The second I walked into the store a woman named Tina was extremely disrespectful She told me I needed to speak up and be louder for her, when I told her what sandwiches I wanted, she told me to shush into only tell her that cheese is. And then after she put the cheese on the bread, she said OK now what kind of sandwiches can I make so perfect perfectly for you definitely being sarcastic and rude There was another gentleman named Josh working with her and she had three sandwiches in front of my two and he tried to help her finish them and she screamed across the entire restaurant getting everyone to look at her " do not touch my sandwiches thank you so much" the Josh gentlemen replied to her saying " I'm sorry I was just trying to help. She then responded and said well don't help and don't mess with my drive-through orders either I leaned up against the glass just slightly to see what all veggies I wanted and she said please step away from my Bar. Looking for a quick bite on the road home to Utah. This Subway hit the mark. The staff was super friendly and competent. Best of all, super clean and sandwiches toppings very fresh. It is obvious the staff and manager take pride in their little store. Happy to stop again if we are traveling this way! read more

Worst subway I have ever been to. After visiting subways all around the country, I can positively say that this is the worst because of its sloppy service and stale toppings. It makes me sad to say this because I am a huge fan of subway but I would definitely not recommend dining at the establishment. read more

I went to the drive through at this subway today, but when I approached the drive through speaker I was told they "weren't taking any more drive through customers but I could come inside to order my sandwich". They didn't give an explanation as to why they couldn't take my business through the drive up window and there was only one other car in line, who they were apparently allowing to order through the drive through. This was at 6pm, they weren't about to close. I don't understand how they were able to make my order if I came inside, but not through the fully functioning drive up window. I happily took my business elsewhere. read more

This was the worst subway I think I've been to. We were on our way from Oregon to Utah and thought we would stop and grab a quick sandwich. The high school-er taking our order didn't sound too thrilled which is fine, it was Sunday and it was raining and we were the only customers there, I get it. We figured it'd be quick, we only ordered 2 sandwiches anyways and no drinks or anything. It took a half hour for him (and the other 2 employees inside who were just walking around) to make them, not only that but my sandwich was missing things and the only condiment put on was vinegar...after 30 minutes of waiting, we quickly jumped back on the road. My wife's sandwich was full of mustard, no mayo or anything else, and was missing some of her toppings as well. We were polite, we had paid and all that and didn't make a fuss for the extra wait, my 5 year old even ran in quick to use the restroom. They didn't know she'd entered and I was sitting waiting in the car, as I was waiting the employees kept going into the back and then one by one peaking around the corner at me as if nervous...maybe that was my first clue this place was strange. My wife said when she went in initially the other 2 people were nowhere to be found and the kid had my sandwich bread open and was just staring at it not doing anything.... It may have been an off day for the 3 people in there but usually subway is better than McDonald's at this sort of thing. I won't be stopping at this one again because it was just plain lack of effort. read more

Small Town subway, clean as far as we could tell, however the older ashy blonde woman, meduim build was RUDE. Snapped at us for ordering and then walked off to do drive through. Was rude to co-workers and other customers in drive through as well. Other young lady working was kind and soft spoken. read more

Worst subway experience that my family and I have ever had. So rude. We came in at 9:30 on Thursday 08-02-18 from a long drive from Washington to Utah. The 2 ladies talking to each other on their headsets under their breath about us. And also complaining that they were going to be there for hours after closing because they hadn't gotten their stuff done. That's not our fault. They kept rolling their eyes at us while we ordered our food and kept making rude comments under their breath. I had gotten some apples out of their fridge because I am on a road trip and had only eaten junk food and let them know I was buying them and the bigger girl said under her breath "obviously we see them on the counter" worst costumer service I have every gotten and I work in the food industry and this is not acceptable behavior anywhere. read more
