We stopped at the drive through to order food for my kids. Our fries were cold and stale. We were already on the freeway heading south, just a left then right to get on l, when I called. The lady that answered asked me if I wanted them replaced and I said no we're already on the freeway. She then asked if I could bring the receipt back later. I told her we stopped on the way through town, we don't live there. I said that I could take a picture of the receipt and the fries. She said ok. I asked where to send that and she said to an email. After repeating the email address several times, to get it correct, we hung up. Immediately I sent the email with the photo attached. Later when I looked at my email the email address was not valid and it didn't go through. Really frustrating to have to go through that and not have it resolved when they were the ones serving gross fries. read more

We have had terrible experiences at several Wendy's lately in Park City, Holladay, Cedar Caity and elsewhere. But everything here was great--Chris was friendly and got our order correct, the food was hot and delicious, they had every item available, and they were fast. We noticed every customer was treated respectfully. I wish each Wendy's was this good. My only complaint is the frosty cup; it was clear plastic instead of paper so the lid didn't fit and the ice cream melted in my cup holder. I hope it's not how all of the frostys will be served. read more

Compared to the other fast food places in the area, I think Wendy's might be my favorite. The employees are quick, helpful, and friendly. I also find that the food here is consistently on point. The meat is always juicy, the veggies are fresh, and the fries are monitored for quality and freshness as well. For a fast food place, I think this one is pretty great. This is a silly place to review but my son And I were returning home to Payson and he wanted a 4 for 4... So we pulled through the drive- thru. My plan wasn't to get anything for myself but I saw a picture of the baconator fries and decided to give them a try. I was impressed. I'm not a Wendy's fan usually so I was pleasantly surprised that these fries were so good. The bacon was just the right amount of crispy with great flavor and there was a lot of it! and the cheese was actual cheddar cheese and not that processed cheese sauce. Not something I would get everyday, but they were a tasty little treat for under 3 bucks. read more

Not much purpose in rating the food. You either love Wendy's or not, but it has to be mentioned that the Payson, Utah location has always had extremely slow service compared to the rest of the chain. Easy on, easy off location for travelers and lots of parking. Adjacent to a 7-Eleven and close to a Wal-Mart so there is that. read more

wendy's is extremely slow inside. drive thru is alright. Aaron works the first window of the drive thru and is usually okay, i've driven up to the window a couple times and i've caught him picking his nose. definitely not okay for working at a restaurant or anywhere for that matter. read more

The drive-up was a little slow BUT the new salad was great. Big tasty pieces of chicken. Of course, had the Parmesan large salad. I think it may have been the Cesar salad because it came with that kind of dressing. Thank goodness it wasn't lite dressing. The hamburgers are OK, too. I just wanted to say when i pulled up and asked for a "Mello Yello" they said "You have to go in to get that drink. But the lobby is closed." If it wasn't on the Drive thru menu i understand, however; it was on the Drive thru menu without any indication of it not being available due to my order location. This is the third time in a row that my burger was raw or pink in the middle. It's fine if you like medium rare, First time I thought it was a fluke, second time(about a year later) it was the same. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've never had a good experience at this location. The employees and managers are extremely rude every single time I've gone. Rude responses to questions, or no response at all and they just stare at me like I'm stupid. Last week an employee gave me a broken drink carrier in the drive thru and didn't even let me grab it from him, and he threw the whole carrier into the car, with 3 drinks and a frosty. It spilled everywhere. The employee didn't say anything. He just stared at me, didn't apologize, didn't do anything except roll his eyes and turn around and get more drinks. The manager didn't say a word either even though he was standing right there. I emailed and filed a complaint and never heard back. Don't come here, they have nothing but blatant disrespect for everyone that comes through the drive thru, and an extremely rude way of speaking to customers. read more

It took 45 minutes to wait in line and get our food. One girl behind the counter on a Friday evening and she was taking and filling orders plus taking food to people in the dining room. There were plenty of flies, food on the floor. We used the water drink machine to wet napkins to clean our table. We've been there before and vowed not to come back but this time we made a pact not to come back. I can't imagine that Wendy's management allows it. read more

A couple of years ago they were going slow to get your food. But now your food comes quickly. they have never messed up one of my orders, even when placing a large order for multiple people. Anytime I go to Wendy's location is a reminder of why I don't usually frequent the restaurant. Though the cleanliness of any location is usually terrific and the people are helpful, the food is simply poor quality. I recently visited the Payson location, to find once again that the grilled chicken was not only cold but hard. The bun wasn't even toasted. I've decided now to go to either five guys or in and out for a decent burger. There is simply nothing around the Payson location that does it for me. We have a McDonald's and several Ma 'n Pa locations that have spent a lifetime serving less than mediocre food at the same prices of much larger food chains. The truth is most restaurants don't want to take the time to make decent food because their usual clientele is satisfied with the Microwave style that's quick and ready. It's simply too hard for them. Therefore the one star I give them is for cleanliness only. read more
