Let's see how this visit goes... Today I went through the drive thru, for a simple burger and fries. A $9.99 meal. They asked me if I wanted a large for .50 cents extra and I declined. I get to the window and they handed me my drink and I asked, what size is this and the young lady said large. I looked at it and I said okay. Lol I gave the cashier my card for the payment, she returned the card and I left. I noticed she didn't give me a receipt. BEWARE, YOU MAY BE UPCHARGED FOR A MEAL AND NOT GIVEN A RECEIPT. ASK FOR A RECEIPT. I wasn't worried about it this time as I've gone here previously and without review denoted the service hasn't always been up to par. Vegas trip! Heading to Vegas to see my son. No time to make breakfast, decided to get some Wendy's breakfast. We were greeted very friendly by the girl at the window. Her name was Cielo (probably spelled wrong) and she's definitely the type of person they want greeting customers at the window. Warm and friendly. What we ordered: Chicken, bacon, breakfast croissant Sausage, egg croissant combo with orange juice Breakfast on a bun with bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese Pretty darn good breakfast. Gets you a two dollar croissant purchase so that's the bonus. Saves you $2.69. Still with the discount, it was $15 for three sandwiches, orange juice and potatoes. If you like spicy sausage, definitely try that sausage egg. It's peppered. As you eat it, it gets hotter and hotter lol. Definitely a sign of black pepper. Overall, very pleasant experience. First , when ordering My food the lady behind the speaker sounded very irritated . Second, I ordered 2 meals and asked for ranch sauce . I was told since I didn't order nuggets, I had to pay for the sauce . This rule was set 2 months ago apparently . Came in, waited for about 10 minutes, asked an employee if I had done something wrong, or if I maybe I wasn't trying to order the right way. She informed me I was where I was supposed to be. She came to take my order and told me the system was down, yet, they were busy making food and taking Drive Thru orders. I asked for a supervisor, and was told she was too busy to speak with me. That's fine, I said I would like the name of the GM so I could leave and call back to speak with them. They wouldn't give me the name of the GM, and let me know they were actually to busy with DoorDash and Druve Thru to take my order. I will, absolutely, never be back. What a joke. read more

This particular Wendy's location was a rough experience. Our server was seemingly a bit new and took some time getting our order and wasn't sure about the specials or the military discount for my grandfather, on top of that, she didn't give us our receipt. However, I was very disappointed to realize that, even though I requested to have my meal upgraded to a large, they only upgraded my fries, not my drink, and gave me a bit of grief when I asked about it. Not happy about that. My chicken sandwich was decent, not all that great, but not bad either. I think I got a bad piece of lettuce too as it tasted quite off. The fries were at least good, well cooked and crispy! Overall I was disappointed by this Wendy's location. I've been to many Wendy's locations before and this is the first time I've had such a rough experience at one before. I definitely won't be returning to this one. Today, this place earns itself five stars from me. The drive-through was quick, efficient, and they gave us some terrific ice cream right away. The dude at the window could've used a little more finesse, but he got me my frosty when I wanted it. They are serving orange-flavored ice cream right now, and that made my day. read more

It's been a crazy and eventful week and after work I just didn't feel it to cook dinner so I told the fam we were going somewhere we hadn't been in a while. This Wendy's store is usually pretty good to us. Using the app to get our decisions made ahead of time makes ordering a breeze because all you have to do is tell the app you want to dine in and then tell it you're at the restaurant and the order is prepared FRESH and not just sitting there waiting for you. The fries were fresh and delicious - I almost ordered another batch they were that good! The burgers were made perfectly. And our toddler grandson's nuggets were cooked to perfection. They miscounted and missed one because they were rushing to get orders between both dining rooms and drive-thru satisfied but it was an easy fix and they gave us extra for the inconvenience. My only real issue was coming home smelling like I had been cooking food. I think some better ventilation or a better range hood to suck out the yuck. But they were nice to enjoy this evening and we will be back again. read more

Still as bad as ever! I rarely frequent this location because of so many previous bad experiences but on occasion my family asks for it. If you order on mobile they say they can't find your order, wait till you clog the drive through line for 20 mins and then they will finally make your order - but they will purposely make it wrong at that point. Honestly hope corporate shuts down this location so we can get something with better service. Lupe was my cashier she told me hold on a few times when telling her my order. She then charged me for sauce but then told the next customer just ask them when you get your order so you can get it for free or I'll have to charge you extra. This store tends to be out of the weirdest things, like sprite! Part of me wanted to laugh, but I really wanted a peach sprite, so I couldn't quite manage it. Other than that, the food was really good, the service was good, and the people that were working were nice! I just really wanted chili and peach sprite, but I was happy to at least have the chili. I was very happy with my visit to Wendy's in the N. Valley's, Reno. I received coupons in the mail that prompted my visit. Being a vegetarian, I rarely ever dine out at fast food establishments. I chose to use a coupon to buy one croissant sandwich and to receive one free. When I ordered the lady behind the counter was so friendly and I mentioned I was a vegetarian and she said, "all our sandwiches are made fresh per order." I love that she made me feel valued and not judging. The dining area was very clean and well lit up with some high comfortable seats facing the street. I'm giving this a three-star review only because this is a fast food restaurant, not fine dining and the food tasted blasé. read more

I don't like to write reviews unless I have a really good or really bad experience and this was a bad one. To start while ordering there was a male who decided to Interrupt his female counterpart over the mic which caused a communication error and my entire order was not added. I got my food and drove all the way home before realizing that I was missing some items. I phoned in to see what was going on and was told by the lady who took they had accidentally only rang me up for 1 instead of 2 items that it was her mistake (even tho it was really the males) and that for the inconvenience they would give me the second free. I drove back and was greeted at the counter with who I believe is the same male counterpart from earlier. I let him know what the situation was and that I just needed my second item he went to the back for a moment and came back with my receipt and said that I only got rang up for one item to which I responded with that's why I came back for the second he proceeded to try and punk me or something and said he could ring me up for the second to which I had to explain the phone call and he said oh ok no worries if she is paying for it and then gave me the rest of the order. Since the new manager took over, this location has been consistently good. As we know, when Wendy's is good it's good and when it's bad it's very bad... This location used to be terrible and the new manager has really turned it around. She was receiving an award for this today while I was there and it's much deserved. Hopefully the doesn't get stolen away to clean up another location and this one goes back downhill. read more

Since we came here for the first time during the Covid quarantine, this review is specidic to the drive through and the food. There were a couple of cars in front of us, but the line did not take long to progress. The young lady spoke clearly and repeated our order. We had to wait, less than a minute at the window, before we received our food. The chicken sandwich and fries were hot and tasted great! I used to go to this location all the time but now they have Fuzz ice tea and it's not sugar free it's pure nasty. Not sure why they switched but in sweet teas doesn't mean Fuzz. If you need to go fountain than get brisk so people who can't drink sugar have an option. read more

To start off I ordered 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers with a small fry, and a big bacon classic meal. When I picked up my food the lady at the window didn't want to give me any ranch. I get all the way home and find out that they gave me the wrong burger for my meal. No bacon and they left the onions on it with no extra pickles. They didn't even give me the medium fry for my meal. I had a mobile order and walked right in and it was ready and it had taken me about 3 minutes to get there....but I don't usually want to complain about things like this but the lady helping me was extra rude about it. In my online order I added ketchup and Mayo as sauce packets and she looked at it and said "you really want Mayo with these fries?" And gave me a disgusted look, Where I responded yes and she gave me another weird look and then put what I thought were ketchup and Mayo packets in my bag but later to find out she didn't give me any Mayo... This place is terrible! The food is all right but the service at the drive-up is atrocious! This so-called manager "Kellyanne" or something like this doesn't know anything about "Customer Service". Her order taker (I didn't get her name) interrupted me 3 times on one twenty second order and then still got my order wrong. And, I was only ordering three items; two chicken sandwiches and a drink with no ice. Pretty simple. The order taker was in a huge hurry and there was no one in line behind me, to justify this. Then when I gave the order back to the server she told me it was MY fault the order was wrong and this "manager" got in my face for being difficult with the order taker! I went here on my lunch break they ran my card that had more than enough money to cover my total... the card was declined twice so I opted to pay in cash, however after I paid in cash they proceeded to charge me for something that was 7 more dollars than I had actually spent, when I spoke to the manager she didnt really care that her employee fraudulently charged my card even with receipt proof! Only awarded 3-Stars due to being inconsistent. I've been to this location several times and each time it's a different experience. 4 times now I asked if they offered a military discount and the first time I was given the discount, the second time I was told they only give the discount if I spend more than $25 (who spends $25+ at Wendy's?), the third time I was given the discount and the fourth time I was told they do not offer a discount. So which is the correct answer, who knows and this shows their staff is not trained consistently. The restaurant is always very clean in appearance, has free WI-FI, has 2 flat screens (one always on CNN and the other streaming sports) and a fireplace. Their food is prepared quickly which is a plus for a fast food restaurant and tastes good. On this visit though my Son of the Baconator sandwich was stone cold, even the cheese was cold and not even close to being melted. All-in-all not bad and would have been rated higher if their staff was more consistent on their policies. read more

Did a mobile order with no changes to the menu items. Went thru the drive thru. One car ahead oh us. We got to the speaker and told the order name. The order came up and we confirmed. The order has also already been paid online. We pulled to the window and the car ahead of us was still there. That car must've had a problem as the bag was exchanged a few times before they drove off. As we started to pull towards the window, the staff of Wendy's threw trash out the window. We pulled up to the window and the "manager" proceeded to tell us that we needed to wait until she tells us to pull around to the window. We questioned her as we were not sure of what we were hearing. She repeated it in a completely snotty tone. We replied that the order disappeared from the screen and there was no one speaking so we pulled forward. She then proceeded to throw food at us. I have gone to this place a few times and 3 out of the 3 times they have forgotten something in my order, and only twice did I caught it before driving away. The wait was average depending on what time you go and the food taste just as good as any Wendy's store I've been too. read more

Every time I come here they seem to get my order wrong. When I came up the the window today they forgot to add an item that I had asked for. I mentioned it and paid for it. The girl at the window handed me the rest of my items as I waited for the one they forgot she told me to have a nice day but I waited patiently for the one they had to add on. I let her know when she came to the window I was still waiting for the last item. She said she JUST handed it to me. My husband and I searched through our bags in case they had added it and we missed it the first time. They had not, and u let her know we didn't get it. She continued to argue with me for at least a minute saying she gave it to me. Eventually she handed me the item and we left. Atmosphere - I went through the drive as I only needed one item. I love that they have a display showing what you ordered. When will fast food places start doing this inside? They have two window system, one to pay and another to collect your food, but they have not used that for years here. Food - Dinner - I normally I order a spicy chicken sandwich. Today I was feeling bacon. So I ordered the Son of Baconator. I feel like the word "the" is missing in the name, Son of the Baconator, oh well. It is just a small version of the Baconator. Baconator, Baconator, Baconator. Yeah I like saying that word. Well as burger goes, it was just "Okay". They bacon was hiding, compared to their pics. Okay everything was hiding. Nothing was hanging outside the bun like their pictures suggest. The patty was okay and bacon was bland. Service - I had one car in front of me before the speaker box. When I pulled up I was asked to wait. Take my order please, it is simple went through my mind. By the time I got to pay my Son of Baconator was waiting. They actually handed it to me before I paid. I have given this location 5 attempts to put either the "fast" or "food" in "fast food". Only once did the drive-thru deliver on both, although not quite fast. Stay away from the app for ordering. It was promised at a certain time but I waited 30 more minutes inside. I'm not expecting steak house for the food, but it has been subpar 4 or out 5 times. Inside employees don't seem to enjoy life.
