Most of the workers were very nice, but the main manager who is an older lady, was extremely rude when i was ordering my food. Maybe she had a bad day, but it was completely unacceptable and ruined my day as well as my family's. rule of thumb: i wouldn't trust an understaffed, fast food place that's crazy busy. mistakes will be made and they wouldn't care to fix it. i came to this wendy's this past Saturday (2/25) and i was already waiting in the line for about 40 minutes as it is because their lobby was closed due to i'm assuming understaffing. i decided to place an online order for a combo meal, a frosty, and a cheese/bacon fry. when i got my order, i left back towards home which was 25 minutes away. i realized the order was missing something, so i went back to get it fixed. the cashier Emily revealed that they didn't have any cheese/bacon fries left. lesson i learned is to always check your order, but they inconvenienced me by making me go back just to tell me something that they should've said when i was originally there. my food was cold and the frosty had a water like consistency at that point and they couldn't even fix that for me. the worst part is, they didn't even refund me back the money i spent on the item that they didn't have. luckily, i was able to call customer care 2 days later (because of the hours) and get an approval for a full refund. read more

WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I walked in the door and waited at the counter to order, but all the employees ignored me. No "hey" or "hello" or even direction that this Wendy's refuses to take your order. After waiting a long time, I looked around and noticed that there are these nasty germ infested touch screens where you must place your own order. Why the hell am I paying the same price for food to do Wendy's job?? If I'm doing their job, then I want a f*ing discount. Not to mention the machines were terrible and hardly worked because they did not register my touch so I pretty much had to bang on the screen to get a response. Pecan and apple salad.....no, no...it is only apple salad. I have ordered this 3 times and to date not gotten the pecans. I am very concerned. I just bought food for my family at the Sun City Wendy's, and both my hamburger and my son's looked like someone had taken a bite out of it!
