Well. I don't know what has happened to Wendy's. The have "fresh " on their walls however their food doesn't seem to meet that advertised food. My hamburger was over cooked and had been sitting someplace waiting for me to order the double hamburger with cheese. My partner ordered a baked potato and we had to take it back because it was unbearable to eat. It was old and had been sitting around for so long. Salad was fresh and the service was outstanding and friendly. I just don't know what has happened to Wendy fresh hot and juicy sandwich. They have sold out. read more

Ok..first of all I do like wendys in napa..but since the remodel.. yes..they are busy..but they are not paying attention to the garbage cans..garbage on the floor. Rude employees who just don't care or pay attention. Last time I ordered a plain sandwich and it came with all the toppings, the time before that we didn't receive an item and waited at the window until an employee opened it and rudely asked what we were waiting for, and before that we tried to ask for ketchup but they were in such a hurry we never got a chance to ask, they just shove things out the window while looking another direction and not listening. read more

I hadn't been to Wendy's in years, maybe ten, and given the negative reviews the Napa location has received, I wasn't feeling compelled to visit prior to my impromptu lunch today. It was a stormy day in Napa, kind of unusual, the rain was really coming down in buckets! After a quick trip to the Lucky's grocery store in the adjacent parking lot, I wasn't feeling overly excited to get out of the car again for a quick lunch anywhere. I was already adequately drenched. I pulled up to the drive through, two cars were ahead of me. They moved quickly and my order was taken without any difficulty. I pulled up to the window and my order was handed to me. The staff was efficient and friendly. Upon arriving at home and checking my order I discovered it to be complete, hot and fresh. read more

This review isn't just for the local Wendy's. The chain should be ashamed of themselves. Horrible food, prices are way above standard for this kind of crap. I recently ordered at the drive through window. I hadn't been here in years although I used to visit until it became obvious nothing good would ever come out of that window. So after watching one ad after another about the nachos and how once you had them you would thank Wendy's. Not one more time in my life will I ever fall for such crap. Late lunch, so it was about time to grab something within my area. I can say it was a great decision to come in and grab a bite at this Wendy's location. Now I've been to many Wendy's before, this one however stands out a bit more than your average Wendy's. It's newly remodeled, (from the looks of things) great decor and even has those new fancy soda machines (Coca-Cola Fountain) that allow you to make your own drink flavor. So I ordered and was helped by a friendly cashier, she was nice and placed my order correctly without asking the same questions over and over. I then began to grab my condiments and my food was already ready just as I had found a seat, AWESOME! Very fast. I then received my food, it was not only accurate but the food was fresh and tasty! Definitely an awesome meal. Worth the wait. I'll definitely be here many more times. Good job Wendy's on delivering a great meal and pleasant experience dining in. Now if only all fast food locations can be this way... Maybe one day. read more

We had a long hot day at the beach. We were with a large group. Everyone wanted a frosty. (And burgers). I scouted the location and business hours. We were arriving after 9pm and wanted to be sure. When we pulled up the restaurant was empty with one visible employee working/cleaning. Our immediate concern was that they were closed. Our entire "gang" walked in and we were immediately greeted with a huge smile and a warm welcome. The young lady said.." you're here to keep me company!" She was friendly and patient while we all tiredly placed our orders. Needless to say it was a perfect ending to our evening. read more

I pulled in line at approximately 7:30pm, 21 minutes later I arrived at the window! It;s not as if there were lots of people or cars, waiting in line!!! My order was very simple, A LARGE chili and an order of the "Ghost Fries" which they are promoting, and an Jr. Cheeseburger! Not A complicated order, When I finally arrived at the window their were 3 males at the window and joking about and arguing about soccer. The one closest to me read back the order and said a SMALL chili and a ghost fries and a jr. burger? I said NO, A large chili hot sauce and a Jr. Cheeseburger!!! He supposedly looked and checked the order and said, "yeah, it's right! I said really, I hope so or I will be back! I got home and it wasn't A correct order! So Disappointing! Obviously corporate doesn't "Give A shit " if the the orders are right or not by researching this site!!! It's what's wrong with corporate America today and sadly their is NO one who cares!! Or is it just the NAPA Wendy's store that has such A BAD management that nobody gives A DAMN! It would be nice to hear from someone from this corporate monster but I am not holding my breath? There's not much I can add that hasn't already been said by the number of others who have given this location a poor review but I'll give it a try. I went to this location a few weeks ago. After receiving my order I drove off and headed home. About half way home (home is about a 15 minute drive from this restaurant) I realized I was missing my french fries. I wasn't happy but it wasn't worth driving back for. When I got home I opened what was supposed to be a chicken sandwich only to find out it was a bacon cheeseburger. I had received the wrong order. Still, I'm not happy but it was a mistake. It happens. We've all been there. No problem, I'll email Wendy's and they should make it right. I send them an email letting them know what happened. I received a response the next day from someone asking me which location I was at. I let them know it was this Napa location. I wait for a few days and I still hadn't heard anything so I sent the same person another email letting them know I had not yet received a response. Still nothing. I even sent a message through social media. Still no response. I've given up at this point. It was a mistake and I gave them a fair shot to fix it. They failed. The place is a little rough around the edges, they sometimes get my orders a little off but they usually will fix it with no complaint. Love the service, The employees are very compassionate one of them noticed I kept coming around every week lonely and talked to me for a while. Just ordered a chicken apple pecan salad with feta cheese. What I got:iceberg lettuce, dried cranberries, and 3 apple slices. Where's the cheese, chicken and pecans?!! I have never had an issue here food has always been good and fresh. The customer service is lacking and they can be slow seems they always have new workers. This restaurant's food and prices used to keep me coming back for more. SO DELICIOUS. Lately, like quite a few fast food places, I don't know what's going on with them but they don't seem to care anymore about their customers. I stop into this Wendy's almost every week at lunchtime. I am always able to find a place to sit even when it is very busy. My order is correct every time, cooked fresh and hot as well. Since the remodel last year the restaurant feels much brighter, cleaner and modern. The restrooms are clean, stocked and a decent size with a spa-like decor. I feel this Wendy's consistently gives me a tasty lunch at a good value. read more

I try not to buy fast food too often, and when I do I'm usually disappointed; my food is either cold, incorrectly prepared (I'm picky!), or they forget something. They use to have a value menu. Now they've demoted that, think its $1.69 for a Jr. cheeseburger with bacon. This is the worse burger ever. It is on a DRY bun with a patty with a tiny bit of cheese and ketchup! Eww! Compared to Sonics, this is sad. Sonic, has mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and onion. It is moist and delicious, even the Habit has grilled onions, lettuce, mayo and tomato. Even Burger King has a normal loaded Whopper with the mayo, lettuce and tomato. Yesterday I came to this so called eating establishment, I came in went to the bathroom that needed to be maintained completely. I went over to the counter where I ordered two 6 o'clock SPICY Chicken Nuggets, an small order of fries and a medium strawberry lemonade. They asked me my name and I said Ruby, I even spelled it out for my host: Almah. R U B Y, I said and she spelled it RUBI. Then the called my name when my food was ready and I went to grab it I walked out halfway to my car not yet to realize my drink wasn't with me. So I go back in and I get my drink (which she was still making) and walked out once again to my car. I get halfway home not only to realize the gave me regular chicken nuggets when I specifically ordered spicy. If it wasn't for there food being so good I would not keep going there.
