My son absolutely loves McDonald's. So needless to say we follow those Golden Arches everywhere we go. Today was no different. I decided to visit the lobby instead of my normal swing through the drive thru. The lobby area was clean and free from debris. I was greeted quickly. She was very patient while a decision was made on what to indulge on. After receiving the food we noticed that the majority of the order was prepared incorrectly and honestly thrown together. I made the manager aware of the hiccups. Surprisingly I received a negative response. I was told if the food was remade it would come out the same way. I still insisted it be remade. The food was remade and was in fact still made incorrectly along with missing items. Instead of asking for another remake I decided to leave. Fortunately we have had a tons of great experiences with this chain. We won't let this one quick stop ruin our love for Mickey D's! read more

CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!!! We ordered a #7 and #3 combo at the drive thru. We were asked to pull to the side to wait for our order. When it was delivered there, fries where in the bag, no cheeseburgers. Very rude employees!!! They said masks were required and when I walked away they were laughing and saying ha!!! Like laughing because they sent me out but my daughter was there and handed me an extra mask she had. When I showed back up at counter to order large Dr Pepper that was 1.10 I placed the money on counter under plexiglass and the cashier said I had to put it in her hand. When I told her they were worried about mask that I didn't want to touch her hand to be safe. Went through drive through no one in line 4:00 in afternoon on November 17 Thursday. I waited for about 5 minutes said hello finally i drove to the cashier window no one there finally i went to the next windows there were 4 or 5 people talking no customers and the lady that was supposed to be at her cashier station was not there she was instead trying to tell me to go around again she was very rude kept giving me hand gestures. Literally the worst drive they experience I've ever had at any establishment. Not only was the service slow and rude it was just not even service at all really. Let me explain; we were in the drive thru and told them it would be two separate orders, the worker said no it all has to be one order. Fine, we do one order, they kept putting in the wrong number of what we ordered repeatedly, and would rudely respond something along the lines of "it's how the buttons are, I'm still putting it in, etc" Ok fine. We got a quarter pounder meal with a water and specified we wanted a cup of water and not a bottle, since the bottles cost more. "No we can't do that we only have bottled water." Pretty ridiculous at this point but fine, fine just let's get through this yeah? Order a smoothie, "smoothie machine is broken" ok ok just fine lets go man. Finally get to the payment window, give them a card, this card can be squirrelly at times with the chip reader but if you swipe it it works. Watched the workers struggle for three-ish minutes to do it, they ask if we have another form of payment, we ask if they tried swiping it, they say yes, don't recall seeing them try but again at this point we're just trying to get through this so Fine Man. Repeat the wrong order to us, we say no that's not ours. They give us the wrong bag, shut the window and our driver is just holding the bag out to the window still, repeating "ma'am?maam?maam,ma'am..." utterly helpless. They finally notice and take it back, ask our order again and then tell us to pull forward and they'll bring it out. They bring the drinks. Wait for a while. They bring parts of our order, forgetting most of it. We say they forgot the fries and other such items. It's very apparent at this point that none of the workers have even been looking at the order log on the screens or receipts or anything. "Ok I'll go get the fries" We wait again for another few minutes. The worker casually walks out the door, order in hand and their phone in the other and they're looking at their phone! They stroll up to the car and hold our bag out, not even looking up from their phone. We finally just get out of there, they forgot a whole order of fries but whatever man. By the time we leave we see it's been AN HOUR at this McDonald's! We lost a whole actual hour of time at a shitty McDonald's good lord. So incredibly frustrating when 3 car loads of people pull up to eat and go up to the door and one of the workers inside sees you coming and they run to the door to lock it! The sign says they are open until 11:00 pm and it is 10:02 pm. The lights are all on! Cars keep pulling into the parking lot and people continue to get out and try the doors only to find them locked! So, how many people are you going to turn away? What time do you really close? We went next door to eat! When we left there at 11:00 pm, the lights at McDonalds, we still on. But they were closed! Can't comment on the food because we never got the chance to order. As we walked up to the door, someone inside ran and locked the entry doors. The signs posted on the doors stated the dining room was open until 11pm. We arrived at 10:02 pm and were told through the locked door that they closed at 10. If your posted closing time is 11, you should stay open until that time. I'm guessing the employees wanted to clean up early so they could get out the door and go home early. read more

Dont eat here if you have sense. If you are rude or dont know your order or order quick enough the male manager will spit on your food, make it wrong ' or not make it at all. When they tell you the system is down they are usually lying and dont want to fix the order. They was the dishes in the same water all day and soap is not separate by its self but actually have to run regular water just to get a little soap. No hair nets. A male manager has open cuts on his head , where you can see fresh blood . seriously look closely next time you come. Another managers shuts down the drive thru to talk to her bf , while the GM flirts and talks about her childhood fascination with cartoons. State expections is the only day you should come.
