rule of thumb: i wouldn't trust an understaffed, fast food place that's crazy busy. mistakes will be made and they wouldn't care to fix it. i came to this wendy's this past Saturday (2/25) and i was already waiting in the line for about 40 minutes as it is because their lobby was closed due to i'm assuming understaffing. i decided to place an online order for a combo meal, a frosty, and a cheese/bacon fry. when i got my order, i left back towards home which was 25 minutes away. i realized the order was missing something, so i went back to get it fixed. the cashier Emily revealed that they didn't have any cheese/bacon fries left. lesson i learned is to always check your order, but they inconvenienced me by making me go back just to tell me something that they should've said when i was originally there. my food was cold and the frosty had a water like consistency at that point and they couldn't even fix that for me. the worst part is, they didn't even refund me back the money i spent on the item that they didn't have. luckily, i was able to call customer care 2 days later (because of the hours) and get an approval for a full refund. read more

No "hey" or "hello" or even direction that this Wendy's refuses to take your order.
