Stopped in here for a quick lunch today. Pros: Pleasant dining area Clean bathrooms (other than sloppy patrons dropping toilet paper on the floor) Decent coffee Coffee free for seniors Fresh ingredients Now for the downside. They offered a nice new healthy choice on the menu - a Mediterranean Power Salad. Ingredients listed on the menu board: grilled chicken, quinoa, hummus, feta cheese, roasted vegetables, red onion, balsamic vinaigrette (Lettuce and tomato are to be assumed, I suppose.) What arrived (sorry, no camera with me today): A big bowl of lettuce mix with a few grape tomatoes and shards of red onion, topped with a generous amount of chicken and splashed with a very loose "hummus." A few curds of feta were spotted, a couple of flecks of red pepper, too, and a few loose chick peas and navy beans. Unfortunately, no quinoa - the SECOND item on the ingredient list. Actually, one errant grain was stuck to the side of the bowl. That's it. Two sachets of dressing appeared with the menu item, as well as a packet of croutons (another unlisted item). Expectation: a chicken and quinoa salad. Reality: a lettuce salad with chicken on top. Bland overall. Service was brusque. I paid in cash and needed to ASK for the change from my bill. Wendy's Morrisville, you are way off your game. Is staff morale poor? Is training inadequate? Is quinoa a mystery to the food preparers? I hope these issues are solved. My boyfriend ordered me a regular sandwich with bacon, lettuce, mayo and ketchup. What do I receive? A teeny tiny (probably kids) sandwich with NO BACON (they charged him for the bacon that I never got) NO LETTUCE, and NO KETCHUP. The ONLY thing they got right was the mayo. ATP this place should be shut down. Their employees are awful and don't G.A.S. About their customers or their crappy service read more

If you want consistently bad service that takes forever, this is your place! If you order online, they mess up your order because nobody apparently can read. If you go through the drive-thru you can sit there for a half hour or more with only two people in line. Don't say I didn't warn you. My last order was a biggie meal and it took 20 minutes. I was the only customer. read more

Got my food order wrong. Asked for a simple crispy check sandwich. The lady went to confirm, "just the sandwich?" which I responded yes to. I end up getting a crispy chicken blt with cheese. Cannot have cheese nor bacon. Do not live in the area to even complain. Went to make a phone call and no one picks up. This place genuinely sucks. I should've checked the reviews before I decided to go read more

I have been here in line for 10 minutes with one car in front of me. I tried going inside to order, and was told the inside was closed. EVEN tho the doors are unlocked. They don't have stock of sauces and drinks. The employees in the front have horrible customer service giving attitude on multiple occasions. This has been happening since I have started coming here, over 5 years now. I hope corporate see this! read more

If I could give this place would but I can't. Every time you come to order through the drive-through it sounds like they're having a party inside and it sounds like there's 40 people there but then when you come up to the window, you have to wait. I just tried to place an order inside and the woman taking my order was texting on her phone and I just walked out. This place is garbage. read more

Somehow their soda machine never works right. Rude employees, try your best to avoid.

Only rating the Wendy's in morresville PA. Awful service drive food it's not fresh it's old and cold

They get five stars today. I couldn't order the 1$ Dave's Single on the app so they just gave me a burger. They were nice too!

Just straight up awful. I love Wendy's but this one is just the worst their food taste awful and old. They are rude have shorted me on change more than once. Worst of all they are slow it took them 10 min to make 2 jr cheese burgers I was the only one in line at the time. read more

Food sucks and they are the slowest ever last time I was here I paid for a simple order and had to wait for 40 minutes! Literally FOURTY MINUTES! and right now I am in line well at the window at 4 in the afternoon and it's been 20 minutes no one in front of me and no one here to take my order! Can't wait to get my food and get out of here garbage management. I asked for a simple 4for4 with a large fry they charge me for a large I pull up and the girl has a piss poor attitude. Pay her she gives me the drink closes the window no meal. Hello hello and finally gives me the meal all pissed off took close to 35 minutes. Guess what I payed for large fry it's a small. Guess what paid for root beer it's a Diet Coke. Guess what manager actually asked me to do a survey. HA! LOL yeah I am in phone with corporate to do a full complain another 30 minutes of on phone wait time and it is so gonna be worth it!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will no longer go to this Wendy's. I don't know what their issue is. The Drive Thru is the slowest I have ever been in. When I arrived, there were 3 cars in front of me. I used the timer on my phone. I made it to the speaker 12 minutes later to tell them I was picking up my mobile order. NO ONE greeted me through the speaker. I waited 3 more minutes. I figured maybe the speaker was malfunctioning, so I pulled forward. The car behind me waited another 2-3 minutes and someone actually greeted them over the speaker. This was pretty much my experience whenever I bit the bullet to deal with the wait. At this point I'm looking at another 5 minutes at least to get to the window and another 5-10 minutes to make my food so I just left and canceled my order... I wouldn't even have tried here if the Burger King hadn't closed early. I worked a drive thru in high school. We'd have 1 person making the food, 1 person dropping fries and filling orders, 1 person at the window and 1 in the back cleaning stuff. On our worst day we'd still be twice as fast as these jokers at this Wendy's and we were only making half the hourly wage. In prior stops where I actually waited to get food. Order was wrong half the time. They never fill the fry box, if I didn't know better I would have thought someone was helping themselves to my fries on the way home. How do you mess up mobile orders? read more

This Wendy's in the corner of Morrisville Plaza was renovated a few years ago, and has a nice look and feel. It is a smaller shop, with minimalist décor, but clean and highly functional. The hours are from 11:00 am to 2:00 am, although the hours presently on Yelp incorrectly state it closes at two in the afternoon. It has a wrap around take out lane that requires drivers and pedestrians to be careful approaching the front door. Very easy to ignore the vehicles coming from the left, or walkers in front of you while stowing a bag of nosh. Service is fine at the counter. There is no doubt that Wendy is attempting to up its game in order to compete with the fast casual burger crowd. Most ingredients are fresh, and the new basic roll is an order of magnitude better than the old one. It holds together throughout eating, and has a pleasant flavor. The only remaining issue is the quality of the beef patty. Its taste and texture appear the same as the old version, which is to say that it is somewhat mealy (frozen), and lacking any real verve in taste, and juiciness. It still seems flat and uninspired. So, the key to enjoyment is keeping the package together while consuming, with the fresh onion, lettuce and cheese can dominate the experience. As a whole, the burger is just okay, although an improvement over its predecessor, it has a long road to travel until it can stand next to its cousins at Red Robin, Cheeburger, or even your local corner tavern. read more

The nature of reviewing a place means that in general something was exceptional - either far left or far right. (Or, that you're into sharing you're own opinion (alot) and wanna tell people what you think even if all you have to say is "this place is typical" Unfortunately, my review now, is an exceptional case of "leftitude" - I was in the area, wanted a quick bite and drove here. Ordered the jalapeno chicken and a doublestack for my friend. She asked if I wanted a medium or large, I said large (we were gonna split the fries and drink); then she says they dont have any large cups so I had to get a medium (?) okay... I got my food in a reasonable amount of time and drove back. I bit into my sandwich and guess what....there was paper in it! Like how careless could you really be put the parhcment (that divides the cheese slices) on the sandwich AND THEN add the sandwich toppings on top of the paper!!! It was 11pm and there were no other cars in the drive thru - so it shouldnt have been a matter of rushing because of a long line. Absolutely disgusting and completely thoughtless. If while making a sandwich you are not paying attention to what is ON the sandwich, how am I to believe that you care at all about the other conditions of food service. I know one doesnt completely equate to the other but how do you justify this? read more

This location used to be good until recently. Service was pretty quick, and the staff friendly. Food was correctly prepared also. There may have been a recent staff or management change, as the quality and speed of service has declined. It's become less desirable to frequent. I usually get the apple pecan chicken salad for lunch and twice this week they had to be reminded to include the pecans that it normally comes with. Today the salad was missing the bleu cheese crumbles. Service needs a kick in the ass. I'm usually there before noon, with only a few patrons in the queue, and they seem to take forever to get the order taken and the food out. Not sure if they have become short-staffed recently, but service has become dogged slow. They need to fix these flubs...quickly. read more

0 Stars..Terrible service..15-20 min in drive thru lane and they get my order wrong. As A Diabetic, I always order un sweet tea. Tonight I got Sweet Tea. not the first time. I asked, before I left, it the tea was unsweetened and was told yes. Had to throw it out. tried calling the Morrisville location 3 times. No one picked up. Will not Return. Stay Away read more

Avoid this place like the plague. It is a shame because I usually like Wendy's and this is the closest fast food restaurant to my home. I have been to this location 6 times and I have never ever received a correct order. Usually they leave out an entire meal. We never get what we order and usually nothing in the bag resembles anything that we ordered. Oh yeah, and the staff have zero customer service skills. None whatsoever. You can always count on a heavy dose of bad attitude with every order. I don't understand what management's business plan is but I am certain they should revisit it. read more

3 Sunday's In a row 730am was totally ignored At the drive threw sat for over 2 minutes tried to go around was ignored again at the drive threw, this wendys service is sub par to any other wendys around . I normally wouldn't write a review on a chain res, but I'm gonna miss this particular Wendy's, as I have moved away from it and looked forward to giving them my patronage on the reg. First off, I love Wendy's, their burgers are the best (remind me of mom's actually) and their fries are man-size and always salty. "#4 combo, medium, with a Dr. Pepper, please." This is my usual spiel as I roll up on the speaker box. Now, rolling up on a fast food joint, it's usually hard to tell the service you'll receive, especially with some teenagers running the show. However, my every visit to this Wendy's was met with cool kindness. Well, the first time there was a fat chick working the drive-thru and I thought she was gonna crawl through the window into my car - scurry - but every other time, cool teenagers just on the job, handling their burger bizness with swag and professional pride. I found myself actually impressed. I was going back day after day when I was moving (no time to cook) and always the good attitude, great food. Anyway, I will miss this Wendy's and it's workers - much respect to them. read more

Im sure anyone who is locals knows that you will wait 20 plus minutes in line, the employees are incredibly rude and your order will be wrong. You would think since they are throwing any food into a bag and clearly not reading order tickers they would at least be fast. Or that the orders would be correct given the abysmal wait times. Not the case. This Wendys breaks every sin for a fast food place. Slow service. Incredibly rude employees. And incorrect orders. read more

Used to love this location. New staff is rude and rushed to get you through. As for the food the fries are almost always too salty or old and stale. The tomatoes on the sandwiches and a few times in the salad were soggy which is a huge pet peeve of mine. read more

i ordered the jalapeno popper and the chicken was legit raw. You can visually see the raw meat. Disgusting.

Wendy's - 2nd time @ this place.. The attendant (who's name is in pictured receipt) was soooo rude!! Smh - Fast Food Near Me - Morrisville, Pennsylvania

Avoid this place! They mess up your Oder every time. The food is NEVER hot, and management sucks. They can't even apologize for messing up.

I am having a difficult time understanding why the drive-thru is so SLOW! It's supposed to be "fast food." It's not that busy to justify these wait times of over 45 minutes! Sit-down dining is faster... read more

Came in here today at 10:15 am. Keep in mind, this place opens at 10. I KNOW they've given me the chicken nuggets and fries from last night left overs. I know an old chicken nugget and microwaved fries when I see one. The only thing that tasted fresh was my frosty shake. This place is full of . The workers are horrible. I do not recommend anyone coming here. Never again will I come back. read more

This place is the worst! The people that work there are very rude and ignorant; they always have an attitude especially the women that work there. Every time I had gone there they messed up on my orders and at that they take forever with the orders. One of those days I waited for almost 35 minutes. Never going back there again read more

Consistently the worst service ever! I only keep going back because my kids love the chicken nuggets. The staff couldn't care less about good customer service. I have even received terrible service from the managers or superviors. They have messed up 95% of the orders and even given my food to another car and them taken cback and given it to me. I have complained to their corporate offices and recevied quick reponses and good coupons, which no one at this place knows how to use or enter. This is hands down the worst Wendy's I have ever been to by far. I generally like Wendy's for an occasional fast food indulgence meal, but every time I come here I regret it. It's the only Wendy's in the area and I always hope it will be better, but it never is. The drive thru wait times are atrocious - I'm talking 20 minute wait to get your food sometimes. Then when you get your food the orders are often wrong. There's never an apology for the wait or seemingly any desire to make customers come back. I think I finally learned my lesson. read more

I'm only giving one star because it's the lowest i can go. I've been here a few times they usually get your order wrong and it takes forever but thats okay thats not what drove me to this app to write this review. I went here for lunch with my wife and she ordered a chicken sandwich and loaded baked potato. The lady taking order response is sorry we don't have baked potato. We say okay can we have loaded cheese fries, she gets frustrated and says ma'am we don't have BAKED POTATOES! we remain calm and say we know can we have loaded cheese fries(for the second time) the lady gets nastier and say WE DON'T HAVE BAKED POTATOES. At this point i intervene and say ma'am you have french fries, she says yes, i say okay let me get fries loaded style and she finally understood. We pull up to the window mind you no cars in front of us at this time(the reason they couldn't take the order right was because they had music blasting)They take our card and ring us up for the wrong order and hand us 1 cheese burger. And say have a nice day. Due to the fact that no one was in front of us with only 1 car behind us i find it hard to mess up but whatever. I tell her this is the wrong order. And she says ohh your the baked potato people and I respond yes. They take our card refund the order for the cheeseburger and ring us out correctly. We get our food it was wrong but at this point I don't care. I grab my sandwich that was loaded with mayo i got mayo with a side of sandwich(them being petty) i bite it and you know when saliva is thick and strandy. My mayo was like that for some reason. Before getting upset or going back i just threw my food away and im never going back to that wendy's. 0/5 star review, rude, ignorant. Ive never had a problem ordering food, ive never been nasty with food people but this was incredible. My advice stop blasting music through your speaker so you can hear the orders and avoid these mix ups. This all could of been avoid and didn't have to escalate to this point. Im not sure what was in my mayo so i just let it go. I hope it wasn't spit. read more
