I could go into a long diatribe and write paragraph after paragraph about the ways our family was mistreated by the employees of this location, particularly Marquetta, the "district manager", Judith Hernandez, who actually works for the franchise owner, Hoover Foods, NOT Wendy's, and Wendy's corporate, who brushed us off like crumbs on a table. However, I'm not going to waste my time. We live in a "video or it didn't happen" society now. My husband was too busy trying to get our adult, autistic son out of the situation, it never occurred to him to record Marquetta telling them to "just taste their fucking drinks and fucking drink them" when he asked which one was Coke and which was Coke Zero. He didn't think to get Marquetta on video making two new drinks and saying, "Here's your fucking Coke, and here's your fucking Coke Zero. Happy?", while slamming them down. He did get the employee that was with her on video saying, "Marquetta didn't cuss you out because of a personal thing. She was in a bad mood." District Manager Judith Hernandez of Hoover Foods (not Wendy's, remember that) promised me a "full investigation into the matter" and offered me a $25 gift card. I turned it down. The Windy's is at 6130 Jimmy Carter Boulevard is the best I've experienced so far. And I've been going to Wendy's for many years. Who I believe is the manager was very friendly and service oriented. He made sure that everyone in the restaurant was taken care of quickly and with great attention to details. He even invited me to change the channel on the tv. Since I got beef instead of chicken at another Wendy's location https://www.yelp.com/biz/wendys-marietta-16 I decided to go to this one. I don't know how true it is but I've heard that Wendy's is the first fast food chain to start the spicy chicken sandwich. They were also promoting their spicy chicken nuggets since it's limited. I got a 4 piece spicy chicken nugget too along with the bacon jalapeno sandwich. Disappointed that the nuggets were barely lukewarm so it didn't taste good, no spicy taste to me. The sandwich is not bad but not the best. There is so much sauce that it disguises the actual taste of the chicken. No more Wendy's. I have to say... I am pretty impressed with the customer service at this Wendy's. I am a frequent customer there because my job is not far from there and it is always freezing cold in the lobby. I'm always greeted with a smiling, friendly face so that's a good thing. But today I couldn't believe what happened, so I had to leave a review of my experience. Today there was a thunderstorm and since I'm not driving, my parents picked me up from work and I suggested we stop at Wendy's for a quick bite. We went through the drive-thru and I only asked for a 6-piece order of chicken nuggets while my dad ordered a meal. We got the food and my nuggets weren't in the bag. I was a little frustrated because of the weather. You have to understand there was a lot of thunder, lightening and rain, but I was NOT LEAVING WITHOUT MY NUGGETS! When I explained what happened, the lady behind the counter (who I assumed was a manager) instructed another lady to give me a 10-piece, when I only asked for 6!! The other lady told me it would be a couple minutes for fresh nuggets. I told her I had to run back out to the car and I would be back. I sat back in the back seat of my parents car to wait and before I knew it, she came out IN THE RAIN to look for me and DELIVERED my nuggets!!! THAT WAS SO AWESOME!!! I can't really offer an opinion on the food here - because you can't actually get food here. My office is about a quarter of a mile from this Wendy's, and it would be very convenient to get breakfast or lunch here. But, I've never successfully been able to place an order. The drive through is always ALWAYS backed up, and it NEVER moves. This has got to be the slowest Wendy's in the entire franchise. I tried again this morning, and I sat behind a line of cars for 15 minutes without moving before I just decided to drive off. I went up the street to Dunkin Donuts. I didn't want Dunkin Donuts, but I ended up with Dunkin Donuts because they seem to be the only place around here that can get their head out of their ass and provide some customer service. Went inside at 9:52 pm on 11/16/18 and ordered a large choc frosty after sitting in drive through for 4min without moving. Young guy took my debt card and went around the corner for approx 2 min. Came back with card and receipt and then went and fixed my frosty. I called the place and spoke with the manager Maria. I asked why the guy wouldn't ring me up at the register right in front of me and she had no idea. I voiced my concern about my card info and she said" You dont have to worry because our system doesn't keep the info" I told her maybe not but someones cell can take a picture of the card and then use it online. This is probably the worst Wendy's in Atlanta. The service is slow and they get your order wrong about 90% of the time. I have a short time for lunch and it's like 5 minutes from my job. I always end up spending the entire lunch break in line and end up with the wrong order. My co-workers all have had similar experiences. We actually talked about how bad the Wendy's is on Jimmy Carter. Today I didn't even get a receipt to complain about the horrible experience. They're in great need of new management. read more

When we first walked in, the smell hit us. I'm not sure how to describe it. Dirty mop water maybe. They seemed understaffed so we had to wait to order. The cashier was coughing into her hands and arm and then gathering the food. I got chicken nuggets and they were out of sweet and sour dipping sauce. They have the cool new drink dispenser, however it was out of flavored water and powerade. My husband and I both got chili as our side but it was warm at best and mine wasn't filled up all the way. The worst staff, they are so rude and ghetto. Stale food. No wonder Wendy's is failing despite their remodeling and marketing changes. They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich with a tomato the size of a nickel. When giving them a polite recommendation on selling a sandwich that has a tomato either the size or number that a sandwich is expected to have, the manager tells me her district manager has trained her and all employees that they can only put one, regardless of size. Took over 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a #1 meal and a Caesar salad. The salad had no croutons and NO DRESSING!!!! Who wants a dry Caesar salad- which was just plain lettuce with a dry chicken patty thrown on top and 5 cherry tomatoes. YUCK. 6130 jimmy carter blvd norcross ga 30092.........I went to this Wendy's on 10-4-14 and ordered a number 6 spicy chicken combo. I began having light stomach pains that evening. On Sunday the pains were painful I had bad and painful gas and diarrhea. I wasn't able to eat anything else this was the last thing I ate. Monday morning I went to the Doctor because the pains was unbearable at this point. They gave me IV fluids and pain meds. The next BM was bloody they did lab test on me and prescribed me some antibiotics. I missed a week of work. Today 10-14-14 my lab results came back positve for E. Coli 0157. This bacteria E.Coli is from poop. So I don't know if a worker pooed and didn't was their hands or if the produce was sent to them with this bacteria already on it. This was the worst experience of my life. Don't eat fast food period. read more
