The carne asada salad was good but it was supposed to come with chimichurri which it didn't :( they sent ranch which was disappointing. The pupusa bombs were supposed to be only cheese but they had some type of meat inside. They were really good! It was supposed to be for myself and a child but they only like cheese and since we received the wrong one they didn't get to enjoy it. Overall I would consider ordering here again if I'm in the area.

I wasn't angry -- I just wanted a resolution. The manager explained that the cheese was located near other items, which honestly made the situation worse. The prep area should have been set up properly, especially considering how common dairy allergies and intolerances are. After he explained the prep area situation, he offered a remake or a refund. I opted for the refund and let him know I was right next door and would be over shortly. When I arrived, I stood at the register without being greeted, so I shifted where I was standing to be more visible. I still had to wait another minute or two after being seen. While that's not a long wait, it felt frustrating in the moment -- I was already upset about the food and the conversation, which seemed to focus more on justifying mistakes than resolving them. The manager processed the refund quickly, but then walked away without saying anything. I ended up tearing off my own refund receipt from the register. He returned shortly after with a coupon, which I appreciated -- but it would've been nice to know where he was going instead of being left standing there.
