I came in around 6:00 on a Tuesday in July. There were a fair amount of people for the dinner crowd. There was a guy, I assume was the manager, was a really good leader. This gentleman took control of the floor. He was really positive with the staff and fun towards the customers. He was flipping cups, singing, and bringing a ton of positive energy. My daughter and I split the Caniac, which was decent for two people. Six decent sized chicken strips, fries, bread, two cane sauces, and a large drink. Everything came out tasting real good.

How is that possible?!). And service is SLOW. They are friendly enough, but it takes forever to get your order, and what you order doesn't seem to make a difference in the speed. They staff often doesn't know about the advertised specials or claims that they aren't offered anymore (despite them being on the menu board or on signs placed in the windows). They could also use a thorough cleaning of the entire place, including the parking lot. The restaurant inside? A mess. The bathroom is horrid. The floors throughout the dining room are horrendous, dirty & look like they haven't been mopped in years!!! When it comes to the food aspect of this place the food is not really up to par with how a regular Popeyes is. Chicken is very bland, undercooked. Seafood is undercooked also. The drinks? HA forget about it. Your getting syrup with no carbonated water so at that point your just drinking corn syrup, red 40 & whatever other ingredients are in a soda base. It's disgustingly a bad place to eat at.

In fact this is the first time I have sat down in a fast food place and ate. Usually it's just when I'm running late on my way to work and I need something quick to eat. Anyway, on with it. I was just getting over a sickness and got my appetite back and with it, I had a craving. A craving for onion rings. Not just any onion rings, but ones from Burger King. Unfortunately there aren't very many left in the city, and you have to drive to find one. This one is one of the nicer ones. Big and spacious on the inside complete with an indoor play area. And amazingly this location is spotless. Clean from top to bottom. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food...average at best. But what can you say about fast food. I was able to satisfy my craving, that's what counts. The most interesting thing about the place is the fancy soda machine. All touchscreen with everything in it from sparkling water to Powerade. With a tap of the screen you can add a flavoring. All in all, I was happy I stopped here. Will I come back? Eventually, but it's not going to be a daily thing.

We ordered food to be delivered Through Door Dash. When it arrived, there was no tag on the bag and the bag was sealed when it arrived. I provide this information because of the two value meals we ordered, one was missing the burger! Plus the food was ice cold. The second burger, a whopper, tasted terrible according to my husband. We called Burger King. I asked for a manager. I explained the problem with the missing burger. She offered to add me to her book so that I would get the free burger the next time I came into the store. She further suggested the problem was likely the driver's fault because her "bosses were expediting orders." I find this preposterous and I believe that she was just trying to use Door Dash as a scapegoat. So, based on this experience, I believe that Burger King has not improved in any way. The food has not gotten better nor has the service. If I could have given this Burger King less than a 1 star, I certainly would have.

Overall, though, it would have a much better rating if there were more consistency in the level and efficiency and quality of food. I've gone and had speedy service and completely correct orders and I've gone and waited 25 minutes and had wrong ingredients. They have a variety of cheesesteak options, wings and milkshakes. I like that they have both beef and chicken options for the sandwiches. When they are made well, they are packed with flavor and somehow despite all the ingredients the bread stays firm. But there are times you order and get a sloppy mess with missing ingredients. Overall, the food is tasty and I like that they have long hours on the weekend. I just wish they were more consistent in their quality and service.
