had management tell them not to dispense them unless requested. Sorry- greasy foods should get napkins. I understand not handing out a stack of napkins when someone just orders a drink - but seriously. This really ticked me off. read more

Never have I had a problem with this jack in the box location. I always order my ice coffee special made. I get the caramel iced coffee filled to half cup and the rest with brewed coffee because I find it very sweet when it's only filled with the premade sweet coffee. I've never had a problem with them making it until today I'm not sure if she's new or just doesn't know how to work the system when I asked her through the drive through she was very rude and told me that could not be done. We went up the window and I tried explaining to her what I meant and she said she couldn't make it for me and that there was no brewed coffee anyways. Isn't it a 24hr fast food place so shouldn't everything be prepared or made already especially it being coffee one of the easiest things ? She was a blonde tall girl with glasses very rude. read more

Jack in the Box - What in the HELL!!!is this dried up splash of meat. More lettuce than meat and stale tacos. - Fast Food Near Me - Seagoville, Texas

9/6/2025 1000 I ordered a sausage croissant with hashbrowns and a water. No combo. I was charged $1 for a tiny cup but if I opted for the combo it would have only been $.50 for a large diabetic sugar chemically flavored fake soft drink cup for a water. Jack this is wrong. I will no longer come to your expensive tap water places of money grubbing. If I am charged for a water with a purchase of a meal from anywhere now on I will spill the full water over the table costing the restaurant money for labor and materials to clean it up. read more

Convenient location and travel plaza. Gas station store and restraunt combo store. The outside of this location looks like your average Shell+JB stop, but according to the back of the store and bluepages this used to be a Texaco? The service and drive thru is average and overall if you want to eat a late night fast food, this will be a good choice. read more

Deep night shift needs supervision. No sense of urgency! All standing around talking. Got my breakfast sandwich wrong and it took 10 minutes. As nasty as this restaurant is you think at least the service would be decent! read more

I am a disabled veteran who has a medical condition that does not allow me to wear a mask. My friend and I stopped in to the Jack In The Box #3811 On Sunday morning this weekend at 600 E Malloy Bridge Rd, Seagoville, TX 75159, and the manager, Eluna (Sp?) Molina, on duty refused to serve us or acknowledge us cause i could not wear a mask. I showed her the medical chit and she still would not listen. She also refused my friend service who was wearing a mask. Her staff were wearing mask and gloves and attempted to help but she advised them not to help us. However, the manager was not wearing gloves but preparing meals as well. She was very rude and disrespectful. Governor Abbot has said that if there is a medical condition then mask are not required, Executive order GA-29 dated July 2, 2020 "Every person in Texas shall wear a face covering over the nose and mouth when inside a commercial entity or other building or space open to the public, or when in an outdoor public space, wherever it is not feasible to maintain six feet of social distancing from another person not in the same household; provided, however, that this face-covering requirement does not apply to the Miowing: 1. any person younger than 10 years of age; 2. any person with a medical condition or disability that prevents wearing a face covering;" I proved this point by showing my medical chit and your management still refused. This is discrimination and not acceptable. Maybe they did it cause i am Caucasian white, maybe cause i was a veteran, or the combination, but they also did it to my friend is Caucasian and wearing a mask. Severely disappointed in your establishment and angered at the disrespect, Jon Vaughn read more

Fryers are super dirty at night. Not even going to eat my fries because of all the black specks on it from the dirty frier. No it isnt pepper, and it's gross. We are currently barricaded in, all exits blocked. Including the front door which was hastily blocked with a trash can as the employee saw two girls walking towards the door at approximately 12:23 AM. Terrible service, terrible employees. read more
