The service could also be better. Our water glasses were not topped up unless we flagged down our server. I had the halibut burger which sounded amazing in the description. Poached in white wine and served with lime aioli. Unfortunately the fish was on the dry side and I barely discerned any wine at all. The saving grace was the yam fries which I upgraded for 1/2 Caesar salad and 1/2 yam fries at $3 more. Those were good. Very small portion of the Caesar salad though. My travel partner didn't like the fried chicken burger at all. The chicken was hard and dry. The server gave extra chipotle Mayo sauce but it didn't help much. Popeyes chicken burger was way better. Overall this was quite a disappointing meal. Maybe people come here for the beer only.

It's generally friendly, food comes as ordered and is good. It's just not a reliable place so it's not worth making plans to go there. Generally when it is open it's open for breakfast or brunch, it's never open in the afternoon or evening and I don't think it's open on the weekends or Monday... and other days... it seems to be when they feel like it until they decide to close.

Our chicken wings were still frozen in the middle. The pizza wasn't cooked and the crust was soggy. The Jedori chicken sounded like it would be good, but was tough and didn't really have any flavour. The sauce tasted like a second rate bottled bbq sauce. It was apparently the chef's first night on the job. With food like this, it should also be his last.
