Great for something fast and I've never had any issues with this location, other than the long lines at night but I've found that the lines always move fast whenever I go. Like, the longest I've waited in the drive thru line here was probably around 5ish minutes to order, compared to me waiting at Wendy's in Randolph which was 30-40 minutes once (I was very hungry!). I almost always order their 4 for $4 meal, Jr. bacon cheeseburger with spicy nuggets, fries, and a lemonade. They've also got biggie bags which range from $5-7, depending on the burger you choose. Everyone before said place terrible, yes it's open late, yes it gets busy, yes sometimes your order might be missing something. I always had my stuff corrected fairly quickly. Occasionally miss something but not really that big of a deal, if it's late i just walk in with all them delivery pickup drivers and ask a worker. Dude, it's Wendy's However you market it, it is fast food. You just aren't going to get the best burger you ever ate, unless you've only ever eaten at some awful place your whole life. Also, I know it's not great for you, but it's not supposed to be. I will say that it's not quite as gluttonous as Five Guys, but at the same time, I do like Five Guys better. Expectations define experiences, and the burger exceeded expectations (which I have to admit, weren't very high). The fries though were a travesty. For a burger I had the Dave's single with bacon. What I liked was that it was overall balanced! The proportions of one thing to another were on point, and every bite was consistent (none of that this half is all pickles, this half is all onions). Though it wasn't juicy (fast food burgers rarely are), it wasn't lacking flavor or moisture. Then there was the fries... problem with them is they were undercooked. The insides still had the flavor and consistency of raw potato. I know this was probably a bad batch, but the fact remains. I was able to try the S'awesome Sauce as well, and all I will say is that it does live up to its name. I can't remember the last time I went to a Wendy's and actually enjoyed my food but the service was so great and the food was hot. Not sitting in a warmer for hours hot either, fresh hot. The manager was working the register and was extremely kind to every person who walked in, he even remembered a bunch of guest names. A customer came in happy to see him working and explained why he loves visiting there, because the food actually taste fresh. There was short wait time in the drive-thru line (just one person making an order as I approached); the person who took my order did so without error; my payment was laser fast as she was patiently waiting for me to hand her my card and in seconds I was ready to go to the pickup window when the food was already waiting for us!!!! I went in to grab myself and my daughter some lunch and used the new machines in the front to order. When I got to the counter I could see the manager dealing with fries and not wearing any gloves which unsettled me. He was literally pushing fries in the boxes with his bare hands. I worked in a papa Gino's as a teen and I know that whenever dealing with food your hands should be clean and gloves should be worn. I'm not expecting 5 star service from a fast food place but that's plain unsanitary. I said something to him about it and he proceeded to tell me I'm a liar and need new glasses. Above average Wendy's with fast, efficient service, large parking lot with extra spaces in back of the building, and I think the dining room is open until 11pm. The drive thru is open until 2am or 3am, a good option in North Quincy, considering Quincy rolls up the sidewalk early. Most of the staff are Chinese as North Quincy is heavily Chinese but the counter staff speak decent English. Typical Wendy's menu. Soda machine, as in most if not all Wendy's with over 2 dozen choices of soda. I order the fries with no salt as that forces them to make a fresh batch.
