    The service is atrocious. They are probably understaffed, but thats no excuse for rude behavior by employees.

    I decided to go to DQ because the website said there was a BOGO for $.99 on blizzards right now. It…read moredidn't have any exclusions or restrictions or "you have to order on the app," just a "start an order" button. When I got to the drive-thru, I mentioned the deal and was informed it was only if I had ordered on the app. I countered that the deal was very clear on the website for their specific location. They argued back again that the deal was only available had I ordered through the app. In fact, even if you signed up for the app right now, you would have to wait 24 hours to claim the deal. I continued to counter--the website doesn't say anything about the app. It says I can start an order there on the website without signing in or going into the app. There is nothing indicating this deal isn't available at the drive-thru. Another employee joined the interaction and insisted I was wrong. I ended up abandoning my order and driving away angrily. I called back and asked to speak with the manager. Of course it was the same person I was arguing with before. I tried to explain that they let $60 worth of business today and my patronage as a customer permanently drive away over a few dollars. She continued to insist how wrong I was about the app. I told her they have a problem with what was advertised on the website and also a customer service problem. She never budged and I just hung up. Dear manager or owner: -It'a not about the few dollars I would have saved with the deal. I'm good for it. But your customer service is atrocious and your inability to use reasonable judgment and social skills is costing you money! -telling a customer how wrong they are isn't how to build a loyal following -I don't even live in Santaquin, but I drove all the way there because of an ad on your website with current dates clearly displayed. You wasted my time -obviously this was significant enough to me that I wanted to continue the conversation, but you had to win at all costs -update your website (stop false advertising) -why couldn't the manager even ask me, "I'm not familiar with that ad. Can you show me what you are seeing?" Then she would clearly have seen that there was no mention of requiring the app -even if I totally missed the restrictions or it was a misunderstanding on my part (which is not the case--I have gone back and checked 5 additional times!), why not seek to problem solve with me? "You know what, I'll just honor that for you today." or even, "I'm so sorry, I'm not allowed to honor that deal for you, but here is what I can do." -A little empathy goes a long way: "I am so sorry the ad wasn't clear/there was a misunderstanding." Not telling me how wrong I am! Here Is what the website looks like. I ask you, "Can you understand how someone would think this deal is available to everyone?!" I don't believe the adage of "the customer is ALWAYS right," but wow! Just wow!

    Let me start this review by saying the food here is excellent. The issue I have with this place is…read morethe consistently poor service. I've been here 3 times, and each time, it was being run by a few clueless teenagers who clearly aren't there to actually work. Today's visit, my family ordered 5 sandwiches and we sat around waiting for over an HOUR. They told us it would be 15-20 minutes. And no, it wasn't packed. To top it all off, once our food was finally ready, we found out they forgot to make my sandwich. When my husband inquired about it, one of the teenage boys said "Oh yeah! Thanks for reminding me!" ... not a single apology or even a "my bad." As we were sitting and I was finally able to eat something, we had the pleasure of listening to two female employees gossip loudly about previous customers and other people they seemed to dislike. Very annoying - the back might be a better trash talking area as your customers shouldn't be subjected to your whiny mindless complaints. The food itself is great. This is the best, most authentic sourdough that you can get in Utah. I've never been disappointed by the food and it's the reason I put up with the poor service. It's just getting to the point where I'm seriously questioning whether the great food is even worth recurring trips. It seems like with every visit, the service goes lower and lower down the drain. I'd say this place is worth a trip maybe once a year. Just prepare to wait an unholy amount of time for a literal sandwich and always double check that they even get your order right, because every single visit, they've screwed something up on my order.
