She took my order with a huge smile and exuded incredible friendliness. Simply put--she is the role model for customer service. There should be a 0 star rating. The food is what you would expect. The attitude, not so much. The lady who helped me was literally leaning on the register like annoyed she was even there. I didnt care, since it was only me. I waited for my food and noticed the whole time she would either roll her eyes or acted like she didn't care. Still, leaning on the register the whole time. I saw other people getting their food, you can barely hear the numbers being called since its chaotic. I asked the manager and very rudely said, "I've been calling yo numba". No, you haven't. Heavily congested area where you are crammed up against multiple other restaurants. Staff was not rude, but not overly friendly either. The biggest issue is that the prices were insane, even for an airport. $10 for a 9-piece chicken nugget with no side or drink (it was supposed to be a 10-piece, but apparently math is hard) is absurd by any accounting measurement. Service was fine (why I gave one star) , but the food was subpar, almost like a bait and switch. I probably should have checked online reviews first, but alas I was tired at the airport and slightly blind from being awake at 4am. Do not expect a croissant. The food was standard Wendy's fare, but when I visited on 10/15/25 around 5:30pm ( order #323 in case corporate ever reads these) the gentleman working the register was pleasant and helpful when taking my order, but the woman who was handing out the orders was incredibly rude, not just to me but to everyone. It seemed like she was even making her coworkers miserable. When I asked if there was ketchup in the bag she said yes (there wasn't) when I went back she acted mad that she had to give me some. I also asked for silverware and she said "no, go next door. Ask them." Wdym?? If I hadn't checked I would've ended up on a plane with a salad I couldn't eat because I had no fork!!! The chicken nuggets were quite artificial-tasting, kind of mushy (I haven't tried McDonald's or BK's recently, thiis is as compared to, say, Chick-Fil-A.). Honey mustard dip was fairly bland, ranch wasn't too bad. The fries were a step up from years past, more crispy though not top-of-the-line, and under-salted for my taste. This Wendy's saved our day when our flight was canceled twice and we were given airport meal vouchers. The process of using the vouchers to get food was complicated but Jayda at the cash register was a huge help and was very patient in helping get our much needed food. The food was up to normal Wendy's standards and we enjoyed our breakfast. The kindness and friendly assistance from Jayda made a difficult experience much easier for our very tired family. read more

On Monday there were serviré thunder and rain at Orlando so planes were deplaned, and since it was after 9 pm (the time that they closed that day) this Wendy's stayed open till 11 pm serving every item until they ran out and closed. Very good service Thank you for staying open.The burgers and fries were good and I recommend to come. FYI The chars tables are shared with around 4-5 other restaurants in the same food court. This Wendy's tries really hard to get people through. Although they take your order quickly, there was quite a wait for the food to show up. Just have some patience, and you'll get the typical quality of fast food just a bit slower. It is in the back of the food court in terminal B. There seems to be plenty of seating but a bit loud, as you can imagine being this is an airport. No smiles from the counter folks, but I really wasn't expecting any. read more

Had this on my way back home. My initial thought was, this line is long, but it went by super quickly. Anna was my cashier and was super nice. I was able to grab my food and condiments in less than 6 minutes. I would like to say they train their employees well as they all were smiling and made my food taste great. I would come back again and stick to chicken nuggets. They were nice and crispy and so were my fries. Come by and say hi to Anna. read more

Horrible food prep sanitation standards. Watched staff member continuously put his hand in the bag of fries discarding some on the floor over a seven minute period. When confronted was told it's OK that his hand was in the bag numerous times because he was wearing gloves. There was no reason for his hand to be in the bag that many times and when confronted about this, I was just waved on and told don't worry about it by other staff member I believe was the manager. Frantic Morning at work then a tight appointment at the Eye Doctor's for my 6 month check up after Cataract Surgery and then a dash to the Charlotte Airport to catch a flight to Orlando for a Conference Fortunately my wife was driving because with my eyes dilated, there was not way I could drive. Checked in at boarded shortly thereafter so but the time I landed in Orlando, I was hungry. Almost 6 pm and I had note eaten all day,. Heading to baggage claim, Wendy's was on the left a bit hidden away. Checked in and ordered a Dave's Double with Tea and Fries and was ready in just a minute of so, nice and fresh. Something quick for my early morning flight but the service wasn't pleasant. I over heard a teen telling her mom she was too scared to ask the ladies for anything because they were mean. The workers have an attitude and then while paying it asks if you want to leave a tip. I was here for breakfast and was given regular fries instead of the wedges (guessing they were out because no one around me had them), our breakfast sandwiches did not come with the cheese sauce. I payed 13 dollars for a sandwich which seemed incorrect, but when i looked at my receipt it didn't show anything , just the price. Thankful Wendy's was open for breakfast for my early morning flight. And even more thankful there were short lines here compared to other places nearby. The service here was quick though everyone working looked as though they had never smiled before, including the lady who took my order didn't even crack a smile when pleasantries were exchanged. The food was what I had expected mostly though their seasoned potato wedges that they usually serve with breakfast were instead just French fries from the lunch/dinner runs.
