I don't understand how Wendy's used to have very swift service this location they don't give you an option to see if you want to wait additional time for your food. They take your payment and then tell you to pull over for just a minute. There are so many cars pulled over here for just a minute. Listen, I don't expect a lot from Wendy's restaurants, just because I am not huge on fast food BUT, I still eat fast food every so often soooo let's dive right in! Verbal communication between employees and guests is almost none. However, they all were very attentive and I was able to get everything I needed and wanted, with zero issues AND in a very quickly manner. The lobby looked like they just got ran through by a dinner rush so I gave a little grace because, they definitely were attentive to me and were able to get everything I asked for (I watched a few customers get helped quickly also) with zero issues. They only received four stars because they were definitely out of things that I could see causing issues with guests. Went there and the lady was so scared of the dog in the car even though the window was rolled up that she didn't give me a receipt and they left out an entire meal that I had ordered it wasn't in the bag and the dr pepper tasted like mop water plus they don't answer their phones I don't live in town so I couldn't go back and they won't answer and I have no receipt. Jakala also does not believe in turning off her mike before telling her coworkers that customers are all "M-Fers" That comment could be heard by customers over the speaker on the drive thru. I had a quick lunch here, ordering spicy chicken sandwich and chili. Both were served hot and fresh and order was ready fairly quick considering lunch crowd. A point deduction was applied as they were out of iced tea. Dining area was clean with all empty tables cleaned. We stopped here while traveling. Our order was correct, although I find it ridiculous that you have to ask for ketchup at a place that serves burgers and fries. It was prepared fairly quickly. My burger had enough ketchup and mayo on it that it dripped off when I took a bite. But it was an okay fast food experience, good enough for a quick bite while on the road. The biggest concern is how they handled social distancing. Rather than just taping off tables so that customers could only sit at a select few, they actually removed seating from wooden frames and left the frames in place with rough edges exposed. The fixtures that had been removed were piled haphazardly in a corner like so much rubble, and it was very off-putting. That gave the impression that they really aren't interested in having customers dine in. If that's how they feel, they should go to drive-through service only. read more

So we showed up for breakfast. My daughter and I had been talking for months about honey butter biscuits, and how Wendy's has the best, hands down, over all the other fast food joints. We'd just travelled cross-country and have tried them ALL. Wendy's the best! So we show up for breakfast. We'd just loaded up nest door at French Market Express and my Dad pipes up that he thought he was going to get a Wendy's biscuit. So it finally sinks into his brain about Wendy's. What can I say?? It's your typical fast food that is salty with no added value! We stopped here on our way to New Orleans, and the food was very disappointing.. I got the spicy chicken sandwich, which was meh! The chicken breast didn't have that premium taste and thickness that I was expecting.. The breast, was very thin.. This is my first review. Dude.... this Wendy's is superior! From the friendly greeting to the amazing food. I quit going to the Wendy's by my house and just happened to stop at this one on my way to see family. Ordered the #10 Chicken BBQ and a dbl stack with no mustard add mayo and I gotta say I was taken back to the time my dad bought me my first Wendy's burger with mayo when I was a kid. Absolutely the worst dining experience of my life! I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes waiting to place my order until I was finally acknowledged. The attendant could not take the order correctly on the first, second or third attempt. Then we had to ask for our drink cups, a fork, napkins, and straws. Then came the process of me asking for salsa. The first attempt was ranch followed by bbq sauce and sriracha sauce. Finally I just said the hell with it. I am from New Orleans but I live in Dallas Texas. I used to stop at this location because it a half way pony for me when I make the drive. I currently have 15-month-old twin boys and o stopped at this location when I drove back to Dallas over the Christmas break. I was so frustrated that I went into the restaurant and had NO changing table. I told the staff members but they didn't have much concerned about it. This past week i put Wendy's in my GPS and it brought me to the same location. If I would've realize it as the Wendy's without changing tables I would've never shopped here. I drove 10 Hours by myself. I Got my twin boys out of the car put them in a stroller brought them in to the restaurant got them into the bathroom to change poopy diapers and no changing tables. I literally had to put napkins on the floor get on my knees and change my babies diapers on the ground. I was so upset I called my mom and she called Windies corporate office. They said they would get this problem taken care of and we're very willing to help. The owner of the Wendy's location actually called my mom back about an hour or so later and told her that he will never have changing tables in any of his locations. He said he thinks it is unsanitary. I was furious. It is unsanitary to have changing tables in restrooms but it is OK for people to number one and number two in the toilets. The owner of this location is a complete asshole and needs to realize they should have changing tables in men and women's restrooms. He suggested to my mom that women need to change their babies in the backseat of their cars when traveling. I will never stop at this location again or even walk into another Wendy's. read more

We stopped in today around 2:30 pm. Two people in line and two cars in the drivethru. The first person in line was missing part of her order and was waiting on fries. There were several crew members walking around including someone that appeared to be a manager. They finally waited on the man in front of us and then the person who helped him walked away. Two other people approached the register, never spoke to us and didn't make eye contact. After waiting a little longer we left. No clue about their food but their service was awful today. read more

Can't rate the food because we could not get waited on. Too many people employed there with no one working!!!!!! Also, taking money from customers and putting it in their pocket! Two registers working while in line, one employee turns her back and the other employee on the register shuts it down to change shifts. Then the new cashier could not get logged into the register to operate. She told us the other employee/register could wait on us. The other employee/register is the one who turned her back on us, but could wait on and check out a previous customer who came back up to the counter to purchase a Frosty. The time frame was fifteen wasted minutes in this poorly managed establishment. Attempt to purchase food was at 2:00 pm, with departure time at 2:15 pm on October 31, 2014. Will not attempt to stand in line at any Wendy's again. P.S. The food next door at Popeye's was awesome and excellent customer service. read more
