The good, the bad, and the Wendy's. When u go to a fast food, u expect the food to be nice and juicy especially for chicken strips. But, my strips were as dry as the Sarah desert and I had to drown it in honey mustard just to get it down my gullet. Nice service though. Would recommend if you're coming for the biggie bag(u bigge bag) please sponsor me Wendy's! #rizzler #nonsponsor #coolguy read more

Wendy's - Chimkon strops - Fast Food Near Me - Mountain Home, Idaho

Ordered at the drive through. Sat outside for twenty minutes. Went in to get a refund and they stated that they are going in line which they weren't, and I did not get my money. read more

We frequently stop here on our way up camping. The past 6 or so visits have had issues each time. One stop they had no mayonnaise, didn't tell us just didn't put it on the sandwich, when we asked for it specifically. Multiple times we've been missing food or the fries are hard as rocks. Today we did our normal stop and asked for bbq sauce and her response was "only ranch and ghost pepper", my husband trying to clarify asked you don't have bbq sauce? Her response was "I just said we only have ranch and ghost pepper" we backed up and left we won't go back. Managment probably needs a change or get rid of the employees who don't care. read more

With how many people that works there youd expect things to be made properly but they really arent. With how bad the food turns out to be you would think theyre serving their fries made last week. Not at all recommend. This place sucks. read more

what an all around disaster. skip this place and go to McDonald's next door. went yesterday for lunch. absolutely horrible service and place was not clean. got our simple two item order wrong. person in front of us had to bring her double cheeseburger back as it was not properly cooked. read more

We got trapped in their drive thru and it took over 40 minutes for them to take care of the 4 cars ahead of us, take our order and give us our order. Once we got our order it was missing some of our food, and it took another almost 5 minutes to get the rest of our order. read more

This place seriously needs improvement. Every time I order from there it's wrong or something is missing, or it's undercooked or overcooked. I swear to God they have literally children working there. Who am I kidding children can read and do orders better than the people who work there. And they want $15 an hour for this crap. I'll never go here again. Someone needs to go in there and wipe out the crew and hire new ones because this is ridiculous. As you can see here I have less than a handful of fries when it's supposed to be a medium. My chicken nuggets were spicy when I ordered regular, they were burned, they did not give me my pineapple lemonade, and I had a strawberry frosty instead of chocolate Frosty. Didn't think about getting other pictures because I threw it all away. At least I got all my money back! If I could give it no stars I would read more

Wendy's - french fries in a paper bag - Fast Food Near Me - Mountain Home, Idaho

We, in a bus of ten kids, pulled up in the parking out, really excited to eat. The Wendy's proceeded to turn out all the lights and put up a "Dining Room Closed" sign. This was pretty rude, there weren't THAT many of us. read more

Rude incompetent employees and wait time with no cars or inside customers was crazy long. By pass this crap hole at all costs !!!!!!!

Rude asf employee green and black very colorful hair was horrible. She slammed door closed after asking for straws and her coworker were laughing while she was being rude taking my card read more

The lady that was doing the online order had been very rude calling my name for my food and then said to go sit down cause it wasn't my food. Also the food was so tasteless there was no juiciness in the burger and I have always liked there frosty but this one was terrible do not recommend. read more

I stopped yesterday and ordered a baked potato and they were out of potatoes. How do you run out of potatoes in the middle of Idaho?

I eat at this Wendy's whenever I am passing through Mountain Home. Today's visit was excellent and I commend Joshua on his service and attitude. It was refreshing to go to a fast food place with good food and good service. read more

I've had orders messed up consistently which is no biggie. But today, good god, what an absolute clusterf@!$k. Employees running in and out trying to hand off orders in the parking lot. Young girl only working the register when its clear they are struggling to get food out. Took 20 minutes to get food out when there aren't even many customers, and still messing up the orders! Absolutely no sense of urgency. Giggling and directing there attention to music selection when there are clearly disgruntled customers waiting for their orders. Oh and I forgot to mention, this burger joint didn't have burgers lmao!! Sign posted saying they were only able to serve chicken. Oh well, I'm here so I just order some regular nuggets. Of course after the long wait, I get spicy nuggets. Hahahaha I sit down and look at the young family sitting across from and lo and behold what do I witness? But of course, it is the father who is in fact eating ..... a CHEESEBURGER! At this point I'm just laughing to myself at the pure absurdity of it all. I go up to the girl at the counter, " so you don't have any burgers?" She proceeds to look back at the grill that clearly has a burger on it. Then she looks at me and says, "no." Can't make this up ya'll. In all this chaos I'm wondering if there is a manager somewhere that's going to take charge of this Lord of the Flies like situation. I hope it wasn't the woman catching an attitude with the customers for asking if there were any burgers. I've never given a one-star review, but this one earned it. I will not be coming back, but thank you for this hilarious display of pure chaos. read more

Over all tasted well but all of the toppings slid to the back of my hot honey chicken sandwich. Staff was nice and food was served quickly.

takes to long to order food even to get our food. needs more people helping with the drive through.

We ordered three small chilis and they were filled 2/3 full. We also ordered two frosties which should have been free because we have the key chains but they charged us for them. The food was good but probably wouldn't go back because of the issue with our chilis. read more

I like this Wendy's. I gave up on them 10yrs ago and then moved to Mt Home Idaho and figured I'd try. I was impressed. Drive through was fast courteous and the food was at LEAST 10x than Big City Wendy's are. I now eat from there 1-2x a week. Good job "Mountain Homies!!" read more

We are big Wendy's fans & frequently visit. Today was pretty disappointing when we did a mobile order and four of the five meals were incorrect AND they tried to have us double pay. I hope it is only a training issue, but we will think twice before stopping at this Wendy's in the future. read more

This Wendy's is below average compared to other Wendy's that I have been to. The lady in front of us was treated very rudely. She didn't want to come in so she ordered online and had to come in because she was holding up the drive the when there was cars behind her. The self serve kiosks were very slow and they didn't work very good, and we had a lot of troubles. The food was mediocre at best. The bathrooms were very disgusting. read more

Had to grab a quick bite to eat. Andrew, I believe his name was, was very pleasant. The spicy chicken sandwich wad alright. It's hard to give fast food 5 stars. read more

Wonderful staff and place to eat. Food was hot and fresh! No outlets anywhere in dining room to charge anything.

Literally sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. Giving 2 stars bc they got my order right & the fries were fresh & hot. But 7:00 on a Saturday night doesn't seem like a reasonable time to be waiting upwards of 1/2 an hour. I stopped here in the middle of the 3 hour drive to my dads house that I frequently make, I won't stop here again. read more

The people that work up at the Wendy's in Mountain Home, Idaho have to be the friendliest that I've met. They are always upbeat and helpful! read more

For a Wendy's this place was clean, the food was good, and the service was excellent with the staff checking on us and making sure we were okay and even making sure that we knew we could get free refills of our soda. It is in a really convenient location for travelers, right next to the highway. I rate it 5 stars for a fast food place and I generally like Wendy's food. read more

We waited in line for 15 minutes in the drive through tonight and then decided to come in because they were busy. After standing in line for another 15 minutes, we heard the manager (assistant manager) tell the cashier to stop taking orders. He didn't say anything to the line of customers waiting to have their order taken. After another 5 minutes I asked what was going on. His barely polite response was that it was graduation tonight so they were very busy. Why not tell customers that as they come in, such as "Welcome to Wendy's! We are really backed up right now because it's graduation tonight but thanks for your patience." Terrible customer service and a lack of manners. I won't be going back and will let everyone i know, know about their "service." read more
