The food is cold 90% of the time (even when they make you pull ahead and wait in the parking lot) and they often get your order wrong, even when it's correct on the screen. They also frequently forget to put ketchup, straws, and napkins in the bag. If you're headed to Armstrong, you might as well wait until you get there.
