I've never had a bad experience here. My foods always hot, and my frosty's always delicious. The worst thing is an occasional long line, but Taco Bell and McDonald's are way worse in that regard. read more

It never fails. I've gone to this Wendy's for 19 years and this year has been the worst. Each salad I order has been missing stuff or they use shredded taco lettuce for my salads. Today it was cranberries and blue cheese in the Apple Pecan salad. However, the window employees are very kind read more

Stopped on Monday morning for breakfast, sat in the drive through waiting and waiting, finally a gentleman came out and said, sorry ma'am we are now on winter hours and open at 8am. WTH?? how much business are you loosing out on from people that need to be to work BY 8!!! And now the website says they open at 10:00am?? really?? make a decision and put a sign ON your SIGN with your hours!! read more

One of the workers stopped to see what my special needs kiddo was upset about, then took the time to fill his cup up with lemonade. This small thing was huge to me. Thank you for bringing kind. Food was good, service was exceptional and heartwarming. read more

Stopped here on a long road trip and the whole drive-thru experience was pleasant! Ordered easily and was informed of a cost-saving deal. Drove up to pay with zero wait time. Was treated nicely by all employees. And even got a complimentary small fry! What a friendly location :) read more

I've visited the drive through three times within the past week and each time no one answered when I reached the speaker yet vehicles in front of me proceeded through to the pick up window. After saying HELLO for the third time, the teenager said he would be with me in a minute and there was only one vehicle in front of me. When I finally got to the order window, The two teenagers at the window just stood around and looked clueless as to what they were supposed to do. I asked for a plain Dave's single burger with just ketchup mustard and onion on it. I already knew that simple order was going to be screwed up and sure enough it was. It had cheese on it. Ive been going to Wendy's for over 45 years but now I'm done. read more

I spent $50 there today, attempting to feed my wife and children! I waited in line for over 20 mins to order. The drink machine was out of ice and over half the products offered. It was another 20 before the food came. As I waited, I watched the young man working the fryer, moving in two speeds, slow and stop. Literally. There was no hustle, no concern for the line of customers waiting, no sense of pride or self respect enough to do the best job possible. Nope... shuffling, standing, staring. Just settling for "good enough." But that's the problem is wasn't good enough! When finally receiving my order home, we discovered we were missing one of the kids meals, and the two chicken meals we ordered came as burgers. So half of our order was just flat out wrong, and also, it was cold and nasty! I didn't bother to call to complain, wouldn't have done me any good. This is becoming the norm for the majority of "fast" food establishments. There seems to be a complete break down of any sort of customer "service" and there certainly isn't any actual work ethic any more. We'll be eating at home more often. read more

This Wendy's listens to your concerns which gives me a positive experience from what was a negative one. I came in during my lunch break and was ignored for about 10 minutes until I was finally acknowledged then waited an additional 5 minutes before my order was taken. Got my order and it was incorrect. I ordered a double and only got a single. Brought it to their attention and the cook apologized for it. I filled out my experience from the webpage on the back of the receipt. With in the next day I got an email apologizing for my experiences and invited me back for a free meal in the house. Talked to the manager and they immediate knew about my comments and promptly took care of me. I really appreciated that they reached out and extended their apologies and kindness. Oh... And their food is consistently good each visit! Never have a complaint about the taste or appearance of the food produced. read more

We decided to give this place a second chance because they claimed that they cleaned up due to Covid. I went through the drive through, and the woman working there had pulled down her mask. I asked her to pull it up because I live with two people with high risk factors with covid. She slammed the drive through window in my face and got really rude when she gave me my food. We will not be back, and I urge anyone else who doesn't want to get covid from a careless, unfeeling drive through worker unwilling to wear a mask to save others to stay away, too. read more

I was in the store a few weeks ago and I was about the 5th person in line. The girl taking the orders would take the order and then stand there until the order was done then give the order to that person. Then take the next order. I waited about 15 minutes and was only now 2 from getting my order taken. They were so disorganized in the back and I don't know who was running the show but I don't think they even knew. I was so upset I walked out and went to another burger place. I have not been back until this evening. My wife wanted hamburgers for dinner so I drove up there and there was a line of about 10 cars and they were not moving. I thought that I would just go in and order but the doors were locked so I got back in line which still has not moved. They were taking one order and working it and then take the next order. People were pulling out of line and leaving. The original car that was at the ordering speaker when I first got there was just getting his order at the pick up window. I drove next door to Taco Bell and got my order right away. I use to really like this Wendy's but they have gone from good to terrible. The restaurants around there should be sending Thank You cards to Wendy's for sending them new customers. I don't think I will be going back there. I thought the first time may have been a fluke but the second time just confirmed that they have poor management and are so understaffed and probably because of the poor management. read more

Ugh this is becoming a mess. Service has been getting worse over the years and my family simply refuses to go to this Wendy's. It's so slow and our food is always cold by the time we get it. I suggest going somewhere else. There's a nice Sonic down the road not to far. Also there's a Taco Bell next door. Don't waste your time and money here. I don't like being this negative but they seriously need to get someone in there to actually train their staff. read more

I'm in line at drive thru for 15 mins not moving. Finally decide to just go in because they don't look busy inside. After ordering my food, I spend another 25 minutes waiting on it (ordered a $1.50 cheeseburger and small fry). The place was unkept. No napkins in dispenser. Trash over flowing. Almost all tables dirty. Staff standing around talking and on their phones. Me and other customers were looking at each other in disbelief. Will not be returning to this Wendy's till a whole new staff comes in or new management. read more

This Wendy's needs a complete overhaul. New management and new employees. Inside is always dirty. Employees more interested in their phones than taking orders. Once, a week or two ago, there was no ice in the entire restaurant, the self-service drink machine was empty except for one non-diet flavor and my food was cold when got it. Today was the 3rd time the Lobby was closed and the drive-thru was open, but not moving. I need to quit expecting this Wendy's to change. read more

I had a horrible experience a month or two ago. An employee named Joyce screamed at me when I spoke up that all the employees were standing around and not taking any orders. Only one person was making orders. I spoke to the district manager and never received the compensation I was told I would. I will NEVER return to this horrendous location. read more

Went to Wendys this evening about 6:00 and there was 3 customers ahead of me. The young girl at the register would take one order then wait for the food to be done then give it to the customer before taking the next persons order. Never saw anything like this before. They were handling food with no gloves and especially the girl at the register handling money then getting fries . I waited at least 15 minutes before I finally left the store pissed off. The customer ahead of me was very upset because he had to repeat his order 3 times before he finally shouted it out really loud. The young man behind the counter said under his breath that when your at Wendy's your on their time. The worst run place I have ever been in. Who takes orders one at a time. The girl was dumber then a box of rocks. I left and went up the road to McDonalds. They don't even deserve 1 star. read more

Once again, Park City to the rescue when looking for signs of intelligence. Wait... nope, I spoke too soon. Visited here a bit ago in the thoughts of enjoying a couple of Baconators while watching some football. There was a deal on the app to get the second one for a buck. Nice deal... if you can get it. Noticed that the dining room was empty... Thought I would go inside and order at the counter to go. Oops. Wrong answer, Stan. The process flummoxed the lady at the counter to such a point that after watching her struggle with this idea for about 4 minutes with zero assistance from the rest of the staff that was leisurely milling about on this slow afternoon. Top notch teamwork! I finally had to just tell her to void the order, because this was clearly too much to handle. Who knows if that ever took place, because I was vacating the building as she was trying to say she couldn't do that. Well trained and professional staff. Brilliance at it's finest! read more

I have never seen a more helpless person in my life. There was an employee roaming around the store doing nothing. She might have forgot to go to the gym because she was just talking laps. Then someone spilled a drink and she just looked at it and took a few more laps. Then she made a very old employee go pick it up because "she didn't know how to work the mop." She also saw a mess on a table and pointed at other customers at different tables for them to pick it up.(not like its her job or anything) RIP Wendy's read more

We love this restaurant, especially the chili cheese baked potato.

I come to this Wendy's on my lunch break and I only get 30 minutes but I figure hey it's down the street less than 5 minutes from my work at Amazon so I'll come here real quick they are never busy in the line there's either one or two cars maybe if any and every time I come here I end up wasting almost 15 minutes of my lunch in the Drive-Thru and on top of that the person leaves me waiting at the speaker for about half that time just to order and then the rude as hell when they're talking to me if customer service is not your thing quit your job today and let somebody else have that s*** that appreciates the business that people bring in because we're the reason you have a paycheck you ungrateful little s*** I will not come back there's too many damn Wendy's to come to the last one where there's people being rude as f*** to you I hope you lose all your business so that you go out of business and nobody gets a paycheck anymore have a nice night read more

I live in Park City and Wendy's is consistently slow. Like 35 minutes in the drive through slow, with only 4 cars. They have people wait in line instead of pulling forward if their food is t ready. Which means your food might be cold. This is fast food. They can do better. This is a management issue, not employee. read more

PARK CITY KANSAS-5290-GM-GRACE. ------ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-- Atrocious customer service. They forgot my fries, mistakes happen, when I called, multiple times, I was told to "Hold on" as the other person yelled for Grace to answer. When she did there was no empathy, no apologies, it seemed as though I was an irritant. She said I wasn't but tone said otherwise. I went to collect my fries when I asked to speak with the manager it was Grace who was now standing in front of me posturing with a closed off expression in both facial and body language. As i stated my issues about the phone etiquette as well as the interaction and lack of apologies she stated "I apologized over the phone and offered a solution" both of which are not accurate. At that point I requested the GM to which she informed me she was also the GM. I called corporate and am now waiting for a response. I work customer service and make mistakes myself, it was the lack of good service I'm frustrated with. Will NOT be returning. UPDATE- Fries I received were cold and stale. Wow. read more

This Wendy's refuses to honor the coupons on the Wendys app. I have tried to use the app twice and both times the cashier had no idea how to use it and had to get a manager. Then that manager would tell me they couldn't honor the coupon. The second time I asked for the main manager and he also would not honor the coupon. I deleted the app and I am done eating at Wendy's. I also called and made complaints via the number on the app before I deleted it. Supposedly a general manager is going to call me in the next day or two. I use the McDonald's app Several times a week and have never had an issue. The second read more

My aunt and I were traveling through, got gas at the nearby QT, we decided to stop in and get a burger, wow what a mistake! We placed an order with a true "Miss Entitled" I was having some difficulty with getting my card to work in their machine after trying 2 cards and my aunt trying hers with no avail, my aunt finally asked Miss Entitled if they were having issues with their card machine. She rolled her eyes and said "well yes" we thought it would've been nice to know. She then got my name incorrect she put in Kelly??? I have no idea how she got that from my name?? So when they were calling Kelly, we had no idea who they meant!?! She also made all of our change out of dimes and pennies and we got back $.87, that was interesting!?! We received no apologies, they all looked high and brain dead. All good though we stopped at the nearby Spangles on the way back and got better food, much better service, a better price and our business from now on!!! read more

The Fast Food War: Competing for customers, who has the best fast food deal? By Mike Thayer If you've been paying attention to TV commercials lately, you've noticed another fast food battle taking place. The #2 burger chain, Wendy's, fired the first shot with their 4 for $4 deal. You get a Jr. bacon cheeseburger, four chicken nuggets, fries and a drink for $4. Reacting to Wendy's shot, Burger King, the #3 burger chain then pulled the trigger. Their deal also costs $4, for the same meal, but you get a cookie! (that's feigned excitement). And nice "creative thinking" there with the menu BK..... Copying Wendy's idea, adding a chocolate chip cookie. I know, it's a brand taste preference thing, meal for meal, mano e mano, I get it. And seeing their competition launching salvos for more market share, #1 fast food burger maker McDonald's came up with their "McPick 2 Menu" in response. For $2, you can choose two items from a menu of four consisting of - The McChicken, the McDouble, fries, or mozzarella sticks (3 piece). Kudos to McDonald's for trying to be creative with their menu ammo and pricing, but that raises another issue which I'll elaborate on later. In this humble foodie's opinion, Wendy's offers the best deal. It's not only the best deal in bang-for-the-buck dollar terms, more importantly, it's the better tasting meal. A Wendy's Jr. bacon cheeseburger vs. a Burger King bacon cheeseburger is a wash, Wendy's has better nuggets (each restaurant serving you four nuggets), Wendy's has better fries than Burger King and I could really care less about a cookie. Both meals give you a lot of food for the money, both meals are satisfying, Wendy's wins on taste. Bonus: Wendy's makes their burgers fresh, you know you're getting a hot meal, not a been-sitting-in-a-warming-bin meal. Burger King is kind of hit or miss on that with the fries and nuggets. When it comes to the McDonald's offering, sure, you get a lot of bang for the buck with the McPick 2. And if you order two $2 orders, you can get quite a meal for $4 but here's the gamble with that.... You probably aren't getting a fresh hot meal. McDonald's has the best fries, but ONLY if you get them hot out of the fryer. Unless you specifically ask for fresh fries, odds are, you'll get some that have been in the rack for awhile waiting to be sold. McDonald's is notorious for racking/stacking/packing their food. Their service is almost vending machine like. You approach the machine (counter), put some money in the slot (pay the cashier) and the machine pushes/spins out/drops your selection that's been sitting there in the machine for who knows how long. That's the McDonald's way. And let's face it, a McDouble isn't as good as a bacon cheeseburger. A McChicken may be more filling than four nuggets w/sauce, but it doesn't taste as good and who wants mozzarella sticks or fries that aren't fresh out of the fryer? Prediction: It won't happen with this particular menu war, but I do think McDonald's is going to eventually lose their #1 fast food chain ranking. They've really gone downhill. But instead of getting back to the basics in what got them to #1, they go for silly stuff, like run-of-the-mill mozzarella sticks with so-so marinara sauce. read more
