i love the fry's from here, but i really hate coming here and then a little girl with red hair tells me everytime, "we are backed up on orders because our manager sucks, pull up" i understand you might not like your manager but it doesn't make you look cool or make me feel bad for you. it makes me feel bad for the manager for ungrateful little kids. if you hate your job that much get a new one bc this is the fourth time i have came through the drive through and you talk about is how bad your manager is. read more

I LOVE wendy's food but the workers at this location are never kind. I have seen an employee pull ketchup out of her back pocket, i've seen an employee eat a fry off a customers tray, i've been called then n word (im white and he was hispanic) by an employee, the wait times are insane. I'll start out by saying I wish I could give negative Stars. This place does not even deserve one star. I was in there on Saturday there were at least 10 maybe 12 people working and yet none of them could seem to get anything done. The drive-thru Lane was packed so we went inside to eat we were the second person in line at the register and yet it took us at least 15 to 20 minutes to get waited on. And then had to wait at least another 15 minutes for our sandwiches to be made. The sandwiches were sitting on the counter and now there were no fries or nuggets made yet had to wait for them meanwhile the sandwiches are still sitting on the counter getting cold. We had them make us fresh sandwiches and still by the time we sat down to eat our fries were cold. This restaurant needs to realize that the people inside are just as important as the people in the Drive-Thru Lane. Come on people get it right treat everybody right and at least apologize for not being able to run a restaurant efficiently. I am extremely disappointed and it will be quite some time if I ever eat there again!!!! read more

Drive thru order, girl was very rude, never ask us about size of drink, fries or if there was anything else. Gave us total, no thank-you, no nothing and her voice was even rude. When picking up order at window it took 2 girls and 1 guy to hand us our order, no receipt, again, no thank-you, have a nice day and NO smiles from any of them. Rude people at your store in Norwalk, Ohio. We really loved their spicey chicken, but this time is was so spicey, it actually had no taste, just a lot of spicy hot. Not sure I would have eaten here if I hadn't seen the higher score on Google. The low score here is totally unwarranted in my experience. Good food (great fries and novelty burger), even better service. I really appreciated the patient, friendly staff who had our food faster than I would have thought possible. This place is disgusting... kitchen floors are a mess, from what i could see at the counter. items from the deep friers both smell and taste terrible, like they dont clean or filter them. Witnessed a manager handling food without gloves on and after calling corporate about this and their district manager followed up by calling me was told this is common practice. And tried to excuse handling frozen food items before they are cooked is safe food practice that is done nationwide at all Wendy's locations. They are not friendly nor do they act professional at all here and honestly dont even act like they are trying or attempting to be friendly / professional. When my order was being remade the person making the sandwiches did nothing but complain and give me dirty looks. The district manager i spoke with said they were goi g to look into this and speak to the people involved, something tells me thats not going to happen based on the excuse making that he was doing for other things. read more

Wendy's - a view of the outside of a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Norwalk, Ohio

Have stopped here several times previously and the food and service has been good. Today, not so much. The fries were cold and they mixed up our order with another. The person whose sandwich I got wasn't happy as I returned it to the counter, as I and two other customers waited for them to sort out and re-cook our orders. Unfortunately there is no sense of urgency among the staff... or their manager. To top it off, it was 3:00 pm, well past the lunch rush hour. Too bad the service doesn't match the new exterior. I'll think twice before returning. read more

Employees disregarded when my friend asked for specific things not to be on his order and they gave us a small and kids sized drink when we ordered a medium and small. Then insisted it was the size we ordered even though it wasn't. At least the food wasn't that bad read more
