I was sadly mistaken, and the problems stem from how the chain is setup, and not from a single location having issues. The burgers are alright, but too expensive for how much you get. The fries are alright as well, but all of it seems to be your typical corporate food distribution to the masses, and the food just isn't that good. Two stars for this one as well... not because the folks working there are bad, or even because the place itself is bad place to eat... they are not. It is just that the food is just not very good, and from what I have experienced no matter what the employees do the food is still going to be mediocre.

About 20- 25 minutes pass and so I went up to the counter to ask if my order was ready and yet asked for my name went back to check and it had been ready but no one called my name. I asked why no one called my name and they didn't have an answer, i guess you're supposed to check in when you arrive to check on your order, but there are no signage in the store or on line notifying you that you need to do that. Fortunately the manager offered to remake my orders of tater tots and onion rings because they were cold. The budget were warm but still okay by the time we got home. The did was tasty and would have been better if it were fresh, but for next time check in when you arrived to see if the food is ready. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly.
