This is not aimed at day shift at all. But more so for night shift. Day shift is awesome. Friendly and welcoming. But as I work right near it I pick up dinner for my husband and son after work sometimes and it's a whole other story. EVERY-TIME I get attitude. If I'm ordering through the drive through I hear the grunts and sighs and can very much tell they're irritated just due to having to take my order. I stopped getting the large sodas with the combos because they never offer me a carrier. If I ask for one then again I'm met with attitude because they have to reach up and grab a carrier. So I stopped asking for sodas. Last visit last week I had 3 bags and instead of handing them to me one at a time she started pushing them at me. I said I didn't think I could grab them all at once and almost dropped them all. Luckily I managed but it's not professional. Not friendly. There's no hellos, goodbyes, thank you'd, your welcome. Nothing but dirty looks and your food practically thrown at you. They're not just unwelcoming but mean. If it weren't for my husband and son I wouldn't go there at night. I don't pay for half ass food over priced food to be treated like crap as well. :(( read more

I called to make sure they were fully open because normally it's just the drive thru. After 8 rings someone finally answered I got told yes we are open like normal until close. Got my 90 year-old mother-in-law, ready to go and out the door to get here and the door is locked. So apparently they are not open for normal service. very disappointing especially for someone who get out of the house once every 2 weeks. We went somewhere else read more

This is the most unprofessional unsanitized place I have ever been to for the amount of on food at this restaurant. It needs to be better better be fully stocked on everything. The way it shows on the picture is the way we need to get it when we order it nothing less. down to the people that there they need to come look at more profession and if they working around food, they need to and hairnet. read more

Had to at least give 1 star to post about this awful chain restaurant. How can a business be rated when it's supposed to open at 9 a.m. but the doors are still locked at almost 11 a.m.? Drive thru was closed also. Hours of operation should be updated. Thank goodness Bojangles and McDonalds was close by. read more

My 10 pice chicken nuggets came with two black hairs 2-3 inches long. When I called, the guy told me everyone there has short hair and hung up on me. I don't have black hair. I have no idea how it got into my food. But I could not any of it after I opened the bag and found the hairs sticking out of my food. I think every one working there had black hair when I went threw. This is by far the worst Wendy's I've been too. I always wonder why there isn't anyone ever there and I answered my question and it's because of the customer service and I even went there one time to get breakfast and they still had lunch/dinner menu up. I went back 10/2/24, 4 PM after a horrible experience five months ago, the staff was friendly. I think she was the manager at the window taking my money. The young gentlemen who was at the second window, both was the friendliest that I ever encounter in awhile. Please give them a raise and keep them. read more

We went to grab lunch at 11:45 on a Saturday. The lobby was locked so we tried the drive thru to be told that they are closed. We went out of our way to go there, a bit frustrating! read more

First, it was difficult to get someone on the speaker in the drive thru. Secondly, I ordered the Dave's Hot & Juicy with bacon (combo). It didn't have cheese or bacon. Thirdly, no receipt. Fourthly, the female at the drive thru (long red braids) was unfriendly. No greeting. Goofing off on her headset. Handed me my food without a word and turned her back on me. I drove to the entrance to get my burger fixed. A male employee wearing a headset was sitting on the curb next to the entrance smoking. So unprofessional. There is a seriously terrible smell inside. Could be sewage gases. Just made my stomach turn. The female wearing all black, she was not happy to be there. Her hair is unkept, falling everywhere. I saw another female cooking my burger. She had an exaggerated hair style. No hair net. No one wore any kind of protective gear to prepare/handle food. The uniforms for the males are about 4 sizes too big. Their shirts and pants look like pulled curtains. This isn't a bad day either. This is my second time here and it's consistantly bad. read more

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I've been here a few times and every time something bad happens. Is it karma or really crappy workers? More than likely the latter. The latest scenario: -- Ordered a burger with no bun- received one with a bun that was also very cold (probably one they had already pre-made). --Ordered a small chocolate frosty- did not receive it. --Here's the clincher- Ordered a sprite. Girl with red braids hands me a drink that contained dark colored soda. I tell the girl that I ordered a sprite and that this drink looks like coke. She looks into the top of it and says and I quote "hold up, hold up. I get those two confused.. uhh... yep... this is sprite. You good." I begrudgingly trust her judgement and accept the beverage. It turns out to be coke zero or diet coke. This is the last straw. This is literally comical. Where do they find people this bad at their jobs? I have decided from now on I will never eat fast food again. Not just at this Wendy's. I mean anywhere. I'm going to buy frozen burger patties, nuggets and fries and just heat them up at home, as that's basically what fast food does anyway. And guess what? I'm assured that I will get my own order right. Yes you read that right. This place has made me so infuriated that I have sworn off all fast food. Thanks Wendy's :) read more

I am beyond mad. Just spent almost 15 minutes waiting on a chicken sandwich then did not leave with cause we told them to forget the chicken and just give us a burger. To wait over 10 min for chicken is ridiculous. Not only that the 2 mangers we very rude. Defiantly won't be visiting this wendys again. read more

Pulled in and there was a long line at the drive through, so chose to go inside. Walked in and stood at the register for several minutes being ignored by staff. Wasn't even acknowledged until I loudly asked if "anyone working this front counter?" Food was very slow to come out, and while I was eating, 1 person inside asked for a refund because she had ordered before me and was still waiting on food. Another person came inside from the drive through because her order was wrong. The inside was pretty trashed. Food all over the floor, cups, trash, etc, on tables, and the ice maker/soda machine was leaking water all over the place with no effort to keep it up, just a sign. So Wendy's, I'd say you need a decent manager working Saturday nights, because your employees are failing BIG TIME. read more

22 minutes in a drive-thru to get to a talk box and hear nothing for another 2 minutes before just giving up. There was 3 cars in front of me (to the talk box) when I pulled up. What's the point of being a FAST food when it takes longer than ordering at a restaurant?? Be nice if they would answer the drive through for breakfast. Multiple times been by and sat for over 7 mins and no one answers. We ordered 2 biggie bags and a number 10. When we got our food the two biggie bags were missing fries. Didn't catch the lady's name but she yelled she was shift manager when we were making sure everything was in bag. She proceeded to tell us she made the bags herself and she put everything in the bags but clearly there were no fries in the bags. She then turned to workers in back and said this lady said there is no fries in bag and put two fries in bag and gave them to us. We got 2 straws for 4 drinks and had to listen to this shift manager yell about fries. This was the craziest experience ever and after this I have no plans to ever go to wendy's again. read more

This spot was so disappointing, disgusting, and just awful as a whole. The chicken nuggets were not fully cooked and were molded. The fries were colder than a Russian winter night. The customer service was also horrible; the workers made me feel like a burden. The Dr Pepper was good though. read more

My husband went the other day to order me a Southwest Avocado Salad and he got back home and guess what- there was no avocado even in the salad. So I called the Manager Cory (who is very nice and friendly and helpful) she said you can come by anytime to get a replacement salad that has the avocado in it which is the whole point of ordering the Avocado salad. So I went today to get my replacement salad and woe and behold there's No Avocado And No Bacon and No Croutons either this time! I got a pile of lettuce with only tomato and some shredded cheese and that's it! I give up, and I will never order it again. I will just spend my money elsewhere (although the manager is so nice) But the employees don't know how to make orders right or how to put the Avocado in the Avocado salad. Food quality and customer service is quite poor. Service was pretty slow and there was no sense of urgency in the employees. Fries were way too salty. I normally really like Wendy's but this location could benefit from some significant improvements. I suggest going to the Chick-fil-a next door! read more

One of the better Wendy's I've been to. Penny B checked rang out my order, she's pretty gruff for apparently being management. Not very warm to customers. The lady making the food on the line was really sweet, talking to and smiling at customers. Worked away happily while lending a nice air to the place. A girl named Alexus was walking around the seating area and she was super pleasant and polite. Stopped to talk to an older couple eating alone and made sure they were doing alright. Staff like her is a great benefit to chains like this. All in all not too bad, better than the wendys where I'm from by leaps and bounds. read more
