The entire experience had me wishing we had a location in York Region. Burgers were amazing! Fries and poutine were the chefs kiss to the meal. I wish I had taken a pic of my hubby's burger because it was a tower of burger heaven! Pictured here are my kids burgers. If you're looking for the ultimate burger, chicken sandwich & more - you gotta eat here! ;) They have 2 additional locations in Hamilton Their menu is incredible with so many choices and options, including the BYOB - build your own burger. Giving you the ultimate burger experience. Only regret was not saving any room for dessert. This will def be our detour again on our next trip trip to The Falls. Or my next burger craving!

The burgers were super filling and juicy, and the fries were huge we couldn't even finish them. The staff were really kind and gave us lots of great recommendations. The inside is a bit dark, but there's plenty of seating, including spots around the bar. Definitely worth checking out if you're a burger fan, and I'm already eyeing their milkshakes for next time.

Massive menu of burgers, spanning a range of style from thick to smash, flames to griddle, and even typed of meat or non-meat. Quite frankly, if you can't find a burger that calls to you here, you must be very difficult to please. It was a Sunday, and the general area was thumping, this place was about half full and the vibe was relaxed. They're not on the absolutely main drag of Clifton Hill, and honestly, I would hope that benefits them both in price of rent and who might find it easy to wander in. There is paid parking nearby, cheaper than most because to get down to the falls is a bit of a hike. The hike back will be pretty far uphill, but we made it no problem. I love that the sodas come in a giant measuring cup, not much need for a refill, but they do give them complimentary if you ask for one. We started with standard poutine as an appetizer, it was really tasty. Nice flavor on the gravy, and a large amount of cheese curds. Instead of getting more fries as a side, went for a caesar salad. Was surprised to see bacon on it, but I definitely didn't hate that. It was quite good. I got a double smash burger with a nice thick onion ring on it and their version of burger sauce, as well as a spice relish to kick things up a notch. First thing, my patties were smashed very nicely, and there was a clear crispy crust on them. Bravo, I was pretty impressed, and the flavor was robust. I loved the spicy relish, and the bun also complemented the meat well. It was a big burger, and I was thoroughly satisfied. The service, maybe could have been slightly more attentive, but really just took awhile to take our order. Once it was taken, we had no complaints. Very friendly, everything was accurate, and like I said... big drink cups means not a ton of need for refills. I would come back here again on a future visit to the falls.

The food was more of a 3.5, but I think it was truthfully just what I ordered. For me, the roll was just too greasy to begin and then when they add the Italian dressing it ended up being difficult for me to eat. That being said, it's a given that it would be a heavier dish, but I didn't expect it to be quite so heavy. I stole some fries from my dining partner, and they were yummy. And if you couldn't tell, the pretzel was great (I took a bite before I took a picture. Whoops.) I do believe if I ordered something different (and the menu is quite extensive) I would likely have a better experience with the food, so I'd definitely come back. There were a few times it was difficult to get the attention of our waitress, but it was very busy on the day we were there. All in all not a bad experience, but not a stand out either.

We both grabbed flights, and while everything was solid, there were four beers that totally stood out: * Horchata Wit - creamy, spiced, super smooth * London Fog - light, unique, full of flavour * Cantarito Sour Ale - bright, citrusy, refreshing * Smoke'd Scottish Ale - the most unique beer we've tried in a long time It's rare for a brewery to hit this many home runs in one visit. For our appetizer, we got the Baked Brie-zza, and wow... dangerous. The dough (pretty sure it's house-made) is incredible, and the Brie adds so much creaminess while the fig compote and hot honey round it all out. Just so flavourful and sooo tasty. For mains: * I ordered the Baked Chicken Parm Ziti -- nice and cheesy, chicken cooked well. Noodles were slightly overcooked but I still enjoyed it. * My wife had the Smoked Tuna Tacos, loved them, and powered through the serious spice level Our friends enjoyed their meals and drinks too. And we're 100% coming back. The menu was super appealing and the pizza looked unbelievable -- easily something we need to try next time along with a few other dishes we had our eyes on. Overall? A fantastic experience. Great food, great beer, and easily some of the most memorable flavours we've had in a long time. Interior is decorated nice too, really cool and clean vibes! (A particularly fond memory is sitting in the car with my brother after we had ordered through the car hop service at the former Granville House, listening to Dr. Bundolo's Pandemonium Medicine Show on CBC, and seeing the tray swaying up and down because we were laughing so hard the car was shaking.) That is, until I moved to Ontario, because White Spot is a B.C.-only kind of place. Since then, they have spun out Triple O's. You can find them in Alberta, Ontario, and even Hong Kong. Triple O's is a kind of mini-White Spot, but it's actually sort of the "best of" from the White Spot I remember: burgers, fish and chips, and shakes (minus the "Chicken Pick'ns", which, sadly, have also disappeared from White Spot's menu). White Spot still offers those dishes, plus a bunch of more upscale fare, and dining at White Spot is no longer affordable. Now, it's the kind of place you go for special occasions (unless money is no object). And, sadly, Triple O's is also at the top end of pricing for fast food joints. But still, for this homesick B.C. boy, chowing down on a Legendary burger took me back. It's still as good as I remember. But, to be fair to those who didn't grow up with White Spot, it may just come across as good, but overpriced.

We had to wait a long time because there is only one cook and she also takes orders, while the other staff is in training. After we ordered, many other customers came in so she had to take their ordrrs furst before cooking. We ordered at 13:26 and received our order at 13:52. I received my milkshake very late at 14:07. At 14:00, 2 sets of customers were complaining that it was taking over 20 mins for their order, so they want a refund. One customer got their fries but not their burgers. It took them 10 mins to get a refund because she had to call the owner. They told new customers they are no longer taking new orders. Other locations only take 10-15 mins for an order. We ordered the following: 1. Grilled Chicken Fillet ($9.99). 2. Cheeseburger ($9.99). 3. Oreo Milkshake ($6.99). You can choose from a large set of toppings. The chicken fillet was a large size, well worth the price. The chicken was juicy. The burger size was as expected. The outside of the burger was black. I found out it is a smash burger and supposed to be blackened on the outside. It tasted good. The milkshake was good, but I wish it had arrived with the meal rather than 15 mins later. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There is one gender-neutral washroom, which is also wheelchair accessible. There is free parking in the mall's parking lot. There is one high chair for little children. Review 2023-347
