I was really happy when I read they had homemade potato chips and they were actually really good! You can get a few flavors but I just stuck with the original... super crunchy and delicious!! The coolest part about their menu is that yes, they have some speciality burgers... but you can basically build your own, too. And the menu walks you through basically every step and ingredient into constructing your own personal burger. The burgers were all seasoned well and cooked just the way we asked for them. They were really good and the portion size was great! I just really enjoy the burgers & potato chips here. They also serve Cheesecake Factory cheesecake which is an added bonus. A few other ~minor~ dislikes: the use of single use cups & straws. That's a lot of cups that end up tossed daily and I really feel like they only need to be used if someone gets a to go order or asks for a to go drink. Every chair I tried in the joint wasn't leveled correctly or something. The chairs were wobbly. The table was also wobbly. There's a random round table stuck back in the corner and I feel like it just seemed out of place. All together I think this place is really good.
