Every single time I've been here in the past year they have consistently messed up the order. From simple orders (such as a spicy chicken sandwich) or more complicated (such as a large number 10 with no tomato and a Dr Pepper and four ranches on the side) they always manage to mess something up. Met family there for lunch. The service was outstanding. We had a problem with the soda fountain,and the manager stated it take some time, the kids are pushing buttons too fast. Bad assumption as it was my 65+ brother-in law who was using the machine. The food was great, except the fries which were cold. The restaurant is super hot. Fantastic place to eat. It is always clean when i visit. Their staff are very polite and helpful. The new Pub sandwich with beer cheese is absolutely amazing. I get mine with grilled chicken and it has to be the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. But let's face it, everything at Wendy's is good. I just got off work it's 12:20 am they close at 1 am. I made an online order and was charged for it. I went through the drive through and this lady immediately came off with an attitude I told her I had an online order. She said didn't see it I then told her I have the confirmation on my phone and I can show her. She then went off on me saying all kinds of nasty stuff. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. Keep in mind this is the nights shift. I asked weather I was going to get a refund and she went off again screaming on the mic like she owns the place. I have lived in this area for 15 plus years and I can tell this disrespectful lady was anxious to get out and did it want to serve anymore guest. I don't know her name but she works night shift. This Wendy's was recently remodeled and it's gorgeous inside. Lunch time has a freqent gathering of locals thats adorable (older people eating chili, drinking coffee and talking about the drought). They have a cozy fireplace area and tons of seating. They also have this sweet machine that adds flavors to your soda selection. I personally like to add vanilla to my Dr. Pepper. Drinks are huge here. The employees here are always courteous and fast. Only complaint is that this location is frequently out of items; tea, frostys, potatoes etc. read more

When it was my turn, I stood at the register for another solid 2 minutes with NO acknowledgement. I was in the drive thru, never left he parking lot. Came around to the front parked & went in saying I got no receipt. The manager wouldn't honor what their window says because it wasn't done at the window, which is not what the disclaimer says. It doesn't state anywhere it has to be done at the window that it just has to be done immediately. This Wendy's used to be particularly fast (used to be) meaning past tense. But that's not the point I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru... This location is now always slow, but we put in a mobile order online it was then they told me I can no longer pick up a mobile order in the drive-thru. They told me I need to go in the lobby despite waiting in the drive-through for almost 20 minutes to get to the intercom I know I had to wait in line in the lobby for another 11 minutes. I finally got to get my mobile order in the lobby and then for them only to tell me they didn't have my mobile order. So I showed them the information on my phone they finally got it and fulfilled the order... (only to f**k up the order itself!!!) Of course I didn't check in the bag until I got home since I was already in a rush. Therefore that's why I'm leaving this one star review if I could I would particularly leave zero stars as that's what they clearly deserve... also isn't mobile orders supposed to be (mobile) meaning you could sit in your car and go to the drive-thru.
