I believe "Robert" is the current manager. Per my receipt, Robert was my "Host"/cashier today. I've been going to this Wendy's for many years, and it's been about 98% persistently close to perfect. Today was no exception. In fact, this review is geared mostly toward Robert (I assume the manager on duty) today. I don't know where to begin as far as my observations of him (and crew, but mostly him). He reminded me of an "octopus" in "fast motion." He seemingly had at least 8 arms/hands and performed at lightning speed to try to keep up with the endless "fast demands" required for preparing & serving fast food. This man deserves a standing ovation from the owner/Wendy's Corporate, etc.! 5-STARS easily EARNED by Robert yet again---and this particular Wendy's. NO other Wendy's in Atlantic County, NJ even comes close to the near-EXCELLENCE of this store! I couldn't scan the QR code on my receipt for a review as I don't own a smartphone, sorry. Just know that Robert is doing a beyond-awesome job at this Wendy's. His heart is absolutely in his job here! He's truly a very very hard-working gentleman. ... If I could give a 0, I would. They took the order down wrong and gave me something I was allergic to. When I went back in to correct the issue, she was laughing about it. When ordering, the cashier was talking to her boss and coworkers, laughing, messing around, and not paying any mind to the paying customer. Also, the person handling the food was not wearing any gloves. My "fresh" fries were cold. The drink I had ordered was "only available on the app" as well. Their thin mint drink, which they offered as an alternative, was not good and cost more than what I originally ordered, and they failed to tell me that. Overall, miserably terrible service, the food was underwhelming, and it was not cleanly whatsoever. read more

We went back as I was approached by Wendy's as they had offered to make things right . Today we had a Chicken ranch ghost pepper sandwich and we had the the baconator fries this time the fries were perfect. The sandwich was put together so nicely and flavor was good. The spanish manager lady should be fired, I was a regular at this wendys for the past year ordering the same thing every time and ive never had an issue, but this time when i decide to go i ordered my usual 4 for 4 than recieved only a cheeseburger than when i asked where my 4 for 4 was she told me that wasnt what i ordered than when i clarified that is what i ordered i order the same thing every time she said "thats not what you said" and at that point i just left and i will never be returning until she is gone. read more

Friendly service and as always the food is freshly cooked &hot. This location has a new soda dispenser that allows a lot more flavors than usual. It also allows for quicker refills on drinks. A little bit of difficulty turning left onto Tilton Rd requires extra time. Highly recommend this location. read more

This place has no idea how to make a chicken sandwich. A week ago we bought a chicken sandwich meals, when we got it they left out the lettuce and tomatoes and added some weird sauce on the sandwich. We called them and manager said, we'll replace the meal. We didn't go back same day, but, we called a week later and explain that they never put the lettuce and tomatoes on our sandwich. Manager looked up our name and confirm they owed us two meals. We pick up meals and they did the same thing they did the last time, smh!!! No lettuce or tomatoes, and fries soggy once again. This place will not last very long serving food like this, I cannot wrap my head around how they can't make a sandwich that requires 3 things on it. How dumb or lazy can these employees get, really. read more

Average Wendy's experience. The staff is generally pretty nice and I'd say orders are correct about 90 percent of the time.

So let me start off by saying. I really enjoy a nice chocolate frosty after a long day at work before I head home. It's the little bit of enjoyment I get out of my day between work and heading home to my adulterous whore of a wife. So, Wendy's. 5 out of 5 stars. But...here's the catch. I'm giving three stars because as much as I really get my load off to a good ole frosty, the son of a bitch my wife cheated on me with, just so happens to be the manager of this particular Wendy's. I highly recommend Wendy's, but make sure you watch out for that snake manager. Before you know it he will be 6 inches deep in your wife and you'll be left sitting alone in your car in the Wendy's parking lot eating your frosty crying and using the tears as lube to beat off, meanwhile the manager will be plowing your wife in the back of the kitchen while he spits in your order and laughs. read more
